@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.

Just got a message from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport saying the 321 pay as you go rates are going up. This goes against the "this will never change" promise I signed up for.

Is there a way to take out insurance on a phone without going through your network provider? I'm fed up with @ThreeUKSupport excuses.

@ThreeUKSupport I had tried that already with no help and I’ve just been trying again for 10 mins (since you sent this tweet) Annoying to wait when I need my phone for other things and you lose your place in line if you come out of the chat

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUK Idiot. I did. And that's the point. Someone has dropped the ball and it isn't me

@ThreeUKSupport Why it is that whenever someone calls Three, the Indian support staff always ask phone number and then ask password on the account when they actually mean secutiry questions. Is it a wonder fraud goes on in Three.
