@ThreeUKSupport They have escalated it but didn’t take any of my details to get back to me about it. The account used my name and address but not my bank details. I know “what’s the issue then?” But I don’t want someone knocking my door demanding money!

  • AstraLyne_x Vicki (@AstraLyne_x) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I made a payment on 1st March to bring my account up to date but my services on my iPad still haven’t been activated and I cannot log in online, can you help please?

  • Mateen2112 Mohammed Mateen (@Mateen2112) reported

@AllstatePP Hi Everyone This is Mohammed Mateen. I'm a customer from @ThreeUK. I have bought a insurance from @AllstatePP which also known as square trade. On 04 November 2022 I have lost my phone. So it all goes on till 20 December 2022.1/8

  • Prehistory Christopher Seddon (@Prehistory) reported

...you want to buy an add on. Which I don't because I now only use the 3 mobile number on a secondary phone. In turn because the topup experience was consistantly horrible. Am now thinking of dumping the number even as a secondary number .@ThreeUKSupport

  • pdives1273 paul dives (@pdives1273) reported

@ThreeUK your call centre is absolutely useless. Morons who haven’t got a clue. I’m going to Vodafone. Been with you years and never experienced such poor customer service

  • GawedaAiden Aiden Gaweda (@GawedaAiden) reported

@SlaptArze @ThreeUK I'm using like 800GBs a month and I'm yet to have mine slowed down

  • MrADJ Andrew Jones (@MrADJ) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've already tried this and it's the same issue, which leads me to the network being the problem.
