    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail This has been going on since July 9 when the phone was confirmed lost by Royal Mail. I have been calling and repeating myself constantly to this Three customer service almost as if no one writes notes when calls are made. The WORST kind of customer service EVER.

    @ThreeUK I have purchased a 60GB auto renew pack from you and am still being told that my balance is £0. This happened to me last month I am a rolling contract PAYG customer and last month you took £35 off me when I only wanted to top up £10. Can somebody please help? #three

    Hello. I'm currently a Three customer. I bought a physical SIM card the US. The SIM card is activated and registered with T-Mobile. after doing research myself it appears that the VoLTE provision is switched off on your end. Please advise and help me @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Please can you tell me if something has changed - are you using a different network than you were? Just recently I've been unable to get any signal in my property, and I changed from my previous provider to you because I did get a signal! But not now? What's changed?

    @ThreeUK you will NEVER know peace. How can you be doing works in the area, not inform me but then tell me “it’s taking longer than usual” my payment will be taking longer than usual. These man are some cruffs.

    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine
