    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, Yes it has. As I mentioned before, she has called twice, the last being Thursday last week. We’ve checked this morning and still nothing. As I said before, this isn’t about the money but a system which puts the onus on the customer to ask for their money back.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm a long-time customer. Your online chat isn't working & my Three # has stopped working. I now live in Spain & tried to cancel my contract but was talked into staying with the promise my acct would be ok with wifi only. That hasn't been the case. Please help.

    @ThreeUK have been a customer for a good few number of years now. Tried to look in to getting a tablet and a phone upgrade yesterday and your customer service was the worst it has ever been. Obviously existing customers are not valued by the company

    @ThreeUKSupport @johnnyb_mcl Same here , been with 3 for 15 years but feel there falling further and further behind other networks , getting sms at least once a month saying problems in your area .can’t see me lasting much longer
