cycleoptic💙💚 (@cycleoptic) reported@ThreeUKSupport @CarloPhoto71 the reply is: no problem with the 4or5 G signal, which is true! it’s the interest connection carried on it that is often the problem, which you seem to find possible to monitor! ( even your 2nd line indian engineering support can’t ! ) we need a STATUS page for internet )

Taryn Tilley (@TilleyTaryn) reported@ThreeUK … every day this week I have been told to be patient and wait another 24-48 hours for a sim to be activated. Your customer service advisors have been no help- apparently they understand what I am going through but no one can tell me or explain why takes so long.
-
David Holmes (@sherlock1968) reportedDon't normally do this but @ThreeUK has let me down. People have been unable to ring or text me on the SIM provided through its Smarty brand for over a week. Passed from pillar to post by its customer service people - nobody takes ownership & no end in sight.
-
Border Riever 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@geordie_driver) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUK can you sort out a signal in teesport. I know Mother Nature gave up around there, but a decent signal wouldn’t go a miss. Reminds me of watching porn on dial up in the 90’s.

izzy izzy (@zipimel) reported@ThreeUK customer service impossible and difficult to talk to anyone. Worst experience. I just want to know how much it will cost using my phone abroad and it’s extremely unclear online. Can someone please help!!!!
