Why is @iD_Mobile_UK fraudulently removing money from my account? I never set up a contract with IDmobile. @ThreeUK sent a wrong phone to me and I sent back you phone over a month ago… Kindly stop sending mail to my address and cancel the damn contract. How hard can that be?

@ThreeUKSupport But they haven’t. I had two letters. Once to say I’d upgraded and one to say I’d reversed but they were both in December 2021. Nothing since then to say 3 were changing my contract without my consent, and no news on fixing the problems I had with messaging (or roaming).

@chrisborrman @ThreeUK @virginmedia Aye, we have a few battery packs available for phones and we have a good data signal in the house. My main worry was getting an electrician on short notice without it costing a fortune but luckily found the cause myself.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Shocking customer service from three , I work from home and 3G and 4G are down in my area and the best response I get is we will update you in 7 days time not knowing if will even be back on by this time , I am now losing money not work .
