@ThreeUKSupport Your call centre staff are rude and incompetent. They pass you around blindly without passing info to the next advisor. They couldn't care less about any problems you have. Sick to death of trying to ring as I'd have a better response if I banged my head against the wall.

@ThreeUK 5G Broadband is a joke. Since you took over from Three Broadband / Relish, the service has got worse. From 300mb dl and 30mb ul speeds, to less than 80mb and 1mb ul speeds now. Worse than dial up. Always 7 days to fix never fixed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, having a problem with your website - specifically, I can't reset my password - get the email with the link, but when I enter a new password and hit enter, I get a message saying "my3auth.text.generic.error" instead of my password being reset.

@ThreeUKSupport As for your chat service. Whenever I try i get the "please try later" message. The receipt doesn't have a tracking no on so I'm buggered basically. But the receipt proves I've sent it. There is no way you are getting another penny from me. You can stuff your bill, tyvm!
