    @ThreeUKSupport No it was done through the app. I received an email saying my new terms, plan and price and found out today it never went though and now I'm £32 out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already done this 5 times amd nothing has been done. I get smae response all the time also at one point I was told the mast was having something done to it and 7 days it should be fully working but Thai doesn't show anywhere on the network status page

    @ThreeUKSupport Great customer service when you can’t reply!! Also I’ve just tried to put my sim into my NEW broadband hub, which is now rattling around inside with no way of getting it out!!!!

    @ThreeUK Do you offer any £ recompense for when your 5g broadband goes down (it happens frequently)? I’m not in a contract, so if you’re not able to fix it or compensate, I’ll be cancelling.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK .are you’s going to do anything about the terrible service customers are getting in Glasgow with data problems .it’s near impossible to use data in city center and just outside it .this a on going issue for years now but getting worse am paying £70 amonth
