@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

With one half of my family group being US based, Go Roam was the reason I stuck with @ThreeUK , even though I’ve not been able to make it back to the states for a few years and the service for the past year has been unusable at times where I live. Time to start looking around now

@ThreeUKSupport If on a rolling monthly SIM only plan will the new roaming charges effect me. Also will the new costs mean faster data when abroad. Don't mind paying if it means improved service.

@ThreeUKSupport @CmdrSpace Ill explain it for you, greed. And i know your just a guy behind a screen, but pass the message up the chain, im sure three will loose business quickly enough with this change. Service is bad enough, roaming just offset it.
