    @TLRailUK @ThreeUK Hello, I am not reporting an incident to them, but instead of your advisors just suggesting to message that number, check what network they’re on first, then see if they’ve got any spending caps on their account which could block it internally. Suggest to also contact 1/2

  • legsdown Richard Easy (@legsdown) reported from Saltdean, England

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

  • BoxTravelling Travelling Box (@BoxTravelling) reported

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK 4g or 5g are pretty regular on the o2 network

  • LuSchmoo Lu (@LuSchmoo) reported

    @TLRailUK @TheRevolver11 Hello, I’ve tried messaging that number before on the @ThreeUK network and this just fails. Just in case this happens to someone else, I suggest also to use their phone number which is 0800 405040. Not trying to be mean, just suggesting it.

  • harrypdean Harry (@harrypdean) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I provided the PAC code to you when I signed up for the contract on your website on the 13th and selected today for it to move over as that was the earliest date it would give me, but my existing SIM with the number being carried over still has signal etc

  • CombeWildWalk R@mbler (@CombeWildWalk) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport If your customer service is listening, the Three network is pretty bad at EX34 0DY #NorthDevon. Very patchy signal, very slow internet. Please fix, thanks.

  • MikiB007 Miki Clem Fandango 🟪⬜🟩 (@MikiB007) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It isn't, as @ofcom & I have shown. As you can see from previous conversations, there's always "work" going on that interferes with coverage. This problem is never resolved. What are the procedures for ending my contract due to your inability to provide the service I pay for?

  • cjk1971 ckelly (@cjk1971) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport For the 3rd time of asking when are you going to get the update on the huawei router so I can watch my catchup and netflix on my TV been over a month now and you don't give a **** I'm not paying for your broadband when I can't view what I want 🤬

  • AndrewD1553 Andrew Douglas (@AndrewD1553) reported

    @O2 I’m looking for some help in moving from @ThreeUKSupport who have told me that my contract is no longer available and my monthly cost is increasing from £15 to £26 and I lose free roaming. Can I keep my number?

  • VJ_Naidu040 Vijay Naidu (@VJ_Naidu040) reported

    @apurvnagpal @ThreeUK These days customer service responds only to Twitter messages
