    @ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three knowingly supporting Fraud!

    @ThreeUKSupport why am I being contacted by a company called credit solutions saying I owe them £800 from a past three account when I never had a contract with three,tried getting help from your website which is quite frankly a load of **** and no use at all

    @ThreeUK anyone else have problems closing a Three mobile accounts. No reply emails. Online chat seems to be ineffective. Talking to Customer service unable to close accounts. Back online chat this morning, account changed to collections, still unable to close the account.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
