@ThreeUK so I'm guessing with the almost complete service outage in the aylesbury area over the last few days, all 3 users will be getting a little 'we're really sorry' gift?

@ThreeUK can get in the bin. £70 data charges for turning my phone to roaming for 5 minutes to send a text via Whatsapp in Tanzania. SEVENTY. QUID. Not to mention they are getting rid of feel at home for Europe/US/Australia. Way to lose a customer after more than a decade.

@ThreeUK if you are going to outsource your customer service to India please ensure that they are trained on English law in relation to contracts, direct debit mandates, theft and written assurances. I have spent THREE months trying to deal with them. I have had enough!

@ThreeUKSupport Also, your network checker doesn’t seem to know anything about it. Might want to give her a heads up…

@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

@ThreeUKSupport I have to worry Suzi, I’m working from home. Or rather I’m supposed to be. Last time this happened it was down for a week. Is this planned maintenance?

@ThreeUK broadband internet is so unreliable in Bradford. Do not switch to them if you're tempted. They say they're working on issues which are taking longer to fix than planned. Should have stayed with @virginmedia #internet #Broadband

@ThreeUK Is it a deliberate thing that when you leave three and are due a small credit payment you fail to pay it?
