    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, i have spent hours on Live chat, passed from team to team, i was promised an email copy of outgoing calls, but have received nothing. To be honest I am sick of it now. I am a victim of fraud and no one at three is willing to help.

    @ThreeUKSupport Is the three webchat down now? I am in the middle of a SIM change and have been disconnected since 11:14AM it is now four hours later.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I took the SIM out and put it back and it seems to work now. Maybe worth adding this to the instructions (though I had tried this before). Unfortunately the signal is still very weak even with the new SIM. I will report the dead zone to three I guess and see ...

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kirsty. Unfortunately When I dial that number I’m not given an option for the security team unfortunately, it was a specific number they gave out that ended in 81035, if that’s any help
