    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine email sent to the email address given by the operator seems impossible to me that DEVON AND CORNWALL POLICE couldn't contact you. All relevant information is contained including the information re hacking and changed number Sept 2015. Thank you for your help.

    Appalling customer service @ThreeUK @basingstoke Anything goes when it comes to a sale and commission is being made, yet company ‘policy’ changes when it suits! And all of this being orchestrated by the ‘supervisor’ of the store and his side-kick - shameful!

    @whiterockwales Hi Lawrence. Just read your column in today’s @WalesOnline SWEP. I totally concur! I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Wales’ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! I’m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! 🤬🤬🤬

    @ThreeUK I contacted you about refunding payg on my parents phones in the middle of July. I was promised a refund within 5 days but am still waiting. Please can you confirm how I can raise a formal complaint?

    @ThreeUK i am using three services, and unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations. Despite of calling the three customer service team 2 times in last couple of days to clarify the bill amount, still my services got discontinued. I missed to call someone which was urgent.
