    @ThreeUKSupport I switch to pay as you go 22nd October 2020. due to an issue with my online banking, i didn't notice until January 2021 that Three was still taking money. I've made numerous attempts to get the issue fix but I kept getting passed around therefore I contacted the bank to cancel

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been with three for four years and never complained but when I want to switch pay as you go due to the circumstances COVID 19 put in you guys put me through hell. I've paid 6 months' worth of contract when I'm supposed to be pay as you go cuz you guys got an error.
