Wow @ThreeUK after 6 weeks of having signal outage, their first solution was to quote me their early termination fee if I wasn't happy? MohdGhazali is the one to speak to online at @ThreeUK if you want garbage customer service.

  • nathangaskin Nathan Gaskin (@nathangaskin) reported

Hey @ThreeUK I'm already your customer - why have you been blowing my phone up for DAYS just to tell me about a "special SIM only deal for my friends and family"? If you're trying to get me to leave your network you're doing a great job.

Terrible, the only way to get out of the contract early is to move some place where they have absolutely no coverage.* *according to the @ThreeUK guy when we’re signing the contract.

  • DrStrangeLug Paul Loveridge (@DrStrangeLug) reported

Damn you @ThreeUK . Wife's phone data stopped. So I checked if she'd hit her spending cap . Her account page said she had no cap. I spent the rest of the day Tring all sorts of things and eventually had to call them.

@liencam @ThreeUK Yeah I’ve tried that too, never worked for me either but good luck
