    @ThreeUK Switched last week. Great deal but your 4G and 5G is painfully slow compared to my last provider. Also messages aren’t working and calls cut out. Regretting my decision

    @ThreeUK please can someone help me!!!! We bought a new Samsung a21s for my boy and it arrived last Friday. We set it up and transferred everything to it. We used a pac code to port his number from o2 (3days) but when he plugged it in to charge over night it didn’t charge

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, hope you can assist. I needed to boost my data. "add on" 24hr £5. But instead I got add on one month boost. But, also now i cannot access my data at all. I'm in Thailand at the moment but that shouldn't be a problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport As a side note, your support staff are very good, they're quick to respond, polite, don't run me through the 'security' mill several times and are aware of what previous support colleagues have said, so top marks there.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, yes I've spoken with support on chat. They've issued a PIN that I will apparently be prompted for when visiting an adult class site. As yet this is not happening but they have said it could take up to 24hrs. It might be worth updating the page to reflect this new process....

    @ThreeUKSupport This seems to indicate you do it but as we understand you actually stopped doing it and as I understand was not a trail. Never mind later this year is to later for anyone wanting to use it on Apple Watch cellular, maybe time for a nee contract with a provider who already has it
