    @ThreeUKSupport all of my family have iPhones on the 3 network and had the notifications enabled, so why did none of us get the national alert?

    @purplelaura24 @ThreeUK We have three people in our house on O2 and we never got it either. I guess it's going to come down to individual masts or something, because I was outside at 3 and I couldn't hear anything from the neighbours' houses either.

    I'm on @ThreeUK never got the Emergency Alert, I think everyone on @ThreeUK should be allowed transfer to a network that actually works and cares about its customers. I appreciate not everyone wants the alert but everyone should be given the option to receive it #emergencyalert
