    @ThreeUKSupport Today customer services chat couldn't figure out where my order was but cancelled my order and put me through to sales to start again. It was sales that figured out what happened, and put a new order in for me which hopefully will arrive Friday 9 days late.

    @threeuk upgraded a month ago & accepted iPhone 12 delivery as today, as no updates I called last night & told I will be texted this morning, this morning no text, called and told it will arrive today, didn't arrive. Now being I have to wait until the 30th! Communication sucks!

    @ThreeUK I'd recommend avoiding @threeuk all together. By far the worst customer service I have ever had... and I'm a @virginmedia customer so I know a thing or two about terrible customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I seem to be having trouble logging into my app since I’ve changed to Pay monthly. I’ve reset my password but haven’t received an email. I’ve done this twice now. My password I had on my account before I changed doesn’t appear to work anymore.
