    Comes to something when you get a phone bill for £164, i thought last months was bad enough and that was hundred odd, can @ThreeUK advise me as to why its this much, have i been hacked...

    @ThreeUKSupport The signal is full bars 4G. The signal is fine, the problem is the data connection is non existentant. I'm on holiday so I'm not sure what it's normally like. Do you get much data through this cell?

    @ThreeUKSupport Moved to new home and the Three reception map says we should be covered by full bars 4G (EH6, Edinburgh) but there is no coverage indoor & only 1 bar outside. Husband & I can barely make calls or get internet access within about 400m of new home. Can you help?

    @ThreeUK Poking around and there *might* be a cheaper option (given how sporadically I use it). Apparently my PAYG tariff (which got increased from 3p/2p/1p for call, text and data to 10p/10p/5p) might still get a "50p for 120MB for 24h" 'add-on'. But the £5 crap is easier to find 😒

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm getting worse than dial up speeds in 2021. That's not an acceptable excuse. Mast contention is the issue I have a decent signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem is I have no confidence that such delivery has even been arranged. If I’m let down again by your appalling customer service I will be contacting legal advice as thanks to the useless pair I spoke to on Saturday I believe you are guilty of breach of contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just upgraded my contract new phone coming tomorrow. Text says new SIM needs activating via App, I have never been able to access your app, I just get in password authentication loop!

    @ThreeUKSupport I needed my phone for my holiday as I have damaged my previous phone. Having being a customer for 12years and 4 hours on the phone to complaints I am not very happy.
