Wow, what a relief! @ThreeUK's customer service just informed me that the repair date for my broken broadband 5G has been extended to March 2nd. I'm thrilled to wait even longer without internet and have had the pleasure of their rude service. Thanks for the "good news."

Every time I come to the UAE I try to use @ThreeUK’s Data Passport. Every morning the purchase page is slow or broken. Last year their support team spent days trying to fix it. This year I’m just going to buy a local sim and not bother. :(

@ThreeUKSupport You kicked me off quoting I abused the fair usage policy. Saying I was slowing it down for everyone else. Despite halving my data after the warning and topping up twice a month.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. It seems to be ok now, but phone didn't work very well during that time. Believe there was a fault but had to search for that because it wasn't on the 3 app. Not very good service on there lately. Contract up shortly and we are seriously considering coming away from 3!
