@ThreeUKSupport After porting my number to your network, I cannot use my data or receive and make calls. I’m extremely disappointed with this service.

  • bengalibrownbr the bear (@bengalibrownbr) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No one in your live chat could help 😔 This is a horrible experience

  • purkeenjee Keenjee Nama (@purkeenjee) reported

So frustrated how @ThreeUK takes my money without even using their service. So unacceptable and surely I will not recommend this money making network to anyone. Any recommendation?

  • ThatTrainChap Matthew Wilson (@ThatTrainChap) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Oh we are WAAY past your router, purely my own mobile connection now. We are paying for broadband until August but got Virgin Media as the home broadband was so appalling, rarely broaching 30Mbs. By definition, by mobile gets places all over the house, still terrible figures.

  • huxham Paul Huxham (@huxham) reported

@bubblehead1244 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport is still the only major UK network not offering eSIM. I’m tired of waiting with no commitment, just a vague promise that maybe one day something might happen. So I’ll be going to another network in August when my contract ends.

  • ElectricalAllen Allen Electrical (@ElectricalAllen) reported

@DpawsonGas @ThreeUK @EE I have to say generally I’ve found EE pretty good and sending data between my phone and iPad is easy and decent. That said their network seems to be a lot more chuggy nowadays, they used to smash Three everywhere me and the wife went. Not the case anymore….

  • bnjmnjhn benjamin✨ (@bnjmnjhn) reported

  • JoeTheUnit FREE PALESTINE (@JoeTheUnit) reported

@ThreeUK why do I have to make a call longer than a minute to prove my address? I don’t make phone calls, ever. So now I can’t change my address and upgrade my phone? This is some caveman ****
