@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days I’ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I can’t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isn’t appropriate...

I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JD_pilot Jon (@JD_pilot) reported

Hi @ThreeUK I use home mobile broadband. Your website states you can provide a static IP. Your online chat said if I called it could be set up. I have spent all morning going round your phone support being told it’s impossible. Which is true please? @VodafoneUK tell me they can.

  • BrokenBennett Paul B (@BrokenBennett) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Also, just for good measure, have deleted cookies and cache and that doesn't fix it; regardless of number, I end up logged in as mobile BB no.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, we bought a second hand iphone and have been using it on giffgaff for three months with no issues, now it says 'no service' and it looks like its been network blocked by you guys, if I send you the IMEI can you look into it for us please?

  • gkkent81 Glenn (@gkkent81) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I can get 5G on my mobile network. However your website suggests only 4g home broadband is available to me?

  • swizzlestick19 Florian (@swizzlestick19) reported

@2point4bikes @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport They only owe me 2 payments amounting to £30. They kept taking whilst I kept asking to cancel...... So until I'm refunded I will continue to ensure that people are fully aware by promoting my own very negative experience and until Finegan resigns
