@ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

@ThreeUKSupport I spent an hour and a half on the phone with your team earlier only to be passed back and forth between your technical and cancellation team who kept saying it was the other that had to help with no resolution at all (O asked for the complaints team)...

I've been on to *four* people at @ThreeUKSupport because my internet and my neighbour's (same equipment) has been down for two days. All of them ask me to reboot my hub, tell me there are no issues, then vanish. Why would I be reporting something if there wasn't an issue?

Absolutely fuming with @ThreeUK telling me I’m in a 24 month sim only contract when I never chose to be in a contract in the first place and if I want to cancel have to pay £416...what a joke!! Why should I have to pay for something I didn’t ask for!
