    I have been a @ThreeUK customer for years and years. Bad customer service is one thing but not listening to your customers when they tell you that fraud is taking place is deplorable. I highly recommend avoiding @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t even log on to your website to check “Sorry, we’re having problems. It’s not you it’s us” Can’t log onto your app to check. Get to the point where it wants to send me a security code then says “Oops, something’s gone wrong, try later” 😡😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport just got a notification saying ‘my latest bill is ready’. I left the network a month ago and I’m still being billed! I can’t log into my account and when I livechatted to reset my security questions I heard nothing. This is really poor folks

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven’t had that information and I have had no advice about how I closed this account. You also said you would give me £50 credit (which goes no way to covering the costs I incurred) and refused to honour that when I said I did not want to close the complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, I must have called to complain like 50 times. I speak with a different agent eachtime and they all say they’ll escalate it with ICP and yet, no phone. My 15year old has been without a phone for 5 working days. I’ve been a 3 customer for 17 years! And to be messed up l
