@ThreeUKSupport — ongoing very poor to nil data connectivity and poor voice connectivity in and around PA18 6AA despite assurances it had been fixed. Is there still a problem at this location?

@ThreeUKSupport Could you please update me on the network issues in SK6? It was due to be fixed on the 4th and support said I would be sent a text to confirm, but nothing. Also, will this fix resolve smart TV apps being blocked?

@ThreeUK want to compliment you on your appalling customer service. Having a phone stolen is bad enough waiting for a replacement SIM for two weeks is not acceptable. Happy to take my knee for a temporary one though

Hi @ThreeUKSupport, the business website now has a “My Account” section (something I’ve been asking for for ages and told it was coming for 2021). However, I’m getting an error of “something when wrong” when registering. Support say I can’t register but can’t tell me why.

@ThreeUKSupport Journey from Glossop to Manchester (also other way) this week signal has been poor, connection abysmal. Signal and connection is generally shocking. Is 4g being slowed to force us onto 5g?

@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here
