    @ThreeUK I don't blame Three for the outage that happens with all carriers. But this has been down all night it's taken until 0900 before this was acknowledged.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow 😅

    @McSmileyman @VeronicaHoungan @ThreeUK Yeah I’m in Belfast and for a city the single has got extremely terrible. Time to shop around a new deal with someone else, been with three now 5 years and don’t see a better other for existing customers compared to new.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

    @ThreeUKSupport It has been, and I was still asked to explain it all and give in all my details again to every new person I spoke to. Suppose I'll get nowhere tweeting you guys if you can't even flag problems in the area. It's a ******' pain in the **** having to phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬

    @ThreeUK so I paid for a month unlimited mobile data and the speeds are pretty slow. I needed it bc my Internet was playing up but I'm not even reaching 5 mbps on your data at times

    @ThreeUKSupport He never received the handset. He left the store & immediately rang & cancelled the contract. He'd made the order the night b4 & only went 2 collect when he got a text saying it had been delivered 2 that store. I'm not sure what happened 2 the handset. Never received/used it. 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport S20. The point was I was told there was an issue with the tracking etc which was resolved that day(last Thursday). I was told delivery will be Friday 11th nothing then Tuesday 15th.. nothing! Now tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous and the worse service every. A 5year could do better
