    One day @ThreeUK will provide a decent service in Aberdeenshire. Instead they focus on getting their call centres to call me and try to sell stuff when I keep telling them not to call me. #rubbishmobile

    @ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and I’ll be gone after 16yrs.

    I use @ThreeUK in London, but the internet is practically non-existent... The signal is zero, the speed is terrible. This experience is truly unacceptable in 2026. 🙃 Am I the only one experiencing this problem? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?
