@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@rossholden_ @ThreeUKSupport Same for me as well promised numerous times when I rang up and then they said dpd tried to deliver it now back with three in their wharehouse never had a email text from them they refuse to email me and put the phone down or transfer my call off to the ether hopeless service

@ThreeUK you absolute **** *****, I hav3 tried to get through to your call centre THREE TIMES!!! Every time I get through they just cut me off, waited an hour just to speak to an agent but keep getting cut off, you **** ***** by far the worst network!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ThreeUK worst customer service ever. 22 minutes to answer a simple question. Repeatedly asked the same question by their rep only for them to tell me to calm down! Unbelievable

@FeyiCarter @ThreeUKSupport Totally agree. They lie, repeatedly. And in my case stole over £358 out of my bank account after I was told by customer service that the charge had been cancelled. EE have some really good deals atm.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport absolutely poor customer service. I answered all the security questions my name, date of birth and address. I TOLD HIM I DONT REMEMBER THE SECURITY PASSWORD. I said I can confirm my identity in another way because I need to fix my phone signal urgently!!
