    @ThreeUKSupport Appalling management of the complaint by @ThreeUK complaint team. After a month of waiting you are still claiming some third party took this big sum of money for apps we didn't puchase! The money was taken by @ThreeUK and it's totally unacceptable way to treat customers.

    @ThreeUKSupport how do I contact the compliants team directly? Your team in the chat function have been no help for the second time of contacting them, I am 2 hours in and on my 4 possibly 5th person, scratch that they are moving me again to another team and another person!!!

    @ThreeUK Been with your company for a long time. My contract is due to be renewed and I rang your options team as I couldn’t find a deal to suit my needs. I was met with the most unhelpful customer service in the world. I shall be taking my business elsewhere. #ripoff
