@ThreeUK shocking customer service contract will be ended after 15 years cannot look after exsiting customers. Rude staff in international call centers! All 3 of my contracts will be cancelled. Called for an upgrade and got treated with no respect!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah the support team couldn’t help any further. The technical team said they would investigate. Ive actually gone through the process 3 times now. Just frustrated to be honest. Long time without any fix.

@ThreeUK is such a **** network I’ve just realised. Been with them almost 10 years and they have nothing to offer. All they do is raise the rates every year. And the signal is **** too. Once my contract is done I’m going elsewhere
