How can I progress this?

Tee_VIII (@Tee_viii) reported from Bexleyheath, England@ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.
