    @ThreeUKSupport so why are you telling me this on one hand and your live chat operator telling me it will arrive tomorrow? This is very poor customer service. The device better arrive tomorrow as that was the delivery date given and ordered to in good faith.

    @ThreeUKSupport We have been with you for years and you have just hiked the price from £10 pm 30GB,unlimited unlimited to £21. The lady from India was useless. We can get 100GB unlimited unlimited as a new contract but will be charged roaming from May as new customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well it’s not good because a lot of damage has been done.Your colleague Angel Doma from complaints team has closed the complaint which I wasn’t happy about

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not frustrating, its absolute incompetence! My Dad is suffering because someone in your company saw £ signs before anything else, no checks just hand out a £2000,get the commission and don't give a damn about the consequences 🤬🤬🤬

    @Stumpius @ThreeUK That's why you should check your area and then pick a phone accordingly. I never go to London so 5g is useless until 5g becomes nationwide
