@ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow 😅

@ThreeUKSupport I was on the phone with yourselves but the operator cut me off. I have tried several times to use the live chat but it is down. I am attempting to transfer my number from yourselves on payg to paym Yet after 3 days from filling in the form this has not happened

@ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬

@ThreeUK So I had my phone stolen a while last month. So I started using a Three PAYG SIM I had, I registered it to the same email as my pay monthly SIM. Now if my pay monthly number has no signal or my phone is off, it now automatically diverts to the PAYG SIM. Why!???

@ThreeUKSupport So I have 2 SIMs one PM and one PAYG. BOTH registered to the same email address. Yes, I'm using both SIMs in different phones. So.. If my PM sim/phone is off or has no signal, at that point if someone calls my PM number its being diverted to my PAYG sim! How and why!?
