    @ThreeUK It’s 09:46AM please wake up and think 💡, I’ve explained it and answered your question twice. I’m not paying for something I have not received. The case gets closed and you refer me to an ombudsman. I’m done with this dumb service.

    A glorious day. I left @ThreeUK yesterday after 6 months + of constantly failing signal in Salisbury. Although the chap on the live chat was helpful - it would help if we weren't consistently told 'we are aware of a fault' or 'we are upgrading the tower'. #three #nosignal

    @ThreeUKSupport It's for a £35 unlimited data pack and I just want a refund (minus what I've used) as the signal isn't great here and I was hung up on the phone, told they don't do refunds over 150mb and now that the 14 day cooling off period doesn't apply to PAYG (when the t&c read different)

    @ThreeUKSupport I switched from contract to pay as you go and your guy said I had £8 still on my account that was owed to me. Also when I tried to cancel the first time they didn’t actually cancel it so I was still paying £11 for a service I wasn’t using and he said I could get that back too

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I spoke to someone about this the other day, was told my old number would be transferred over today - that number is now not working and the three number is the only one that’s working when it’s not the number I want. What am I meant to do? This was meant to be sorted today
