@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

@ThreeUK 1/2 hello last Wednesday I had a major heart attack on the Thursday your customer service team phoned me demanding £57 I tried to explain I was in hospital and had major heart attack I had to ask to speak to his supervisor again I supplied the information after demanding

@ThreeUK came into shop! Will a 4G hub work in ST4 5ND yes! Guess what? Just about works! I had to walk over house and eventually at back window got a good enough signal 😡 thankfully I only bought 1 month! Oh I have moved to Lebara that way I ain’t stuck into a 12 month contract

@ThreeUKSupport @KingsofYearron Waste of time mate. Network coverage is shocking at the best of times where I live, can never get a straight answer via phone or live chat. I’ll be switching for sure when this contract runs out.

@ThreeUKSupport I easily spent 4-5 hours on this and had to explain myself to about 5 or 6 different people …. Here I am doing it again …. Probably best to send a formal complaint in the morning. - all I want is for three to honour the offer they made to me in the first place.
