@ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

@ThreeUKSupport Already been through a crazy “troubleshooting” process via live chat where they wanted me to delete my cache after explaining speeds are poor all over Brighton and I have 2 devices showing the same poor speeds. Choose any Brighton postcode because its all the same, try BN1 2FN

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for getting back to me :)... After an hour and a half and 4 agents, my patience ran out. The only test that was run on my phone was them calling me and declaring no issue when they got through, that's despite me saying this is an intermittent issue...
