@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK As a new customer - I have to say your customer support (from a US perspective) SUCKS. It has taken more than a week to try and move a number from Pay as you Go to a monthly contract. No one can tell me when it may be complete.

I had been woth @ThreeUK for 3 years and never had an issue until I want to leave and telling me my last bill is a hell of a lot more then the final bill text, I'm really not happy and there customer service staff are so rude and unprofessional..

@ThreeUKSupport This does not help. The query was I need to turn my voicemail on. I don’t need to check my voicemail, I have no voicemails. I need to turn it on after previously turning it off. I no I need to speak to an advisor todo. I cannot because your automated system doesn’t have a option

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Do you know the pay as you go phone line doesn't work? It asks you to talk to a person or press 2 to continue with the top up but when you press 2 it takes you back to the main menu! You go around in circles and can never get to top up!
