    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq - I ordered an upgrade via your website on 15th January. It was due to arrive on 18th & never turned up. I called the following and was told they didn’t know why and would look in to it & to give 48 hrs. Called again 2 days later - upgrade “stuck in system” & give them-

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply unfortunately. Although it sped up very early this morning it’s still really slow today. I had to buy another networks sim or I’d risk losing my job =/

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract I tried to setup, SIM never received. 4 letters without replies, numerous long calls and a year later £120 of direct debits have been taken from my account for no service. What can you actually do about this?

    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport They also checked coverage in my area and was told I'd receive good signal indoors and outdoors (the only reason I went with 3). I have 1 bar signal at all times. I used to work for an ISP, so please don't try and lecture me on a subject I already know a lot about.

    @stripedx @ThreeUK It won't let us reply to your DM but it looks like the coverage in the area is limited, have you always had issues here? If switch to 3G only do you see an improvement at all? -Kim
