@ThreeUKSupport So my sons phone was up for renewal, he rang 3 the other day and they couldn't give him what he wanted, so I was looking online found a decent package he applied for it had to pay a £29 upfront fee which he was absolutly fine with, still with 3. There was a problem it wouldn't

26 days, many hours of webchat, three times escalated to official complaint status to get a response from @ThreeUK . I am so disappointed by this dreadful customer service

@ThreeUKSupport they simply repeated their assurance that someone would 'take ownership' and personally see to me receiving the promised email. All very polite, but, they never did what they said. Today I finally received the email after being assured on 2nd Nov that it would take 72 hours.

Three are the shittest mobile network. Charging me up more for a service I’ve not received or resolved, hell nah. Been 3 weeks now @ThreeUK spoken to 10 different advisors, DO NOT use 3 mobile load of crap.

@OliviaDBuck @ThreeUK I used to work for 3 until they made me redundant, i would cancel your contract and go with a different provider, they can’t even treat their staff right never mind the customers!
