@ThreeUKSupport Yes. But I was charged for a period after my account was closed. This was not due to a notice period as I cancelled my account over 2 months prior. Either way, I could not be bothered to contact support once again, so paid up. Won’t be returning to 3 (customer for over 10 years)

@ThreeUKSupport I specifically contacted customer services and was reassured you’d not switch me to a plan I never asked for after lapsing my previous one. My PAC codes are already with the new provider awaiting the SIMs. Your offer of a £20/phone monthly discount to stay with you was rejected.
