    @ThreeUKSupport @bluestulondon Sorry but that sums it up, 5G for London no signal for some areas including Lincolnshire, and no U don't want to come through to live chat thank you!

    @ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

    @ThreeUKSupport Reading the thread may help. I took out 5g hub, didn't work. Engineer on phone said need new sim. Told me I could go into branch as I didn't want to wait 3 days for the new sim to come as needed there and then. Went to branch, told me call centre have sent a new sim, -

    @ThreeUKSupport - so they couldn't help me. Sim never actually arrived. I told branch I want to cancel as the service/contract from your side hasn't been fulfilled. (this was within 24 hours of purchasing the contract). Branch advisor said, sorry we can't cancel. You will have to call up to -

    @ThreeUKSupport - centre staff in India were VERY rude. I said I wanted to cancel as I've not connected to the hub ONCE, it wouldn't connect to the sim. - I said I want to speak to a manager to cancel and he said no, no manages are available. I would have to wait for a call back. -
