@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK You should, but when we tried this with Vodaphone, who are awful, I couldn’t receive calls for 3 months and then my number somehow got given to a PAYG, so I received all their calls. Quite an education were those calls! Nightmare for our business.

Hi @ThreeUK so I’m UAE since Wed and spoken with your tech support several times about Data Passport link not activating and seen this is a worldwide issue which isn’t great...so what’s going on???

@ThreeUKSupport One gave us direct number for fraud...it put us through to security. Achieved nothing! #3weeks today since we first were told they’ll call us! Never had a call! Out of contract, still paying full whack and can’t cancel or change anything! #ItsAJoke!

Feel robbed upgrade my phone contract with @ThreeUK to the get free airpods. Then told after I don’t get them because I’m a existing customer😡 then get told by customer services that existing customers do get them

@ThreeUKSupport, @ThreeUK. WHY are three support telling their customers they can go to a store to get an eSim and then we find out when we go that it’s been delayed until the new year. You couldn’t have handled your eSim roll out any worse...... VERY POOR SERVICE.
