    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    @bt_uk iv tried adding a mobile phone contract to my package as already have landline, broadband and TV.... But won't let me get a mobile? Bloody ridiculous! I'm with @ThreeUK and want to leave as they have terrible customer service. The phone is £26pm yet I'm already paying £90

    @ThreeUKSupport I spent 2 hours asking 4 people a very simple technical question today. After getting no useful answers, I am wondering how I can talk to someone who has a vague idea of how your network operates (4g super voice only happens where there's 5g, apparently 🙄)

    @ThreeUKSupport my WiFi router has never arrived so I want to cancel the contract - no one on live chat can sort this out and I have been on hold for 45mins !!

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn’t realise I’ve been in a 24m contract and I assumed it was for 12m it’s a sim only deal will I be charged if I wanted to cancel? It’s been a year that’s how I managed to notice it. As I thought I was due an upgrade.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why bother? You guys never do anything about it... "Try turning your phone on & off" "Try turning from 4G to 3G then back to 4G" "Where sorry you lost service, we can't give you a refund but would you like an upgrade?"

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. M41 6PS. I'm fairly sure we are being barred from 4g and rerouted onto 3g. Last week the message was engineers were working in area, so we tolerated poor servive. Now says should be fine, but isn't. Thanks
