    @ThreeUKSupport It connects, but no internet. There is signal and data on the phones, but it’s like Hotspot has been broken/disabled network side since all 4 went at the same time

    @ThreeUKSupport 28th March. 2022. Every since we have had a poor service and I’ve phoned twice and nothing has changed. Still paying for no service. We run our internet through our phones most of the time.

    @ThreeUKSupport So can you confirm what 3's plan is for the defunct 5g routers we have? If we are not going to be issued replacements I want to know if I can cancel. No eta on fix or replacement is not a good service.

    @ThreeUK I have had 3 mobile broadband for 2 weeks and for almost a week i have had no service at all. i have made 7 calls/contacts to cancel within my 14 day and the agents keep deflecting me to technical team and refuse to cancel until i am over the 14 day restriction. Help!!!

    @_FearFighter_ @ThreeUK I don’t know where to turn next to be honest. I keep Three because I can use my allowance when in Australia and the US. But the signal here in the UK is bloody awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport home broadband outage since 12.05.22 around 5pm & hasn’t come back on. Network status on your website says no issues. Other website checkers showing an issue. What’s going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport so, we join 3 and every since have had rubbish connection. Same excuse when we ring “Oh there is an outage” “Oh, we are working on the network” we still paying for a service we don’t get. We want a refund and early closure of our contract without penalty

    @ThreeUKSupport been on a train today and I must say compared to O2 and EE the signal across the country was appalling. Impossible to do anything. 1 bar or no service at all the entire time.
