    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, your systems seem to be having technicial issues and i cannot pay my bill. i'm not alone as i've checked other social sites. other customers are also experiencing similar issues. when will this be fixed?

    @ThreeUK moved over to you today from o2 and immediately noticed that 5g is much worse on your network. Phone was always on 5g on o2 but it's mostly 4g on your network, sometimes 5g but mostly 4g. Very disappointed when you boast about your network #5GBuiltRight #Disappointed

    @ThreeUK well that was a waste of 30 min network issues been told congestion because I had a measly £5 discount on contract before the only options are at a financial cost to me 10 years custom and basically told tough **** thanks three any potential customers really research

I the first 30 days of the contract hours getting 190 MB, then over the last 2 years of being in a contract with them, it went down to 90 MB - 60 MB - 30MB no I'm lucky if I get 20 MB. I'm out of contract with them at the moment,

    @ThreeUKSupport I've received email regarding outstanding amount owed but the last 3 digits of the number are not my number. As I don't know which number this refers to I cannot access help as a number is needed. It does give an account number. Can you help?

    So don’t be fooled by the 14 day money back guarantee. 3 moths on from cancelling my contract within the timeline and 7 phone calls later @ThreeUK taken more money out of my account & are saying it will be another 2 weeks b4 I get a refund.. terrible service @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Our land-line internet was down so I was relieved to be able to use my three phone until it gets fixed. Unfortunately my internet speed is terrible, 0.75 Mbps down, 1,85 Mbps up.
