    So these numbers don't make any sense whatsoever and he can't even explain it to me. So here I am, hoping that this router turns up at Three because apparently there is no other solution. Or is there? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport W4 and W12 area. I've complained in the chat over 10 times and no solutions. My grandmother on the same plan is having the same problems. No improvements made since. Want to leave but told I have to pay a fee. I'm not getting any service for what I am paying

    @ThreeUKSupport shocking treatment received from your live chat service........I have spoken today to 7 different people about my bill.....and have been given 7 different answers!! I, apparently have a bill that means I either have to pay nothing, £7.30 or £250...SORT IT OUT!!

    @ThreeUKSupport All I’m saying is that #31# is not remembered in the call history. I don’t understand why the 3 Network doesn’t support 141 whereas Vodafone does

    @ThreeUKSupport I am still automatically logged in from my phone when connected to 4G. However the issues I'm experiencing come from trying to log in whilst on wifi or another device. The 2FA system that has been implemented does not work as the "enter" button is greyed out.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's the complaints department (supposedly saying they wont pay my credit to me) according to customer services, just going report to Ofcom. Done trying to deal with Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport the latest person at customer service has told me the case is with the logistics team and that it doesn't make sense for me to pay for the router. Make sense for who? I just want to cancel this contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport That I have to wait for the final bill, but the final bill date moves every time I talk to three and since being promised a refund of £79 for an upfront cost I've been charged £65 more for a phone and contract I never received

    @adrianotarquin @ThreeUK After the way Three have treated me over the past fortnight, I will NEVER extend my contract with again.....NOBODY seems to know what they are doing and NOBODY gives you a straight answer.....they are only interested in your money and will say anything to get it off you
