@ThreeUK I never got it either. While you’re trying to fix the issue can sort out that mess of an app you have.

  • LifeInHerYet Missy Willibobs (@LifeInHerYet) reported

Seems it's @ThreeUK fault why most on their network, didn't get the #EmergencyAlerts 🙄. So glad it was a 'test' & not a real emergency, or we'd be ******.

  • SimpleSimonMet Simon Broome (@SimpleSimonMet) reported

@kayleigh2509 @ThreeUK Me neither, on ID mobile which uses Three network.

  • JimboUK71 James Aubrey (@JimboUK71) reported from Sutton, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m out of contract now! After 17 years of substandard coverage, poor support I’m leaving. Not receiving the nationwide alert this afternoon, was the final straw!! 😡😡😡 I have my safety to think about!

  • bilko_sergeant Amanda Loutfi (@bilko_sergeant) reported

@ThreeUK If this was a real emergency we'd be in trouble now.

  • bmitch2017 Ben ✨🏳️‍🌈🪩🍂 (@bmitch2017) reported

@ThreeUK This also happened during the trials of the system last year… clearly you have a dire issue that needs to be fixed!

  • lorrainemking Lorraine King (@lorrainemking) reported

@ThreeUK You're just crap at everything. I can't wait for my contract to end.

  • notpeterw Peter White (@notpeterw) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Seems like the service we've come to expect from Three...

  • RSheehan_RDG Ryan Sheehan  (@RSheehan_RDG) reported

    Seems @ThreeUK & it's associated networks @SMARTYMobileUK & @iD_Mobile_UK have had issues with customers receiving today's test #emergencyalert.

  • tashatheranter Tasha (@tashatheranter) reported

@ThreeUK Well I presume you thought it was going to work and it failed, so will there be another test or do we just have to wait for an emergency event to find out if you fixed the issue? Your tweet makes it sound like the latter.
