@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Things have degraded from very bad to terribly worse here at Northcroft lane -Newbury. Can’t even stream YouTube. This has been like that since mid September. Being to the service centre and there isn’t any update when this will be sorted. Horrible!

@ThreeUK And the difference...they'd be making a sale! Sounds well dodgy to me. I do wonder if I'd have got my replacement SIM if I'd agreed to take the £10/month tablet?! After all, you can't sell me something with the belief I'm me and at the same time refuse me another free service

@ThreeUK ive tried calling customer services but no answer Ive bought your £42 bolt on for abroad roaming use but it is now saying I need to buy the extra £7 roaming bolt on per day to use my data when I go to buy this it only offers me the £5 package which doesn’t cover Tunisia?

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely disgraceful experience with and Three customer support. The chat and phone escalation teams were utterly useless — misleading, dishonest, and evasive at every step. Agents flat-out lied in the Bournemouth store.
