    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been through all of this before and was told it’s because a mast in my area has problems and three have no intention of fixing it. So I basically get faster speeds at 3G then 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport today I had the worst customer service experience on your live chat. 3 hours, 4 different reps and then the last one resolved my complaint mid conversation ending the chat on me! I asked him why my contract changed without me knowing or authorising it right after he told me...

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I have just been purchased a Apple Watch 6 cellular. I have just been told that three does not support the use of Apple watches that are cellular like other phone companies do. Could you confirm if this is the case?
