    @ThreeUKSupport I called and pressed options to get through to cancellations and it told me it was out of hours and you’re closed. Your I then tried another option and got the same. In the end I called back and selected option 4 and the opt for customer service and ended up waiting 40 minutes.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why is it back in the day I could stream Live football to my phone or IPad using 3G only. Now I can’t even send a tweet? What has happened to your service? It’s just rubbish everywhere!!

    @ThreeUKSupport what has happened after your system upgrades? I’m a pre oct21 customer but suddenly getting charged £4.17 multiple times a day for roaming in a go roam destination. Live chat useless! Have had to find an alternative for my phone, thanks Three!

    @ThreeUKSupport Consumer pay monthly. I get an error telling me to call 333 and then trying to get a pac code out of your support team is like getting blood from a stone. Still waiting for the 3rd call back to give me my new pac code

    @Guesty22 @ThreeUKSupport Yes, did order it. Unfortunately the Three network was down for a couple of days on arrival. The product works well, but having complete down time of days might be the reason we won’t continue. My wife works from home so having no internet isn’t an option.
