@ThreeUKSupport can you send me a link for a webchat with you? I've had no data signal in my area for 7 months! You've been giving me discounts on my bills to compensate for this and I need this again as the issue is still not fixed.

Dear @ThreeUKSupport - whats going on? The service for home mobile broadband has been apalling for the last month and is getting worse. Now it's not connecting at all on any of my devices. Speeds are sub 1 megabit at times. Can't work from home if I can't work from home!

@ThreeUK been told that is is three policy via OFCOM that I have to give my bank account number and sort code over the phone in order to get a refund I’m due, even though I’m a customer, sorry to say. Third call to get the refund I’m due as money taken from my account. Suspect!

Mike @ Recreate (@recreateconsult) reported
@ThreeUKSupport How do I actually raise a complaint without dealing with your call centre? The Darlington store Assistant manager also told me your webchat team is also offshore, not Glasgow.
-
Mike @ Recreate (@recreateconsult) reported
@ThreeUKSupport So who is lying. You're call centre just told me the Glasgow office has closed down but your assistant manager in the Darlington store told me when I ring 333 I should ask for the complaint to be handled by Glasgow. Who tells the truth?
