I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days I’ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I can’t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isn’t appropriate...

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Graeme Pickering
(@PickGS) reported
@remenos @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport That’s awful. I think a number of companies don’t say anything. We’ve had at least two contracts where we were out of contract & weren’t notified. So long as they can take the money out, they don’t seem bothered. They exploit the fact people don’t or can’t review prices.
-
Kai Aaron Kuenssberg
(@KaiKuenssberg) reported
@ThreeUK you have to improve 3G and 4g signal before thinking about 5g, WiFi is infuriating and takes 30 minutes to download an app and can’t even use YouTube. I’m in the G32 area
-
Danny Rizzo
(@dannyjrizzo) reported
@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 3 days later, a new sim and still massive issues. No one listening to me when I am saying lots of people are having issues in my area. Now stuck at home with no way to talk to anyone whilst living on my own !!! Please help!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Every time I give you a post code from any place in London you come back with "it's all fine in your area, maybe the network is congested". Your network is just not fit to be used and that's that.
-
Alistair Clare
(@alistairclare) reported
@John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It’s probably because we do not have proper web account access to our work numbers. Would be handy to have when three’s signal is poor to switch to another network. Less of an issue with the no travel. Not used any significant mobile data for a year!
-
Danny Rizzo
(@dannyjrizzo) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I wish I had checked online for the amount of data breaches your company has had and I would have stayed well clear. Now my personal information is in the hands of fraudsters and the damage is done.
-
Alistair Clare
(@alistairclare) reported
@John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Progress indeed. I looked at it when I got my new phone and decided it was too much effort. I do not think the work VF accounts support e-sim either. Positive point is that the whole town centre is bathed in 5g coverage. 200mb+ by the office if we ever go back 🤔

@ThreeUK If I tagged the support it would go like this: - give us postcode - here - it's all okay from out point, maybe the network is congested
