@ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

@ThreeUKSupport But the problem only started when that message (with the Scottish accent) about "sim only deals" was inserted into the top up process, making it impossible to top up unless I talked to someone about your deals! So while that's the case I'm afraid I'll remain suspicious.

@ThreeUKSupport I had no service for a month, had to take out a different broadband service as obviously was useless not having coverage. Tried to cancel due to breach of contract from 3 and they’ve refused ans keep trying to charge a fee. Somebody on the phone told me my complaint was closed

@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with 5G in EH23? A lot in my estate have the 5G WiFi and signal has been dropping consistently over last few days. I have to keep unplugging the router at least 4/5 times a day.

@threeuk Live chat didn't grasp concept, went round in circles, for an hour, told me connecting to PAYG top-up help, then ended chat on me.. clocks ticking and this needs sorting.. No I don't have phone # of SIM, it's gone in a MiFi, and my phone has a different size SIM slot
