@ThreeUKSupport I did that yesterday and they say there’s nothing wrong! I’m not the only one in my area with this problem either, and I’ve had to bow go buy a second phone so my sons school can keep in contact!

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried 4 times since yesterday to get a proof of purchase for a lost phone & each time I keep getting told I will receive by email in the next 2 hours & that I will not have to get in touch with you again. I have still not received anything. Can you Help ?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for getting back to me :)... After an hour and a half and 4 agents, my patience ran out. The only test that was run on my phone was them calling me and declaring no issue when they got through, that's despite me saying this is an intermittent issue...
