    Why so some mobile providers who piggy back on @ThreeUK network provide more data for less than three do? I get 12gb for £12.23 with three but another provider offers 30gb for £10 using threes network.

    Shocking customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport NO HELP At ALL FOR 2 WEEKS. After being a customer for 10yrs, sorting out a new contract, unable to claim the @SamsungUK watch over due to an error by 3!!! Incorrect order date on invoice, samsung saying can't claim!

    @ThreeUKSupport Called you help desk earlier, they have removed the tethering feature the service plan from your end. So data will remain on phone but hotspot function will fail. Thank you

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to you last friday, Monday and again on Thursday. Yesterday you said by today and still nothing. But when I cancel my direct debit you are on to me straight away but you won't let me leave with my number!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK not long before I kick off with three customer care! Awful awful service, worse than the service chelsea forwards are getting. 3 hours on the phone and I get offered £50 for my trouble. When I said I didn't want it, they hung up.
