๐ฑ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐พ๐ฝ๐ฎ ๐ (@Sinsofafangirl) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England@ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.
-
Deryk Lister (@LakesGeek) reported from Ulverston, England@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

๐ฑ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐พ๐ฝ๐ฎ ๐ (@Sinsofafangirl) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

เฆเฆธเฆฎเฆพ (@bandhan1983) reported@ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffรจ Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when itโs convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their ยฃ1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
Mbappe's 1๏ธโฃ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying ยฃ26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my ยฃ26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
P (@pn_d00) reportedHi @ThreeUK, just wondering why I canโt see the ยฃ1 cafe nero offer in the three+ app anymore. Has the partnership ended, or is it just a temporary app issue?
-
John ๐ฌ๐ง๐ช๐บ (@Iwantmytrain) reportedWhen @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.
-
Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reportedso @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
