    @ThreeUKSupport I've tried chat. 45 mins of them typing the word sorry over & over. Waste of my time. What's the point of a direct debit date if you don't keep to it!what's the point of the app if none of the info in it is accurate? Customer of 10 years and the last 8 weeks has been dire.

    @ThreeUKSupport for the 2nd month in a row my direct has been taken early. Last month taken on 20th and this month 22nd, despite the bill, the app and the website all confirming the 25th. I'm up to my 29th complaint call to you in 6 weeks. What's gone so wrong at Three lately?

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there problems with signal reception and 4/5G networks in London? It cuts me from calls, some messages won’t send and just sporadic 4 & 5G coverage.

    Get text from @ThreeUK saying my "new eBill is ready, go to the website to view it". Click link, goes to website telling me to use the app. Use app, says I have no bills (been with them years). Go back to website, and see bill, click to view PDF: "There is a problem." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
