@ThreeUKSupport When trying to pay my bill using the mobile app or website on mobile, there's no option to do this. No way to process a payment, it's like the page is missing a pay now option. I've had no issues paying this way in the past until now.

2/2. Near that site you've planted cabinets for a new 5G mast back in Dec 2021 & abandoned them. What's going on? 1bar of 5G signal from another site is incredibly slow also. @ThreeUKSupport

@PhilipGlanville How is it that @ThreeUK (Hutchinson) was refused the chance to improve the appalling network conditions in Fairholt area, on the grounds that a pole would negatively impact the area. Yet @hackneycouncil installed 4 10-15m CCTV poles on the same street?

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW Could you just focus on improving your basic service first ? As a customer, every time I raise a request to customer service, the only answer is " wait for 48 hours, back end team is working on it". Days after days, weeks after weeks, never have I got a result or email update.

@ThreeUKSupport the billing address was apparently my old address which I explained on the original phone call and changed, but clearly it wasn't changed on the system. So now I have this crap with debt collectors to deal with.

Please someone tell me why, if I cancel my phone contract @ThreeUK and buy a new sim to become a "new" customer, I can pay less per month, and the "deal" they'd like to put me on only lasts until April. Fed up of big companies squeezing every penny out of customers at the moment
