    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?
