    @ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

    @ThreeUK can you tell me if you have issues in the west London area, because your 5g home hub is showing a speed of 6mbps download. Your coverage checker is supposedly showing it’s ok, but I know from speaking to your customer service this is not correct-What a joke!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an issue with mobile 5g broadband. The router keep switching between two masts I have nearby every few seconds causing connections to be unstable. Checker shows no network issues.

    @ThreeUK upgraded my contract last year and never made me aware of new charges coming into effect on May the 23rd. Useless calls to your customers centre... New case for the Ombudsman, what a huge disappointment after more than 10 years.. Appalled 😠

    @ThreeUK you can take your damn contract and shove up where the sun don’t shine had enough with your 💩service paying good money for 💩 I’d rather pay £5more and join EE than stay with you incompetent fools. 3mb download speed and 0.11kbs upload speed and you’re charging me £25pm
