@ThreeUKSupport according to my 3 app, my data pack is going to run out after 2 weeks of activation instead of one month. I'm currently is USA and desperatelyI need this for the month. I've been on chat and my wife has been in store last week but no help from either so far

The social team @ThreeUKSupport will be like ‘oh, let us look into that…’ – but the phone team have been bloody awful. It’s one thing to let some random fraudster into my account – but quite another not to investigate the fraud properly, or diligently.

@ThreeUKSupport Maybe Jade, maybe. I’ve communicated how bad and unbearable my service is and I wanted to migrate elsewhere, because as a consumer, I cannot continue to pay for a service that I’m not receiving. However, three insist on charging me if I leave before the contract ends.

Left @ThreeUK at the start of the year as signal was always poor, moved to @SkyUK and it’s jus as shockingly bad 😢 what mobile providers out there actually work 🤔
