@wildfeminine_ @ThreeUK Wait nvm sorry I'm not sure, like EE has the better network by a bit. I forgot I was only looking among providers that offered no credit check and rolling monthly. Which Voxi won. I looked it up a bit and there are other good options off the EE network.

@ThreeUKSupport Full reboot and pin reset completed. This has worked for now with speeds of 22 mbps. This follows a pattern. I perform a reboot, all is well for 1 hour then speeds decrease to less than 1 mbps. It may be a hardware problem.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm with customer service over chat right now. If I had taken a job at Starbucks for the time I've wasted trying to get this sorted I'd have made more money than what I'm owed

@northern_grumpy @ThreeUK It's happening everywhere. Mine has been like it all week. 3 have cocked something up and are not telling people what it is, just giving the old line of "Engineer not saying anything, if it is still bad after 7 days contact us"

  • beepspatch Beeps (she/her) (@beepspatch) reported

@ThreeUK thanks for making my car breakdown saga infinitely worse with your appalling signal in the CH1 area. I've been hung up on multiple times over the last 5.5 hours because people can't hear me

  • KJLTourManager KJL Tour Manager (@KJLTourManager) reported

@ThreeUK since switching to three, whenever the 5G activates, I get no connection or incredibly slow. Any quick fix for this?

  • TenseFerret Shueng (@TenseFerret) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was offered nothing, like its fine to be experiencing service degradation. He said during the call with him, there were no issues so that to 'try' and 'monitor' for couple of hours. I'm getting tired of the poor service & can see myself jumping ship when the times comes, shame

  • AlexJive Alexander Kenneth Martin Douglas (@AlexJive) reported

@EE Used to be on EE for years. Customer service was so terrible it was affecting my business so switched to @ThreeUK. No trouble with them at all.

  • YandryPerez9 Yandry Perez (@YandryPerez9) reported

@ThreeUK I have spoken to your customer "service" 3 times. For a refund *you* owe me after cancelling your service in APRIL. Still no refund Why make your customer "call to arrange for a refund" if you already have details for direct debit?

  • northern_grumpy GrumpyNorthernBastard (@northern_grumpy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Have rebooted and reset. This means that all connected devices have to be reconnected. I am now recording speeds of 10 mbps. Not brilliant but useable. I don’t expect miracles but have to reboot twice an evening to get any sort of service.
