    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    Lost my phone on 04 November 2022. Now because of problem in sending activity report to my mail by three team. @Squaretrade insurance has rejected my claim. Till I have received my activity report they have rejected my claim. @ThreeUK

    3/3 This was after an hour long chat with @ThreeUK customer support where they couldn't find any details of a current contract. Which obviously begs the questions, what am I paying for, why are their debt collection team chasing it and why can't I cancel it? Unimpressed.

    @ThreeUKSupport If your customer service team resolved my issue earlier today then why are your collections team still phoning me? I'm guessing not to wish me a great weekend.

    @ThreeUK Can I ask why all of a sudden you could people off on there contract when there a couple of days late with payment I think a restricted service would be better I can't phone anyone n they can't phone me but what if it was an emergency?

    @ThreeUKSupport The best they advised was to cancel the contract and apply for a new one. But if I do that I end up paying £20 more per month for the phone, and I've lost out on the Samsung offer for £300, that I was eligible for after purchasing the phone when I did. I'm really unhappy 😭
