Paula (@Paula_ODonnell) reported@ThreeUKSupport I was supposed to get a delivery time by 2pm and they never did. In that case can you just cancel the order and the contact for me I wont be at that address until the weekend and they wont deliver on weekends

(@jonalx7) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport, I find it amazing it took the best part of 4hrs to sort an issue out, 4 call takers and only 1 that actually listened to what i was saying, You Really need to sort your Network issue out as what was a great network is now very poor, service & support.

Steven Lindsay (@StevenJLindsay) reportedon call to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to sort account for vulnerable 83 year old (not me!) for 2 hours then call ends automatically. A simple request made impossible by systems/teams that are inflexible and don’t talk to each other. Oh and miss sold a contract type too. Poor

Darryl Fleming (@DflemingZA) reported@ThreeUK why is your London Underground implementation so useless. Since it's switched from going via the virgin media portal it barely seems to work in half the stations. It also doesn't exist on the Elizabeth line stations like Liverpool street. Please fix this.
