@ThreeUK mobile have to be the worst company to get help with. £126 bill and no one will acknowledge that I wasn’t using the phone when I was charged. Customer service were awful. Can anyone recommend and good phone providers so I can switch ASAP! #ThreeMobile

@UKShapeshifters @ThreeUK @ThreeUK are terrible in Brighton too. no reception at my work or home so left the day after i joined! went with Giff Gaff in the end for half the price and no network issues anywhere i've been so far either!

@ThreeUKSupport had this issue once before and now had it again today. Some times when my phone is off and I get a text from a company with the name that shows on a text, the text pops up when I turn on my phone, but when I open texts, it isn't there! 1/
