@ThreeUK why does my adult filter keep being reactivated.I asked for it to be removed and it was, now it's back.I can't read QR codes for restaurant menus.I have 2 accounts with you and this keeps happening on both accounts.I'm abroad and have no end of issues with 3!! Very angry

@ThreeUK I would cancel my contract tomorrow if they would let me. Held hostage by a greedy, profiteering corporation. Why is 3 charging its ‘VALUED??’ Customers to ransom and charging for roaming in Europe. Virgin doesn’t, O2 doesn’t so why does Three charge. Rip Off.

@ThreeUKSupport Works perfectly over wifi, just won’t connect on your cellular network. The connection can’t be established… it simply times out.

@katebevan @ThreeUK I'm still salty about it so I've looked it up - worldsim worked well for a week in South Africa in '19, but then top-ups stopped applying and their support was worse than useless. So try and find someone who isn't them.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Tried that and also tried on both my phone and laptop. I'm moving into a new office on Monday with this and it's currently not working. Even when it says connected when I test it nothing loads.

@katebevan @ThreeUK Well, porting shouldn't be a problem but yeah - and at least with ESIMs maybe that's an easy option as a one off. I'm more inclined to port tbh, just because I don't think three should get away with pulling this ****.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I didn’t expect you to cancel it over here, I’m with another provider and my contract is expiring. I’m looking to switch to 3 5g and the email from my new provider can do the switch, but just wondered if that still applied when there’s no physical landline involved
