    @katebevan @ThreeUK O2 seems to be the only network offering half decent roaming now. Annoying as @ThreeUK used to be about the best offering out there, and was a big reason I switched to them in the first place. Probably going to be switching off them when my phone contract is up this year.

    @ThreeUK I'm trying to set up the Three app for my son's phone but it said there's a problem with the email and to call 333, how does this help as there's no option for this? How do I get a human?

    @ThreeUKSupport still having big issues with signal. I can't tether or do any work from home. Really frustrating.

    @ThreeUK Hi, my phone isn’t connecting to your network and is telling me that an update is required in order to do so. However, no update is available. As a result I don’t have any signal or mobile data. Please advise.

    @katebevan @ThreeUK I ditched O2. I've had all networks at some point. I now use a sim only deal with Plus net, cost me £8/month unlimited calls and text and 10gb data. ;-) Mind you, I use them for broadband so not sure if as cheap if not a customer already

    @ThreeUK After almost 20 years, I left this terrible network, they miss sold me a contract, they have bad network and customer service, I’m happy with EE now.
