@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK POOR POOR POOR Customer Service! I have wasted at least 6 hours of my time getting the run around. No doubt I will get a stock answer from a Three rep on here. They are not really sorry and they cannot possibly really care as they never solve a problem just refer you back to CS

After 4 weeks of trying I still don’t have a new phone or upgrade 😡Another case has been opened and unresolved - meanwhile I’m apparently a much valued long term customer 🙄 Funny way to show it @ThreeUK Please note your customer service may be polite but absolutely useless!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I don't think so any complnt was raised, one of the manager just straightaway told me to find anthr service provider & issued PAC code. I study so need Internet most of the time but even in central London i had Internet connection. I paid 4 service i didn't receive.

@ThreeUKSupport till now there is no response from your side its been 2months without network your customer care support is so slow that they can’t even give reply for mail in 2months i have been suffering without network 2months and your company take monthly bills without netwrk

@ThreeUKSupport I spent half an hour trying to get the number from support. Now I have it I cannot create an account because it wants to send a text to the hub. Now waiting to speak to somebody again. You have wasted my entire morning for something that should take five minutes.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah thought so. I have spoken to the support team who were very nice and they basically told me that this disruption would continue for 7 days, which makes me wonder why you guys do not seem party to that information 🤔😡

@ThreeUKSupport I guess I won’t be coming back to Three then, if your response is to connect to wifi rather than either 1) seeing if there is an issue in the area, or 2) updating your coverage map to reflect reality. My technical knowledge and experience knows that the issue is not the train

@threeuk Have you introduced new traffic filtering on your system? I can no longer download LEGAL torrent (p2p) files. Only a month or so ago there was no problem but now it just will not allow any data. Even in the early hours it is blocked so it shouldn't be a capacity issue.
