    @ThreeUKSupport hi @ThreeUKSupport , I have called you to cancel a sim only contract within the 14 day cooling off period. Your customer service team are unable to send me an email verification of the cancellation ? How can i get assuranace that the line has been cancelled.

    @wine_alicious @ThreeUK Disgraceful service from @ThreeUK , forcing people to pay for a non existent service - you are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters. Never seen or heard anything like it, pay up for zero service. I wouldn't touch this organisation with a barge pole.

    @ThreeUKSupport @spot_trader Where can we go online ( using a different provider ) to check your internet on a 5G broadband modem for “known problems” status shows a good 5G reception, which it often is just no or very slow internet,

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry for my late response, I’ve just tried this and the other sim is working perfectly. Though this time I am now getting a 4G signal on my new sim whereas I was getting only 3G in the same location pre-removal.

    @ThreeUKSupport hell my Internet as been very slow , instead off 4g it says h+ . It has been like this since yesterday afternoon. It can't be my phone as my friends phone it the same .
