Just found confirmation that its a scam and @ThreeUK are no help whatsoever. Won't even make it so the money won't come out again. Won't change the number so it can't be charged. Cancelling my contract. And don't expect me to pay for it as you've left me no choice

@ThreeUK why do you give wrong information and blame the customer. You say Go roam was allowed in USA. When I enter USA & get 3 sms charging me & make a call to three to ask why. I’m charged for the international call eventho you made the initial mistake.

@ThreeUK is the worst broadband ever. Spoke to about 50 people today and was on the phone for two hours just to refund a phone I got less then 24 hours ago. Every single person I spoke to didn’t even know if I could refund it or not. Complete and utter mess 🤬

Massive thank you to @ThreeUKSupport for not being arsed to answer this question. Your network may be good but your service is horseshit. Perhaps employ some grown ups in your customer service team rather than infants who find making memes more stimulating than doing their job.
@ThreeUKSupport >£1,000 / year customer. Renewal decision is made. No wonder you ignored messages or operators feel they can freely act like cowboys. Nobody ever follows up or action complaints. Lost count of how many times I wrote I already did what you suggest but well feel free to ignore it
