With one half of my family group being US based, Go Roam was the reason I stuck with @ThreeUK , even though I’ve not been able to make it back to the states for a few years and the service for the past year has been unusable at times where I live. Time to start looking around now

  • glynmoody Glyn Moody (@glynmoody) reported

@Gledster @ThreeUK however, that is charges over 25 Gigabytes, which is quite a lot, so O2's offering is not so bad, on reflection. I'd still consider moving if they maintain this

  • CatBusStop Tom (@CatBusStop) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @nickkingtwo So what you are saying is that customers already with you, wont be impacted by this change... Yet Another network making a cash-grab at the expense of the customer

  • MrMatRead Mat Read (@MrMatRead) reported

@ThreeUKSupport when were you planning to tell us you were scrapping Go Roam? I’ve been with you a long time now and honestly, you’re gradually taking the things away that made you stand out, that made you unique. You’ve lost what made you you. Poor form guys 🙁

  • LukeAGardiner LukeAGardiner@gmail.com (@LukeAGardiner) reported

@ThreeUK Boo - adding back money grabbing roaming charges! This was one of the biggest benefits of your network - free roaming worldwide (not just EU). Why do we have to go back to the dark days of no data abroad???

  • b3njaminben ben (@b3njaminben) reported from Leeds, England

what ******** @ThreeUK ending international roaming?? hope whoever’s dumb idea that was DIES! the cheek of it honestly

  • PatrickMulhal29 Patrick Mulhall #VoteLabour (@PatrickMulhal29) reported

I know people who want to cancel their contracts with three now. I thought @ThreeUK was better than this. I truly thought that they were the best mobile provider but doing this just makes me disappointed.

  • Ry4ncj Ry (@Ry4ncj) reported

@ThreeUK Every day moments like back stabbing your UK customers by reintroducing roaming charges in the EU when the stance previously was you wouldn’t. Money grabbers just like the Tory government. Same ****, different name.

  • premierscfc Phil D (@premierscfc) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Is this Big Network removing all of the 'Go Roam destinations'?

  • tomgiddings Tom 💙 (@tomgiddings) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, any idea when service will be restored to EH22? Both voice and data have been off for un-notified scheduled work now for a few hours.
