    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    My lad had his phone sim hacked, it was disabled in his phone, cloned remotely and £125 charges added to the account (in my name). @ThreeUK have ignored my complaint thinking I'll cave in and pay. Just off to the local store to cancel all 4 of my contracts. I don't like thieves.

    @A_HonchoYT @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I used to have nothing but a reliable service from them, but honestly since suffering the misery of Kettering I am done once the contract expires. 20+ year customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Three have restricted my account abroad and cut me off in webchat twice. App tells me overdue yet agent told me no restrictions and payments upto date. In over 20 years I've never had a problem and no one calls you back when cut off. Convenient!

    At this point in time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is by far the worst mobile service provider I have ever been with in all my 20+ years of having a mobile phone. Literally 95% of the places I go I can never get any reliable signal. Sooner I switch to someone else the better.

    @ThreeUK since when has it been acceptable to disconnect calls being made to your customer services by a BSL Interpreter relay service for someone who is Deaf and to whom you have miss sold a phone contract? Should I be taking a Discrimination route? @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
