    @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been speaking with the Complaints team, was promised a £40 credit to my bank account on Friday, only to be told today that this will not be credited, despite been told be the gent in Customer Relations on Friday. The stress and upset Three have caused today is disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport on hold for over 1hr15 so far. Being charged early termination fee even though I saw through my contract term. Can you help without needing to use your telephone support where I appear to have been lost in the call system?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Then as a reputable company such as Three they should make a one off credit to the customer rather than lie and inconvenience them. The amount of time I've wasted on the phone with incompetent members of staff is worrying.

    I have had some poor service in my time, but no one has stooped as low as @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . "All calls are recorded", but still persist in lying to a loyal customer. In complete disbelief as to how I have been treated. Ombudsman Services it is.

    @ThreeUK Hi I would like to follow up on a phone call as the call handler didn’t really help, we just went round in circles and I would like an update on the Fraudulent use of my details with Three… thanks!
