    @ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just β€œwe’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over Β£55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.

    Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data
