    @mwarne @ThreeUK I did recently and it's a weird old network. patches of very high speed and deserts of 800/900mhz low frequency data in London. Also you have to message support to turn off your voicemail.

  • bbmason Ben Mason (@bbmason) reported

    @ThreeUK Really disappointed to learn that you are reintroducing roaming charges. One of the biggest perks of your network has been "roaming" for a long time. It was the reason I joined your network! Times change, I guess.

  • PemPem_x PemPem (@PemPem_x) reported

    @ThreeUK been having terrible signal issues all week. What’s going on ??

  • TPTMerch Mark Austin (@TPTMerch) reported

    So @ThreeUK are re-introducing roaming charges….no reason to put up with a crap UK signal now!…..

  • russholmes137 Russ Holmes (@russholmes137) reported

    @day7262 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I received an email that they were dealing with my 'issue'. Logged in and no further information. A few hours later they just shut my account. Was miles in the sticks in Sweden. Nightmare. Have been with 3 for years. Looks like O2 is the least bad for anyone going abroad.

  • mickybar mickybar (@mickybar) reported

    @ThreeUK A big network so big that was just looking forward to charge customers for roaming, despite promising the contrary

  • _KinkyViper KV (@_KinkyViper) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport @benevans_ATAC Leaving when my contract with you is up as a matter of principle. Been a customer since 2004.

  • paula_jst Paula Sears Talpaert (@paula_jst) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Everytime I enter my road my phone signal goes. Hit and miss in my house if the person on other end can hear me. Have reported before. Each time told you are aware of the problem and it’s being sorted. Ok for couple of days then back to square one. Why?

  • IanDScoble Ian Scoble (@IanDScoble) reported

    @simonnread Hadn't heard that news ... but as a 3 customer(!) and taking a brief escape in N.Yorkshire, should I be surprised? Any suggestions @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ?

  • paul_worton Paul Worton (@paul_worton) reported

    @JeffBro47421173 @KayBurley @ThreeUK They never had roaming charges before it was outlawed. It was literally their USP
