    @ThreeUKSupport 4G but tech support trying to say it’s down to issues in the area. I’ve had the issues from the start but put up with it. Now 2 of us working from home the internet keeps freezing. Never get WiFi on phone upstairs. Worst decision made changing to 3 broadband.

    @ThreeUK it's like being back in the old days of dial up. 49 mins to transfer some file to someone as internet is not working. Today I reported you to Trading standards as you just don't seem to be addressing any complaints.

    Hi @ThreeUK Are there any issues in the NE22 area ? I am having issues with really slow speeds, used to be faster than this, and I've rebooted phone etc, getting max 8 down, used to get 50+
