FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport why is the signal (internet) so poor in B43 Great Barr Birmingham? @VodafoneUK
-
Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

Benny (@Benny__H) reported@ThreeUK Hi can you help with a three plus question? I downloaded a voucher code for a £1 cafe Nero...the app says I've already downloaded it but when I go to my codes to find the qr code it says I've got no codes. Thanks

Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
-
ES (@ewa_swital16945) reported@ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three knowingly supporting Fraud!
-
Kevin Mulinga (@mulinga_kevin) reported@ThreeUK I can't enjoy your services. No service at all. My WiFi not working after buffering for over 30 minutes. Sad state of affairs.
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
Rob Welford (@rob_welford) reported@ThreeUK ok,stop *************** before I cancel my direct debit, why haven’t you activated my roaming pass when I’ve still got 70 days left?
-
Sassy (@lyeuhm) reported@stevejh1973 @ThreeUK did you ever get your wifi calling working? mines been out for about two weeks now and nothing i do seems to fix it! it’s infuriating
