@ThreeUKSupport I had just a sim with u and I phoned up and cancelled it as it was a rolling month data sim. I never cancelled the D/D and here we are several months later with a letter from a debt collection agency

How I look forward to my annual tussle with @ThreeUK 's customer services in India to retain my low cost phone contract. Pitting South Asians against one another in the bargaining stakes is a risky move some would say, but I enjoy sharpening my charm skills. £8 a month it is.

@ThreeUK I feel so let down by #3Mobile if I'd known that after 8 years with #02 I was getting a New Tablet FREE for your Loyal Service I'd be off what you get for 10+ yrs with #3Mobile nothing not even help with your Brand New Mobile

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately No. I've 3 Contracts with #3M & can't afford Insurance regardless still unwilling to help try Track Down my New lost Mobile to make matters worse Your Colleague didn't try to Solve my phone problem he just tried getting another Contract out of me!! #PureGreed

@ThreeUK I’ve had an account with you for well over 15 years .. I currently have 6 accounts for kids and wife etc .. if you can’t restore service at LONDONS VICTORIA STATION next week I will not renew ANY of these .. this is unacceptable … totally unacceptable
