@ThreeUKSupport They told me they would call me back at 5pm I’m Tuesday. I’ve filed a complaint too and still not heard back. My iPad contract ended in January and three continued to charge me money without my consent and without communication and I want to speak to somebody about this.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been waiting for a call back from three since Monday. I’m so angry with the awful customer service I’ve received after being a loyal customer for 10+ years. Do not use three they are awful!!!!!

Ok, time to be petty. Avoid @ThreeUK broadband at all costs. Whether it's because of month long maintenance, insulting £2 refund offers or constant signal issues, the savings just aren't worth it - especially if you work from home.

@ThreeUKSupport Bit miffed to learn that because my plan upgraded i've lost my international roaming. Whats the point in being a loyal customer if you're stripping away the benefits? I'll be leaving at the end of my contract
