    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    How is everyone’s mobile phone signal these days? Anyone get excited when they get 4g? Is 4g being turned off for 5g? It’s really rare to get 4g and even more rare to get full signal of anything. I’m with @ThreeUK if that makes a difference. #mobilephone #network #4g

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. I know you have to check all bases, but it’s actually insulting how you’re devils advocating this The PAC code was sent 18th Jan. I’m not dense, I do know how to cancel a contract and that is why I’m so upset you’ve continued to take my money.

    @ThreeUKSupport Plus the HIlink app is shocking, never works so what’s the point? All I want is an eta on when the service will be fixed, if you have no idea I will move to a provider who can give me a service I pay for

    @ThreeUKSupport The 4G network in our area (Lincolnshire) appears to have an MTU of 1384. I'd expect it to be 1500. The internet is consequently completely non-functional on some of devices, such as our smart tv.

    @geezerpaulr I left the money grabbing Vodafone 4 years ago for @ThreeUK I think I must have saved at least £2000. I’ve never had any problems anywhere in the World, data or calls. On the S.Coast ATM & on 5g. I would recommend them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Laura! Since Monday I think. There was some engineering work at the weekend I think but it got really bad yesterday. Now it's just at one bar, we live really close to a mast so that's a bit odd.

    @ThreeUK customer service is nonexistent 3 days and at 3 hours of my time wasted to get a pac code and as I’m leaving they don’t want to resolve the complaint I raised what a joke after being a customer for 20 years no chance I’d ever return and we will move gf business elsewhere
