    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I've phoned you to ask that my SIM is converted to an eSIM but I was told by the operator that you can't do that. Yet when I look on your website it says you can have eSIMs. Can I get an eSIM as a current customer?!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already done this 5 times amd nothing has been done. I get smae response all the time also at one point I was told the mast was having something done to it and 7 days it should be fully working but Thai doesn't show anywhere on the network status page

    @ThreeUKSupport full 5G coverage and only getting 1mb download. OL16 post code. No issues on coverage checker. Been bad in OL15 and OL16 for a few days

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Fraser but that doesn’t help, sadly - currently it is not available on the Elizabeth line platforms at Liverpool Street or Paddington - I’m not sure about others. Will it be made available on those platforms at any point or are they not classed as underground?
