Can you tell us if there is a known problem in Belfast today
-
Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...
-
TheMasqueradeNI (@TheMasqueradeNI) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@Agent2675 @ThreeUK I did but it said there was a problem and to contact 3

-
Fiona Dick (@Fiona_Dick) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days I’ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I can’t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isn’t appropriate...
-
Paul A (@paulnorniron) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport I'll try that. What is the issue anyway? I haven't had an issue in years, yet for the last while back its been woeful!
-
Rachel McKee (@Rachel_McKee) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed
-
David Sedge (@DavySedge) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@ThreeUK I can't get mobile data working in Spain and have followed all your instructions. Please help
-
TheMasqueradeNI (@TheMasqueradeNI) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi - it's been 2 weeks without reply, can you send me your Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure. Thanks
-
Filipa Garcia (@garcia_filipa) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland@ohaymonica @ThreeUK It is not... had the same issue
-
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬
-
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!
-
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport It has been, and I was still asked to explain it all and give in all my details again to every new person I spoke to. Suppose I'll get nowhere tweeting you guys if you can't even flag problems in the area. It's a ******' pain in the **** having to phone.
-
Andrea O'Kane (@annieoakley1984) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport Terrible network reception so going to move instead
-
Robert J.E. Simpson (@avalard) reported from Newtownards, Northern IrelandI used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
wulfsage (@wulfsagemakes) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@siyabuilt @ThreeUK dogass service
-
Siya (@siyabuilt) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way
-
Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?
