John craig Sinclair (@JohncraigSincl2) reportedIF ANYONE HAS GOT SIMCARD ONLY CONTRACTS WITH @ThreeUK, CANCEL THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS IT'S ADDING A MINIMUM OF £12.16 ONTO YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BILLS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AS I ONLY FOUND OUT 10 MINUTES AGO
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
-
Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
-
Lynette Cone (@Lynette_C) reported@ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.

whatyouthayin (@whatyouthayin) reported@LiveChatTH @ThreeUK Hi, I am having major issues working from home over the last week. Internet network drops out several times a day and need to unplug router to reset everytime. Please can someone advise what the issue it?

Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
