@SignaLtd @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It’s been 3 days of intermittent outages here with no information provided and no timescale for resolution. The 3 website is (falsely) saying there are no issues and customer service teams are not briefed to help us properly.

@ThreeUK hi I'm trying to get through to customer service and it's a nightmare !! Need to put a pack on the phone as allowances have ran out and I'm going away tomorrow And I literally can't get through to a human !! Have also got an upgrade option so not sure which to do..
