@ThreeUKSupport Because your passing the blame back onto the company who is supposed to send the TV out to the customer but if they are not getting told by your company to send them to the customer how are they supposed to send them sick of the constant back and forth

By the way @ThreeUK suggesting to your customers that they should CALL tech support if their sim isn't working massively ignores the position of people that live alone and don't have a different working sim they can use to call you in the first place?
