I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

@JNofficialx @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Nothing to do with the Vodafone/3 merger - I had poor service (both coverage and CS, which I've had to complain about) from 3 upon joining so left quickly, but if it's only been for a short-ish amount of time, there might be a faulty/overutilised cell mast in your area.
