Hell is @ThreeUK customer support making you do the same troubleshooting steps four times in the same week without any success, while telling you those troubleshooting steps will "definitely solve the problem". Currently want to rip my own eyes out

@ThreeUKSupport Well think if that’s the case paying over £180 for unused service is ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport We were taken round in circles apparently my 78yo mum had to be a computer literate, twitter user for them to help. She now cannot afford to eat.

@ThreeUKSupport Again, we did that and was told to go back into the shop. This contract always missold to an elderly, vulnerable person, who is now unable to afford to eat, but never mind that aye? As long as three can keep charging her money.

@O2 appallingly poor service moved to O2 recently signal strength patchy issues with signing up and after more signal issues you ordered a new esim and then disabled mine before you had dispatched the new one! And now want over £400 in early termination fees! Back to @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport I rarely complain in life but I feel it really is time to sort the most basic feature out. I can’t fault your data service. It’s the reason I’m still with you but for god sakes can’t you once and for all sort it and loose the stigma of having bad phone signal/connnection. Thanks

@ThreeUK named their company after the average amount of hours it takes to upload 1 video. “Unlimited” data yet 0 signal no matter where I go 🤢 Worst company ever.
