    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah the mobile signal here is very poor so wifi calling is needed. I don't have Three Broadband. I'm with BT Broadband (I'm on FTTP).

    @ThreeUK are the worst network in the uk. Staff in India poorly trained. Couldn’t pick up litter and do it right. Lies. Poor training and incompetence #three

    @ThreeUKSupport I have called them and they said that there is a network-wide issue, which may take “a few hours” to fix. I’m not hopeful given this has been going on for days.

    @SignaLtd @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It’s been 3 days of intermittent outages here with no information provided and no timescale for resolution. The 3 website is (falsely) saying there are no issues and customer service teams are not briefed to help us properly.

    @ThreeUKSupport Got my unlimited 5G Home Broadband yesterday but I cannot connect it (lights on but no internet) and it keeps asking for a top up. Is that related to the technical issues you’re experiencing?

    @ThreeUK hi I'm trying to get through to customer service and it's a nightmare !! Need to put a pack on the phone as allowances have ran out and I'm going away tomorrow And I literally can't get through to a human !! Have also got an upgrade option so not sure which to do..
