@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport had to cancel my DD with three as I refuse to pay for a product that doesn’t work, having to reset my router 3/4 times a day, support telling me to change settings monthly, dropping down to 3G, speeds of around 2mb, and still not being able to cancel my contract!

@ThreeUKSupport THANKS Kris🙌my dad has rang them 3 times still waiting on itemised bills so I can ring them, he may be old but isn't stupid ,but for some reason all 3 say is ,it's what you've used ? Even tho he's NEVER gone above £20 month it's the end of his contact & u hit him WITH £280 bill
