    @ThreeUKSupport I mean at the start of the tweet I stated you are doing work that has overrun I wanted to know why it was running late (without being told about it doing so) and when it would be finished. I think not having signal for two weeks when I pay monthly is v poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport . I ordered a new Sim and my no was due to switch 4th Dec. Contacted customer support and was told it would switch on the 5th, now it still hasn't switched and I'm being told it will switch tomorrow ! This is not a great start !

    @ThreeUKSupport My current internet speed is less than 2mbs download and less 0.37 upload. I am due to work in an hour, I cannot do anything with this speed, can you please fix it ASAP. Increase the network capacity in EH64HN please.
