    @ThreeUKSupport It’s Mobile broadband and with great difficulty I managed to Return/Cancel the connection. Left off with frustration and not good reputation to follow steps on any further products although I have 2 SIMs that I hope I don’t get rid of due to any such mess

    @virginmedia It's been a whole day without internet and relying on my @ThreeUK phone broadband to work with my computer at home @virginmedia. It is unacceptable that the issue is not fixed by now. I had to postpone appointment due to slow connection. Compensation? 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK customer services is shocking had any agreement to pay my bill went through on chat and moved date which u agreed to paid the agreed amount on that date then u cut me off and now won’t help JOKE will be cancelling all contracts not saying with u anymore

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did but rang three today and they said cause it was done on the automative service it’s classed as broken agreement on the 24th which isn’t my fault I thought I was doing the right thing getting in touch

    @ThreeUKSupport what a surprise. Second month in a row the bill payment went to another number on account so I have been cut off. Even phoned yesterday to confirm it had gone to to the right place. excellent customer service as always. Beyond angry
