    @Jimmyavenger @ThreeUK Like you, we've had awful service after the first 3 months. Constantly restarting the router, at least 4/5 times a day. We've had to disconnect our phones from the WiFi to help it along...

    @ThreeUKSupport But what's the point if I get into 3G rather than what I paid for is 4G? And the main part - it's just issue since last week. All was good for 4 months. @ThreeUKSupport

    Hi @ThreeUK I’ve finally left you baby for my new partner @EE they can provide the coverage you never could. It was always a signal issue between us but the final nail in the coffin was the constant dua lipa tracks while on hold.

    @ThreeUKSupport Its for Microsoft xbox. Two payments have been taken off my bill each month. One i know about and the other i dont. @xboxuk cannot find the account taking the 2nd payment and have said 3 should cancel it but nope still having the charge added each month

    @ThreeUKSupport You support guys need to start taking a moral stance; tell your employers you're not going to keep lying to customers about outages that exist but which you're unaware of or otherwise not allowed to disclose. It's a sickening, disgusting way to treat people @ofcom
