@ThreeUKSupport Hi. My Three broadband 5G and 4G have stopped working overnight. The router is connected and shows 5G but webpages etc timeout. This in the SE1 area. Any issues?

@ThreeUK terrible service! Delivery didn't turn up and I only found out when I contacted them 6 times! Shocking service so I recommend people cancel their contracts with them!

@ThreeUKSupport @Sam_PdB Phoned, spoke to a human, esim delivered via post three working days later and now setup. What’s this nonsense about only in selected stores?? You’d have more uptake if Three support were all on the same page

And it also doesn’t help that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are about as much use and as reliable as a chocolate tea pot in summer. Paying near on £100 a month between the two and STILL don’t have a good signal.

@shanicekasongo @ThreeUKSupport In some ways you are lucky...... . they apparently have no iPhone 12 pros but somehow send you the wrong one, despite giving me a delivery date of 6th december and now saying 6th jan. shocking service from them isn’t it

@ThreeUKSupport I have spent hours on the phone with tech teams etc who finally admitted that 3 do not have 5G in Lancaster UK and therefore can not provide the service through Huawai router. Monthly charges can be reduced but that’s still no service and I won’t pay for service I don’t have.

@ThreeUKSupport @melisa_kx told del 6th Dec. not arrived, now told 6th jan, it’s daughters only xmas pressie, complaints call us back today, halfway through disconnected and no call back, hubby called back but sent to wrong team and disconnected , Now will cancel all three of our 3 contracts
