@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know. But the contract was to pay for the phone as well as the service, so you shouldn’t be charging for the phone after it’s already been paid for!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve called that number many times, and it was the operators on the end of that number that told me there is nothing they can do within the foreseeable future, if you really want to help then get the mast in my area fixed I can provide details of where I am if needs be.

@ThreeUKSupport I had the old three broadband and got transferred over to three UK broadband .. got sent a new sim card. But using the old Huawei hub still. Its three UK with 5G broadband. I tried calling support yesterday. 4 times spoke to the support team in India but they were terrible.
