@ThreeUKSupport hi 3 can you please confirm are you still running a mobile network or are you just charging people in the hope they will keep switching to a Wi-fi provider for the services you are meant to give and not notice you actually no longer provide the service ?

@ThreeUK disgusted with your signal check and cover and not being able to get a signal to complain. When I do get a signal I am asked to call from another number to discuss the one I have an issue with, tried a second phone and same message. I’m not a phone shop. 😢😤

@ThreeUKSupport Oh Kim, Kim, Kim. I have been in touch plenty of times about the horrendous signal problems but what do I expect from a tariff that I think still runs on two paper cups & some string. Thank you for trying to help, but all you can really do is kill me, to get me out of my contract
