@UswitchUK @ThreeUK Are you drunk. I assume none of you have tried calling their customer services. They have a list of excuses to roll out; We are updating our network, do a factory reset on the phone, or you need a new sim. Cannot wait to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport They okay if we have say our laptops on the home mifi. But slow at loading files when using folders. 3g on mobiles is fine for voice and text but browsing can be slightly slow.

  • ExpatKatUK Kat (@ExpatKatUK) reported

@ThreeUK are you aware you can't use 123 to access voicemail anymore on mobile as it dials an emergency number (ambulance). Is there a plan to change the voicemail number to one that can be used?

  • HolmesRobertSt Robert S Holmes (@HolmesRobertSt) reported

@ThreeUK As soon as my credit is used I’m leaving, massive price hike puts their PAYG rates way above competitors. All this with the worst customer service from overseas call centres I’ve experienced - been a customer for 8 years but you’ve lost my loyalty this past few months.
