@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I spoke to someone on the phone who said it would be delivered today and I have not received any notification. I have until tomorrow to cancel my contract so Im just going to cancel because for the whole month noone has helped me. Ive been given at least 4 different delivery

@ThreeUK My contract ends on January 19th. I have 2 choices from my pov. 1. Cancel & change to another supplier. 2. Continue as now WITHOUT entering into another contract. I will go with (2) if this is OK. Otherwise I will go with (1). What is best from your end.

Once again let down by @ThreeUK in the #pandemic we are juggling plates and some months has been pay mobile or put food on the table. So now #three decided that I can't have my services while paying off arrears and my up to date bill at once. The advisor was as helpful as a robot
