@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK The single worst customer experience ever. Fault with porting my old number meant I got into an endless loop of explaining everything on chat to people of varying degrees of competen, from average to terrible. 3 weeks and still not sorted. Shocking.

  • OrchardMan58 Mike Collier (@OrchardMan58) reported

I've had so much grief and bad advice from @ThreeUK that I've given up and moved to @O2 I'm hoping they'll be better. To be honest, they couldn't be any worse. #hereshoping #betterdaysahead #anythingbutthree

@ThreeUKSupport I checked. Emergency alert notifications were enabled and yet I received no notification yesterday at, or near, 3pm. Is there an explanation?

@LinkofHyrule89 @ThreeUK That's a much harder fault to pin down. And Three saying "we are working with the Government to understand why" - is not reassuring either, I doubt anyone in Government even knows how to factory reset a phone, nevermind anything more technical
