    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes and direct debit on item I never recieved. Has been on going since mid December. Went to shop and filled out complaint as this is the only way. Shop is 30 mile round trip. I need to go again as is the only chance to have a conversation with someone who is not foreign

    @ThreeUKSupport Advised me last Monday for a third time that would be there in 3 working days have a complaint code ref as well waited week and half and third time called in told me would be another 3 working days getting really annoyed about being messed about

    If you’re new to London and looking into which SIM to buy, run away from @ThreeUK and never look back! Run away fast. My SIM isn’t working for the past 5 days. They haven’t been able to fix the issue nor do they want to send a replacement SIM to me. Stay away from #threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport we have had issues with mobile broadband now for nearly a month. 4G is on but very slow and we have no 5G. When is this getting sorted. LN6 7GA. We are considering leaving because of how bad it is.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes sorry, phone connecting to WiFi and calls etc. just mobile data not working. So unable to connect to WhatsApp/internet when out of public WiFi areas

    @ThreeUK absolutely abysmal customer service 2 and half months to get a refund and told 3 times will be there in 3 working days for then nothing to happen and have to chase it again
