    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well Pete the saga is on again three rang me today did I want the phone if not cancel? I cancelled 14 days ago! I mentioned I would like my £99 back you took on 6 November got transferred repeated my request and the phone was put down on me this has happened before

    @ThreeUKSupport My network has been down for a week now preventing me from answering/making any phone calls!I’ve been advised to contact live chat but everytime I try it says there’s no operators available 😭 I’m paying a monthly contract for a service that isn’t working 😭

    @Ofcom can you point me in the direction for advice? I requested a PAC code from @ThreeUK 10 days ago. Every 48 hours since then I've been told I need to wait another 48 hours. I don't think I'm going to ever get the code, please help?!
