@ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to make calls for 5 days! Was told 48 hrs to fix the problem then that my phone was the problem.... No it's not my phone it's definitely your network!! 😡 @Three_Is_Broken

Just back to the UK after 4 months away and can reliably say that @ThreeUK still has massive problems with its data network. Full 4g service and painfully slow data in central london

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying! So, if i text that number to request a STAC which I then pass along to a new network is that all I need to do? I don’t need to specifically call? And, I don’t need to pay another bill after August’s?

@ThreeUKSupport I didn't, because I didn't ask to take my number with me, just to cancel. The guy said I'd get a letter with my last bill at home, we updated my billing address but nothing arrived.
