  • IsiGB Isi Genn-Bash (@IsiGB) reported

@johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK Hi Three, I am getting this same problem. It began last night when I was cut off mid-call. I gave unlimited minutes & no control spend blocks. Clearly from this thread this has been an ongoing issue. Is there a fix? I've been a customer for 10 years but this is a massive problem.

  • DeiMcL Deirdre McLaughlin (@DeiMcL) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am so saddened by your customer service and the continued ableism I have experienced as a disabled person unable to travel to update my SIM. Please consider updating your policies or you will lose a longtime customer.

@ThreeUKSupport Also would latency vary from day to day? Last month I had <100ms, then for a couple of days it was >100ms. After that, it was back to normal stability of 60ms.

  • damohopo Damien Hopkins (@damohopo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t see any pattern to it. Also, it only happens on the network, not when the phone is on WiFi calling

  • Mrfrye88 MrFrye88 (@Mrfrye88) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently it's been being fixed for the last 12 months, there has been a phone tower erected near me weeks ago and i thought that may have fixed the issue but no :(

  • BeckiCharlotte_ Becki Charlotte (@BeckiCharlotte_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Baring in mind I was returning a call about a complaint I’d made because I’d gone through a whole similar ordeal when trying to find out what to do if my number has been cloned - which is a potential fraud risk

  • BR17ISH BR17. (@BR17ISH) reported
