    Despite having 4 separate contracts with @ThreeUK I now have two upgrade orders in 2 days cancelled because you have stock problems. My son will be devastated as his Christmas present will now not be here. Off to check @O2 ....

    @ThreeUKSupport Broadband service is terrible today. 0.62Mb/s, no signal issue, no coverage issues in my area, full 4G coverage. No reboot or factory reset helps. Customer support told me to phone back in 2 hours because "their applications aren't working". Not happy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Three rang me and asked if I wanted to upgrade. I never needed to so it was moved to sim only. No I did not notice it going out my bank until I checked when I could upgrade it was November last year. Then I realised it wasn’t changed over

    @ThreeUK useless one of the kids phone was stolen yesterday. Gone in to shop on #Brighton and was offered an upgrade. Seems your upgrade system is down and has been all afternoon . No time to come back, so off to @CPWTweets I go to buy out right.

    @ThreeUKSupport I believe it's the end of November, so upgrade end of Oct. However that isn't the point. I on live chat agreed to a new contract and three backed out. I was also NEVER informed about early upgrade fee.

    @ThreeUK, @threeuksupport i said them ok fine i'll pay what ever it is but Three UK needs to send information to experian about this correction that this was not a missed payment. I asked to talk to manager regarding this matter, which customer support said no we cant as Manager

    @ThreeUK, @threeuksupport is busy and we cant do any thing call back again. Now again putting Three UK customer service in a bad position. If three UK is not going to resolve this issue i am afraid I have to to take this matter to Ombudsman to investigate this further through
