    @ThreeUK been trying to cancel a contract that is coming to an end for 3 days now and still can not do it. This is another reason why I am leaving Three. It is unacceptable for this behaviour

    @ThreeUKSupport Rm18. It's always slow, sometimes I barely get two bars. I've had this issue ever since I joined your network. I pay too much for mediocre service

    @ThreeUK It’s in Exeter. It started afternoon on Sunday. We can receive and hear people when they call from a landline it’s just when we phone landlines they can’t hear us. Tried multiple landlines and different makes of phones and it seems to be a 3 problem as all worked fine on Vodafone

    @ThreeUKSupport On agent attempted a call back after the line dropped, but could not hear anything!! Kindly see my request for a UK based customer service manager/supervisor to call me as I'm looking to switch.

    Really really disappointed with @ThreeUK all throughout this year I've been dealing with them. The customer service isn't helpful either. Then being told u have a £100 credit bc they kept taking money out of my acc on a number I don't use anymore
