@ThreeUKSupport 5g has been down for about 2 weeks now in IG2. I even bought 5g home broadband over BF sale and even that does not connect to 5g. Only getting 4g and speeds of 15mb. Used to get 400+mb on 5g a few weeks ago. Can you please check to see what is going on???

Hey @ThreeUK - So somebody took out an iPad contract on my wife’s account fraudulently, she must have called 20 times about this and has to repeat the story every time. You ask her to email ID in (which she does) but then it’s never there so she has to do it again.
