@ThreeUKSupport Months, never used to be this bad, but gradually getting worse. I don't see what I can do, you need to fix the antenna or increase bandwidth. It's not my phone, as I've tried multiple. I'm only able to send tweets by going to another area of work and using WiFi (not supposed to)

Called @ThreeUK about my upgrade..... This is the price for the phone you want. Why can I get it £14 cheaper buying online thru 3rd party with yourself. Seems I can do that but 3 won't price match. Go figure. Nothing for loyal customer of yours.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for the response. When I call 123 it says "Access to your mailbox has been restricted. contact customer services to enable tour mailbox" this is my 3rd attempt at customer services. I have gone public twitter as the private calls to customer services are a waste of time

Without doubt @ThreeUK have the worst service across the board from any UK phone supplier. 3 upgrades, 3 **** ups! What a record! They’re about to lose 6 contracts 👍🏻
