    @ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

    @ThreeUKSupport You know when you are with the wrong Network when A The Engineer guy tries to intimidate the customer, B When the customer knows more about telecoms than the expert. C When you get a better download speed 7mb on 3g than the 3mb on 4g D When you're told tough

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

    @ThreeUKSupport But going back to my original tweet, I was told specifically that by making a payment this would not go to a collection agency and would be dealt with as a complaint. This was either untrue or this is an error.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott. Me and the store manager Paul looked at the account, saw that it had no under on it, and he said he believed that I had returned it to the store. The issue that the store accepted and have lost it is not my problem - that's an internal issue.

    Hi @ThreeUK why have you removed your three support page from Twitter? Is it because your just as sick as the 1000's of us complaining about your abysmal 4G once again? @Three_Is_Broken you might like this but if info I've discovered!

    Fabulous... so @ThreeUK answer for how to fix their awful 4g coverage in Manchester it to just... switch to 3G. For a company that's building "The UK's fastest 5g network", that's laughable.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - now I'm told it will be here tomorrow, 16th December. I tell him it's 5pm here and no way will it be here tomorrow. He comes back with 'well 1-2 days'. Simple solution - CANCEL UPGRADE and GO ELSEWHERE!

    @ThreeUKSupport you don't happen to know why my mobile internet speeds have gone from 35Mb/s to 4Mbs/s in the PA42 area? Getting quite annoying to use such a slow speed.
