@ThreeUK sick to death of having no signal, sick to death of not getting my sim card requested on 25th December, sick to death of being hung up on several times, sick to death of being promised the sim card and it not arriving, sick to death of your automated system.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been in limbo of not telling anyone my new number incase it went back to my old number and confuse my contacts. Totally inconvenient and I will be making a formal written complaint. In the mean time, I’m going to advise everyone against 3 mobile

@ThreeUKSupport No... I added a bundle when the WiFi wasn’t working at my work in November but I’m at home now on furlough so need it nor’easter to be paying for it... tried in December and again in January and it won’t cancel... please help!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm less than 300m away from your 5G mast with direct line of sight. The speeds are slow, but if the connection isn't dropped the lag for almost every connection is upwards of 5000ms - frankly unacceptable. I've cancelled the contract. Won't be returning until it's properly fixed
