@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK not surprisingly after making me accept your contract and trying later to pressure me to buy more product not rationalizing my network coverage leaving me all day with no access to the internet it happens before then you admitted jostling my coverage and…

@ThreeUK Or you just ask the staff…they’re there to help.

  • RetroWarwick Matt Phillips (@RetroWarwick) reported

@ThreeUKSupport They tell me what the network checker already states, or they say the problem will be fixed before (but it never is). No signal here for 7 days now. Ongoing issue since 1st week of jan..... #terrible service. I've asked for a uk based person to speak to repeatedly. Nothing.

  • stubass3 stubass (@stubass3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely awful staff at your Solihull store. Trying to return a MiFi within 14 day contract period as reception is terrible at home. Told I can’t do so in store despite being told by your helpline that I can. Really unhelpful and cements my decision to leave.

  • RetroWarwick Matt Phillips (@RetroWarwick) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And I've just travelled 1 mile towards leamington where I now have 3 bars of signal. Its not my phone. I'll say again.....can somebody call me to explain what's going on. This issue has been since 1st week of January. Can I get a straight answer when you'll get this sorted????

  • edparnell Ed Parnell (@edparnell) reported

@verywearypaul @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK One of the reasons I don't have a mobile is crap calls ALL THE TIME. I rang the bank from a friends' phone, they droned on about 'have you got a mobile, there's not one listed', I told them it was a friends phone. They obvs took it and now my friend has spam calls all day.

  • missysenior missysenior (@missysenior) reported

@ThreeUK Text message to tell me my 3 mobile account is associated with the Google play unlimited, never asked for this. Called 333 who told me to call another number and only got a message to say too busy to answer due to covid - is this a scam?

  • rewilak_3 Johan Rewilak (@rewilak_3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It was just a payment this month (taken a full month out rather than partial I believe. I rang up to cancel the contract and the person on the line said they’ve received a PAC code (25/2) and once the number switches over it’ll automatically stop.
