Hannah Penn (@Hannah_Penn) reported@threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.

Wyn Morgan (@wynmorgan) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport seems we’re going to be without a signal for a second week as you’re still working on your mast. Surely you’ve had time to install a new mast in that time?
-
graham paterson (@grahampaterson9) reported@ThreeUK yet again i am having to contact you and i am no longer a customer of yours ! I have yet again had an email sent saying i am due money for an account that is closed. Can you sort this as i do not want this affecting my credit, if it does my lawyer will be in touch next

Harriet (@HjRobins) reportedI switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

Ropa (@premiaxleader) reported@ThreeUK I’ve had no calls or mobile data on 2 business lines since mid-Feb 2026. Multiple contacts, SIM & eSIM changes, still unresolved. Formal complaint sent 12 March – no acknowledgement received. This is now a serious business impact. Please escalate urgently

Kitty Coco (@BambieBambini) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

Shuga Jar (@AmaraCajetan) reportedWhen it comes to frustrating you, just leave it for @ThreeUK They have got to be the most useless UK network ever! Unfortunately you’re forced into a freaking contract with them.
