  • jjf2906
JJF (@jjf2906) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow 😅

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK your 4G is actually the worst about. could get better 4G 5 years ago ffs. 3G is better. FS carrier pigeon would be ****** quicker.

  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬

  • MrADJ
Andrew Jones (@MrADJ) reported from Greenisland, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK is something wrong with the network? My signal has been really poor since last week. Keeps cutting out! #ThreeNetwork

  • Rachel_McKee
Rachel McKee (@Rachel_McKee) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport I have had contracts with you for over 10 years, I have recently downgraded to SIM only and it has been nothing but problems and being overcharged

  • daddyry4n
LOVERBOY (@daddyry4n) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK hi my network is down and I have tried taking the sim out and putting it back in, turning things on and off can you help

  • avalard
Robert J.E. Simpson (@avalard) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

  • Fiona_Dick
Fiona Dick (@Fiona_Dick) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days I’ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I can’t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isn’t appropriate...

  • jmpfe
Mark Prentice (@jmpfe) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

.@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with service in the BT23 area??

  • PedroClarke1
Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

  • internetsense
Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport All three of our phones were terribly badly affected by the serious outage that we experienced about 10 days ago. I read that you are offering £20 credits, we have three phones affected.

  • xeode
    Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK

  • i_amsochi
    stiches. (@i_amsochi) reported

@ThreeUK I need help and a quick fix, can someone please get back to me, I have rang you guys so many times and you have been so unhelpful, there has been no resolution and being passed back and forth and would like to escalate/ speak to a manager asap!

  • Gary_Kilroy
    Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reported

I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

  • LevityODonnell
    Levity (@LevityODonnell) reported

@ThreeUK Sort your **** mobile broadband network out in South Manchester. I had better service with my AOL rom disc and dial up in Y2K.

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

  • babylonlover29
You Can Call Me Honey (@babylonlover29) reported

@ThreeUK you have the WORST customer support personnels EVER!

  • AdamBat92308251
    Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported

@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

  • jnafr
    FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported

    Back in B43 Birmingham/Walsall @ThreeUKSupport @vodafone @VodafoneUK Slow to no internet connection.
