    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUK Can you please check why click on "reset your password" does not send email with reset link? I spoke with your customer service earlier today and the email address is current - meanwhile I have no means of accessing my account. TIA.

    @ThreeUKSupport oh dear your customer service is useless now on my third call the last two lasted over a hour no further forward than when I started last Friday. It’s a shocking service.

    @ThreeUK according to @CommunityFibre the problem of my iPhone 15 having problems with wifi calling being unreliable is a problem on your side. can you confirm what you are doing to resolve the issue?
