@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@ThreeUKSupport any chance of an app where I can login to my account and see all of my accounts that I hold with you rather than an individual login for each account?

  • m_danford Mike Danford (@m_danford) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The child would be unable to speak on the phone due to their complex trust issues. Likewise, he would never let me use (or even touch) his phone. This is a very delicate situation concerning a very vulnerable child – are we able to sort this out by dialing from another number?

@ThreeUK Not really reassuring. As I have network problems on a daily basis. Sometimes I have no Mobile signal at all. But let's hope you can fix this huge problem with your network. As my contact is due to run out in December. And quite frankly it looks like a move is on the cards.

@ThreeUK This would explain why there isn’t going to be another test. They already know the system works, that’s not the problem…

  • pgj99 Paul Johnson (@pgj99) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was offered a contract for £8 a month, which is in writing. I have been getting charged £23 for the last 2 or three months. I contacted support who assured me it was fixed weeks ago, but I still just got charged £23.

@timhardinguk @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Did Three do any pretesting, suspect not! Used to be a great network!!

  • jaybay64 jet (@jaybay64) reported

@ThreeUK I have had constant terrible service from you and your customer support. I need to understand the complaints process. Please let me know asap as I am totally fed up with your crap.

  • Geofc23 Geoff Corston (@Geofc23) reported

@ThreeUK I didn’t receive the alert because I’m on 3 network. Usually don’t receive anything anyway (texts, notifications etc.) Knew 3 would fail and it did! My partner on BT network next to me received it no problem. Can’t wait to get away to a reliable network.

  • shercoman Robert parker (@shercoman) reported

@ThreeUK I am on 3 but the signal where I live is awful not even 3g

  • Indy259 Ian 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇩🇪 (@Indy259) reported

@chrisvecs @gingio @ThreeUK Emergency broadcast is not using wifi. It's a broadcast signal from the cell tower. Those that got the message were lucky that they were actively connected to the cell tower when the message was broadcast. Apparently Three only sent it once.
