@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Good bye @ThreeUK as I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up. I signed up for a mobile contract with you due to your feel attached home mobile service. It’s awful to hear you are now charging people to roam in europe for £2 a day and £5 elsewhere! That’s disgusting.

  • MrMatRead Mat Read (@MrMatRead) reported

@ThreeUK when were you planning to tell us you were scrapping Go Roam? I’ve been with you a long time now and honestly, you’re gradually taking the things away that made you stand out, that made you unique. You’ve lost what made you you. Poor form guys 🙁

  • RobertLoblaugh Bob Loblaw ⭐️⭐️ (@RobertLoblaugh) reported

@SkyNews I remember when @ThreeUK *PROMISED* in no uncertain terms that they would never, ever, EVER do this, ever. If I hadn’t already left them for other reasons, I would be doing now.

  • glynmoody Glyn Moody (@glynmoody) reported

@Gledster @ThreeUK however, that is charges over 25 Gigabytes, which is quite a lot, so O2's offering is not so bad, on reflection. I'd still consider moving if they maintain this

  • b3njaminben ben (@b3njaminben) reported from Leeds, England

what ******** @ThreeUK ending international roaming?? hope whoever’s dumb idea that was DIES! the cheek of it honestly

  • CDesborough CDes (@CDesborough) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @al_quaker "It also means only those who roam will pay for the service, rather than customers who stay in the UK also absorbing this cost." - You going to put the cost of contracts down then for those not going abroad? Thought not.

  • Adam_Smith_PHD Adam Smith (@Adam_Smith_PHD) reported

@BWallArthur @ThreeUK 17.4 UK citizens voted Leave. They just didn't realise it meant their phone network.

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported

@jtd1010 @ThreeUK Weirdest thing is that I moved to EE from Three as they said they had better coverage. Signal does seem a lot better but I’m always having problems using data even on full signal 4G. I rather have poor signal but data that works every time you use it that I had with Three.

  • TeamPenster SamuEL Penster Gaming in the Multiverse (@TeamPenster) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @GazTheJourno It would take you more than a month to plan for this, so why did you offer incorrect information a month ago? Previous tweets stated you would NEVER reintroduce roaming fees.

  • AndrewBendall Andrew_B (@AndrewBendall) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @CmdrSpace Ill explain it for you, greed. And i know your just a guy behind a screen, but pass the message up the chain, im sure three will loose business quickly enough with this change. Service is bad enough, roaming just offset it.
