If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

Robbo$ONDO (@Robbo2024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.
