    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ... just seems to be a ready made excuse. I know I am barely into broadband contract and only 5 months into mobile contract, but if this persists, I will see what options I have to exit. Never been so dissatisfied (2/2)

    @ThreeUK My 4G speed is slow as a snail it’s like dial up. The 3G is faster honest I’ve tested it. So why should I have any faith in 5G when 4G was in hindsight clearly a con. I can’t even get the minimum speed needed for Google Stadia so had to cancel it. 😢

    @ThreeUKSupport When a number is ported out of Three to a different network. How long does it take for the number to cancel down on Three’s systems?

    @mllykt @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Mate that's so ****! I can't say I'm surprised though. They're so tight for a multi million pound company.

    @ThreeUKSupport Both my wife and myself are having some issues making and receiving calls today. Outgoing calls either take sound 10 secs to go through or not at all and on incoming calls the caller sometimes gets a message saying this number is not in use. S35 postcode area.

  • mat_greenaway Mat Greenaway (@mat_greenaway) reported

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had mobile broadband issues this morning. Felt fobbed off but accepted it. Now my mobile phone I find is receiving no calls. Different issue but your tech seem to have an instant "oh problem all users getting - can't say when it will be fixed" (1/2)

  • PHILCURLEY phil curley (@PHILCURLEY) reported

    @ThreeUK has the network failed in Co.Durham Middridge area. Unable to make calls

  • PaulineFairclo1 Pauline Fairclough (@PaulineFairclo1) reported

    @ThreeUK My 3 mobile broadband has not worked properly since Sunday evening. Can't access my university email or the entire microsoft 365 package, nor various other news websites. Using VPN to get around it. This happened last March and took months to right itself. Could you fix it please

  • MuraliSurendran Murali Surendran (@MuraliSurendran) reported

    @asheck @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah it's insane. When I asked to take the complaint higher they said you can contact Ofcom. Are they mad? I just want them to fulfil their end of the deal.
