@ThreeUK This is not how you treat loyal customers. You render your new terms and conditions unacceptable, forcing them to leave, and yet demand that they stay on and pay for another month, instead of giving them the chance to cancel immediately and refund them the difference👎

@ThreeUKSupport Also I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone and in chat rooms with three advisors. Today I spent over an hour in store and the three representative opened a complaint for me and agreed I should not have to pay as it is Three’s initial mistake.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I called today and spoke to Shreyas about the poor connection on my mobile broadband. He said there are works in my area for the next 7 days and would refund me £6.70, then offered me £7.75. I asked to complain and he said he could not give me the refund if I complained.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade, thank you for replying however you have misunderstood. The rep stated I would not receive the refund if I raised a complaint. The refund was for loss of broadband over 7 days and unrelated to my complaint. I wanted to complain about his customer service.
