@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

@ThreeUKSupport I’m travelling right now and everywhere I’ve been has been one bad. I’ve done troubleshooting multiple times and even changed sim. Yet it’s been the same for the year and a half that I’ve had three network. Can I cancel my contract for free? Every time I call they don’t help
