    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t with my router it’s already been checked, the issue is with your network!! If you can’t provide me with a service that was great up until 11 days ago then I will look at cancelling my contract! 3G network is terrible, it’s not fit for purpose

    @ThreeUKSupport ZE2 9XF. Signal re-appeared last night, so had voice calls but no data. We only get 3G, so we are far from the bleeding edge of technology

    How is everyone’s mobile phone signal these days? Anyone get excited when they get 4g? Is 4g being turned off for 5g? It’s really rare to get 4g and even more rare to get full signal of anything. I’m with @ThreeUK if that makes a difference. #mobilephone #network #4g

    @Ofcom @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not allowing PAC codes to be sent via text requests and then forcing you to call in and be harassed into staying a customer! Now I have 2 contracts and can't move my number to the other provider

    @ThreeUKSupport No it’s not ideal, not being able to work is far from ideal! It’s Huawei B535. What’s the issue with the 4G and why is it not being fixed? Day 11 and no sign of a fix is ridiculous I’m paying for a service I cannot use. The 3G signal is terrible, not fit for purpose!

    @ThreeUKSupport Usually 13-15 Mbps. Used my phone tethered to my work laptop today due to switching broadband and it worked fine. Just from late afternoon it's been slow.

    @ThreeUKSupport Webchat and technical can’t help me either, I am on the phone to them every single day. Every other tweet I read from you guys tell people engineers are out and issues will be fixed etc, but no one can tell me when my service will be restored, This is absolutely shocking
