    @ThreeUKSupport In writing and it was signed for. Your webchat service provided appalling service which is why I sent the letter signed. Can you please confirm whether I need legal advice as it seems a long time to wait.

    @ThreeUKSupport In the store they logged on for me to take of the adult content filter themselves and told me it was sorted but might take a while to update. It never was sorted. I contacted and was told it was definitely sorted. It was not sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport The webchat service was even worse. Does your regulator require you to acknowledge a complaint within a certain period of time? Not sure how it works.

    Yeah @ThreeUK continues to be useless. I pay £100s a month for multiple phones and just upgraded my main one. They sent the wrong iPhone 14. Useless. My hand me down was a Christmas present. I am massively irritated that I report it and I’m the one that has to ring tomorrow.
