@richardwadams @UswitchUK @ThreeUKSupport That's weird. I've never had to send 3 anything, even when they transferred the contract to me from my parents.

@ThreeUK I can't login to my account. I think it's because i don't have an alternative number. I can't change it as I can't login!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I have another problem. I want to use my phone as a hotspot (here in France). I have bought extra data for this, but I’m getting the message “unable to connect to this network”.

When you cancel with @ThreeUK (after your 24 months is up) and the app tells you you’ll have nothing to pay, then they send you a paper bill for £52 with an early termination fee included. Such a dreadful company.

Thanks to @GeorgeMonbiot for bringing into focus the way corporations handle account closures for deceased and the elderly. Having an awful experience with @ThreeUK, they continue to refuse to cancel the account but rack up the monthly charges.

@ThreeUKSupport recently switched over to a sim only deal and since then my signal has been awful. Cutting in and out all the time. Any reason why? Used to be very good in this area but it's pretty poor now.

@ThreeUKSupport So contacted T-Mobile USA and they say they retired their 3G network as of July 1st (but weird that it worked earlier in the week) . I'm not sure whether your roaming agreement includes 4G, or maybe it's just my handset doesn't support the necessary frequencies in the US.
