@parulsingh1995 @ThreeUK I remember when I finally had enough of their ****** (nonexistent) service and cancelled. These mfs then refused to give me my number cause it was contract. I was like first of all it wasn’t even originally your number it came from ORANGE. It took a month to get my number back 😡

Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could not meet my legal right for a refund!

@ThreeUK any reasons for why I’ve had no mobile internet coverage since Friday morn? Suggests there’s signal but then buffers constantly. Contacted customer service for it to only buffer again and get nowhere!!

Bought a @threeUK pre-paid sim card at @whsmith at @HeathrowAirport T2. Paid £35 to get it activated for unlimited 5G data, only to find out that she never activated it. Nice people at 3 could not find any record of payment for the sim card. Nice!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I realise that work was being done. My question was, Will it happen again next weekend. I've only just moved to this address, bringing 3 with me, and it's happened several times. Will the problem, whatever it is, keep reoccurring?
