@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@ThreeUKSupport I am not doing this again. You tell me to DM you, you test the network, you say its fine. I say its not a screen shot my one bar. And then you think job done and ride off into the sunset. My wifi went down with your mates BT (they are as bad as you) and had to survie on 1 bar 1-2

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. Just tried calling, followed the automated service to other number (I'm on three too) roaming, however once passed security we were told that there are technical problems on the number and to call again later. This is the same message we have been getting since Sunday.

@ThreeUK on your website it says you can get a static IP address for broadband, but after speaking to about 6 different departments it sounds like it’s not possible with any kind of Three service?

@ThreeUKSupport Hours. Hours… It’s not my end, it’s the network. 1) Fix network 2) Fix customer comms 3) Fix Customer Service 4) Fix Complaints All C-level issues that have been there since the network launch of 3G (I remember). I should know better by now to be fair. Fool me once etc.

@ThreeUKSupport Not a clue, I have raised complaints 4 times now on this specific issue and still no help. Now my services have been cut off and told I have not made the bill date on time. They’ve said multiple times that it will be cleared and put back to £80 as it’s their mistake.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just been speaking to them, and they say they do not offer static IP addresses. If neither business nor consumer contracts support them, what can I do?
