    @ThreeUKSupport please sort the 5g broadband out - E1W 2QN had issues all week. Will not be renewing either my mobile or broadband again. Had 14 days of interruptions in the last month alone. Impossible to wfh.

    @ThreeUK So, as a loyal customer I'm offered 3UK broadband. I get my 2 yr contact, cancel my ISP and now 30 days later. NO DATA FOR 4 DAYS!! Zero Communication & when I call told to wait a day. It's now day 5!! Truly unimpressive. Back to tethering from my phone. Thanks 3!! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport My service still runs until the end of this month. It would be good if the 5G broadband could work until then please. It’s very intermittent as others have mentioned.

    Hi @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 11 yrs. A few upgrades in past number of years as well as phones for kids that are advertised with beats headsets yet they’re never in stock 🤔 Just a sneaky marketing ploy? Are they ever instock?? #frustrated #rewardloyalty #customerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport - I've been having issues with my 5g/4g broadband ( London E1) since the beginning of the week, I've restarted my router multiple times, I'm seeing my Wi-Fi, but no internet. I'm seeing similar reports, I'm currently having to use my mobile data.
