    @ThreeUK paying nearly £70 for a brand new phone that's now cracked, doesn't charge and most of the time only works when it's connected to WiFi. Try to ring the insurance that I'm paying for and can never get through. Yes I understand the times that were in but this is not on!

    @ThreeUk @ThreeUKSupport We've had rubbish internet/phone signal (often NONE) since before Christmas. Website has been saying there is an engineer on site fixing it for weeks. NOT getting what we pay for. Home working is almost impossible. BT31. When will this be fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport The complaint was logged in November and is still an issue after multiple escalations to your tech teams. The issue is your tower to our rural area has run out of capacity, hence my original response that your network can not handle the demand.
