@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

Dear @ThreeUK. I was so exited when my new phone connected to 5G in Milton Keynes this morning and then London when I arrived. But I was not surprised when your 5G signal was no faster than me using early 2000s dial up AOL.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried to upgrade 3 times now, failed to receive the phone each time, due to either technical difficulties or fault of the agents each time. I have been in touch with God knows how many different agents today and no one can sort the problems, they just create more.

@ThreeUK canceled our contract within the cooling off period because we were lied to about the coverage in our area, over a month later we are still getting calls and your "advisors" are very sketchy with details. Disgusting customer service Shame on you.

@AstuhikoCook @ThreeUK I've never had a good experience on the Three network. You try and complain to them, all they do is try and sell your more stuff. I used to live in an area where Three was the only network that worked.

@ThreeUKSupport I have had such bad customer service and a bad experience trying to upgrade my phone contract for the last 5 days, I'm a very long term customer and I'm honestly considering cancelling my contract just so I don't have to deal with your useless reps anymore
