    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    Itโ€™s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they donโ€™t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.
