@ThreeUK not only that but I’m not even the only person to receive a broken tv from your “5G promotion” and everyone seems to say the same about it. And now promoting another tv with 5G broadband at the same price.. sort it out!!!!

Are you just screwed if you’re on 4G with @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport now? For over a month I’ve been all over Brighton and to London and even with full bars my data doesn’t work. Just spent a week in France with absolutely no issues, back in the U.K. I can’t use my data again.

@ThreeUKSupport I did, they said the areas I was in were having issues. And credited me £10 towards my bill for a week of downtime. This wasn’t applied to this months bill as promised and I’m still having issues.

@ThreeUKSupport dodgy blood test I got done! Anyway. There’s no work being done in the area. Just for some unbeknown reason your signal is pants and can’t handle the high ceilings. I pay 50 quid a month for 1 bar of 3G that drops out all the time

@ThreeUK would recommend your service to anyone, switched to your so called “5G broadband” and lags every second. Got a bundle with the 5G which came with a tv for it to arrive broken. Your customer service and claims team don’t help at all. 👍🏻
