@ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve sent postcode 1hr 40m ago via DM. No response. I’ve also emailed your actual @ThreeUK Data Protection Officer about you asking for postcodes publicly rather than via DM, these along with other social media identifiers most times give a customer account street address out❌

@AngeDrummond @ThreeUKSupport Repeatedly told Three Tech Mahindra India not to call a elderly relative as per the my3 opt out settings, but they don’t care about U.K. legislation or Ofcom regulation as they aren’t Three just a below par third party customer ‘care’ subcontractor, staff training is dismal.

either @threeuk are doing (long lasting) maintenance in the west mids, or they’ve turned off a mast. this service is appalling. 4G loading at GPRS level speeds. and 5G just doesn’t work at all

It’s been nearly 3 months but I FINALLY managed to cancel my contract with @ThreeUK 😭🤩🥳 now I just need to cancel the business contract with Three and I’ll be rid of them FOREVERRRRRR!!!! 🥳🥳🥳
