    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    After being a loyal customer to @EE for over 15years Iโ€™m actually gonna leave them.All because their staff couldnโ€™t find the โ€œright dealโ€ for me.I just want a sim only deal with unlimited everything.Networks like @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK provide that for under ยฃ20. I def need to look

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK What is wrong with your network lately? I pay nearly ยฃ50pm on an unlimited package and seem to be paying for just 3G as 4/5G is now so slow in my area. I will be moving networks when my contract expires but this isn't acceptable

    Do you know how happy I am to be away from @ThreeUK. No more unreliable service, shockingly weak signal strengths and constantly being passed on to different departments because nobody knows whatโ€™s going on. @EE here I come ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

    @ThreeUKSupport I get 4G signal loss for up to 30 minutes at a time, several times a week. For up to 2 hours, twice or three times a month. I don't get better signal when I leave the area.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 4G down, quite expectedly at this point, in LL14 1. At what point exactly will I see the benefit of all these network upgrades you seem to implement?! It just gets progressively worse

    The customer service @ThreeUK is as bad an @TalkTalk and that is saying something. No help at all with something as simple and transferring my number to a new phone
