    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK's website is terrible. Won't log me in with the password that I know is correct, locks my account, I then reset the password, website throws up an error, try logging in with new password, says incorrect and relocks my account. Tried 3 times to reset it now!

    @dougbinks @ThreeUK Search Twitter for the issue. It’s been going on for months. If @ThreeUK can’t even provide 200mb of mobile data, I wouldn’t risk paying them money for data as it seems their network is shagged.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did chat to them again the same response “we will do our best to deliver it to you/shop soon, we apologize and now we will transfer you to the complaint team” i have made 4 complaints and i bet NOBODY have even looked at them. Absolutely terrible and unpleasant experience.

    @jam_face @ThreeUK Their signal is terrible most of the time where I really need it. I’m with ID mobile who I didn’t know until it was too late, piggyback on their network. So I’m stuck with the same old shitty signal in most places. Really can’t wait to leave next year.

    @ThreeUKSupport Dear sir I told you simply my internet not working properly and you same treat my like 3 costumer service who working there..dear 3 if you fix my internet problem that's good for me if you can't fix doesn't matter I continue with my contract...I am very disappointed sorry forsay
