Seems like our phone bills increase each year with @ThreeUK but service altogether decreases ! Fed up to the back of my teeth with paying for little to no service ! Sale of goods act springs to mind !

@ThreeUKSupport Do not but they do not fulfil promises. No tv on broadband as promised. A month of calls and missed guarantees. Now call back in a week again. Extremely poor customer service and they bank on people falling for their lies. Now escalated to ofcom.
