@ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve no idea what the postcode is, Laura. I drove through several areas of Leeds including Oakwood and Roundhay - so LS8? It also doesn’t work in Leeds city centre. I’m counting down the weeks before I leave this network. Never had so many problems before.

I suggest you change your brand to WINDOW-MOBILE, @ThreeUK. Because windowside is the only place where your network can actually work. I haven't seen a house where @ThreeUK users can enjoy a phone call on a couch or a chair.

@ThreeUKSupport Called the fraud team and was informed that as they were not able to call me on the number provided they cancel the order. Also, inform the number I gave is not in use even though I was calling them from the same number. No communication via email.
