@ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott, the £33 is because the your customer support got the pricing wrong on the monthly charge for my upgrade. I also didn't get my six months Spotify, which was part of my upgrade deal. I've spent hours trying to resolve this on the phone.

@halllewis20 @ThreeUKSupport 40 minutes ? ahaha I sent all the information those ******* needed to cancel my contract 2 days after i got it. This was on APRIL 2020 its now january 2021 and they still sending debt collectors after me. What a bunch of thieves they are, if you use @ThreeUK ill advise you not to

@ThreeUKSupport need to cancel 3 mobile broadband ASAP, not fit for purpose, sold to me as ‘5G by start of feb 2020’ I feel like I’m on dial up, now my children are suffering because we can’t access the home schooling websites!!
