Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

Never again will I be a customer with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - was told my final bill would be £0 but it’s £77! So glad I switched to @SkyUK. Now to get this bill credited. The company is a joke!

I’ve had no signal or very poor signal on @ThreeUK for four years, had to rely on WiFi calling! Finally got around to switching to @O2 and instantly have full signal. I am finally free of that awful network and it’s crap customer services. #imfree

@ThreeUKSupport Is that what the problem is? When it’s only recently just occurred as I was able to get internet connections before in all those postcodes on 4G? On your online network checker it says 4G in some of those postcodes is a very good service
