    @ThreeUKSupport If this is not resolved I’ll be filing a report with the financial conduct authority and seeking legal advice. I had a dual sim phone and was fully aware that my service ended in June when I requested it. And won’t be conned out of my own money by a team lying about the details.

    @ThreeUKSupport you have quite possibly some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been sim swapped and you do nothing but tell me to wait despite Three giving my phone number to a scammer!
