    @ThreeUK I was sold an iPhone 12 Pro on the bases I would have 5G and Esim just after launched, it’s now January and no 5G and zero support for ESim, your customer service is poor, most of them just lie to you to shut you up and sell you a lie, my next stop the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUK no internet since yesterday. Called the customer service team and had the phone shut in my face 4 times by the operators although I didn't spoke bad to them or abused them verbally. Any fixes to this issue?

    @ThreeUK Recharged for £15 pack on 9th jan post which usage till now was 600MB. Havent done any international call. My account shows 0 credit balance and am unable to call or use data. Please help as am unable to reach customer care

    @ThreeUK I raised a complaint over a week ago & your company website states that I’d have a response within 7 days...it’s now into the 9th day & I’ve heard nothing. Your sales staff in local branches are great, but beyond that, atrocious. What’s the best email for your ombudsman?

    @ThreeUKSupport I am a new customer who recharged for £15 pounds on 9th Jan and usage till 15th jan was 600mb with calls only to uk number. It now shows I have 0 balance due to which am unable to call or use net anymore. Please help
