    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ThreeUKSupport Contacted three again. Told the debt was wiped. Then RECIEVED A LETTER YESTERDAY SAYING I STILL OWE. Is this a joke? Am I being pranked by the prank patrol? Tried calling just now to be told the systems are down and I should call back tomorrow. @ThreeUKSupport have lost the plot!

    @ThreeUKSupport It was a Three update after a full system update overnight. I'll as the manufacturer if there have been any issues or reports their end.

    @ThreeUKSupport, please sort out your network issues otherwise there will be one less to bill. Been a customer almost 10 years and since I took out the latest contract, that's when the problems started. You have until Aug 2022. No need for the postcode.

    @ThreeUK Three customers now can't access their accounts if they don't have access to their phones (dead battery, lost etc) SMS code only to access accounts online... No option to email code... Customer services and complaints not interested...

    @ThreeUKSupport I need to cancel my contract & want to talk with an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING. Your website is not user friendly, tried LIVE CHAT- they can’t find my details. I’ve emailed- which has failed because you’re all at home & I don’t have my details to be able to cancel online.
