@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport Thought you might say that but as I say I've been on one bar 4G all day. Had the same problem yesterday when in the office. Battery was on 20% after 8 hours with only very light use.

@ThreeUK please explain why your broadband team told me (11.20) there is no 5g problem in my area but the website says there still is (last updated 2.45) - and neither the previous router nor the new one I had to go and get can actually get a 5g signal?

@SMARTYMobileUK I hope you support soon 5G over the @ThreeUK Network and eSIM compatibility.

@ThreeUKSupport They also said that there was no problem with the 5g in my area but the website has been updated subsequently to say that there stiil is so my confidence in them is extremely limited.

@ThreeUKSupport Haha But surely a webchat will probably need a stronger more stable connection? Don’t you think? Never mind I’ll go into a store
