@ThreeUKSupport I'll deal with somebody direct on here but not webchat again. sorry! I'll have to explain everything all over again, then be put through to customer complaints and start yet again. I have screen images from previous chats I can send
@ThreeUKSupport Just said unfortunately we could order you a replacement sim card, never fear you can order one through the three app ( which is what I did this time ). have tried again through the app but there is no live chat to customer services.
@ThreeUKSupport I'm afraid your support agent was not able to help me - spent 1 hour and 15 minutes answering the same questions over and over to be told - can't see any reason it doesn't work - do I'm stuck here in India without any way of the Bank getting hold of me to unlock my credit card.

So in these troubling times with some of use self isolating and not getting any wages or money from the government and companies saying how they are here to help @ThreeUK think increasing their bill by 2.7% will help. Well thanks for that help
@ThreeUKSupport I already tried to register it as a new account and when I enter my number it says that I already have an account and tells me to enter my password. When I press login it says ‘error occurred: incorrect password’
Got to laugh at @ThreeUK increasing my contract cost by the retail price index .... Think that's going to go down really well with alot of your customers at this time...
@ThreeUKSupport If i try to cancel, its trying to charge me 60 quid... If i try and switch it refuses to let me use a monthly rolling sim
@ThreeUKSupport It’s the GU4 area using an iPhone XS. It’s still really slow when not on WiFi.
@ThreeUK thanks for the text today advising me that my phone bill going up 2.7%. Timing not great, and it has made me realise that come September I will be terminating my contract. No support for long term customers, get better offers as new customer. #loyalcustomer #nosupport.
