@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan, it came from your shortcode number, it just shows "Three", I am confident it was a legit message but unsure why I got it. I am a Three customer and recently completed an upgrade. Thanks!

@ThreeUK No internet for the South Coast until the 26th of December? What sort of service is this? So much for your superfast 5G. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting!

  • mp_2q Abby (@mp_2q) reported

@ThreeUK hey I need you to unblock tutanota email immediately!!! I can’t access my emails on your network! I’m gonna leave you if you keep blocking my email! Why don’t you block gmail then, huh?

I wonder when will @ThreeUK / @SMARTYMobileUK start complying with UK General Condition C6 ?.. Three calls in the last 30 mins from an Amazon scammer in India using spoofed numbers in the O2 range that aren't active on the network. Do better (not just you, the whole* industry)

  • AJM76 Adam (@AJM76) reported

@ThreeUK Why are you telling customers on the South Coast of England they will have NO internet for five days? What is happening? People are paying for a service they are not getting at a time of year when they will be at home more and more likely to use the internet!

  • alexon365 Alex Laurie (@alexon365) reported

@ThreeUK You have the worst support that I have ever experienced. They cannot resolve a simple issue of fixing international data roaming. Now stuck in Australia with no data roaming and called helpdesk 2 separate occasions for over 2 hours and still not fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport hi guys how can I log officially a problem in Glasgow City Centre! Having to connect to WiFi for iMessage to work. Literally no data throughput - the wheels of steel! Want to make it official now as im not having this for 24 months. Thanks guys.
