@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport No, they did mention there are no reported issues with the two masts my broadband connects too. They did say phones, which do not have the same problems, don’t connect to the same masts.

@ffsSpooky @ThreeUK also like, now my bill next month is £185. no "let's sort out a payment plan to help you", it's that or nothing. and its called a "payment promise" to make me feel extra ****** about it. @ThreeUK - I hope you read these discussions and they feed back into your UI, UX and CS.

@ThreeUKSupport renewed my sim only contract 28/2 received confirmation email. Just received another confirmation email renewing contract at higher amount. No chance. Chat support on website not working. Help.
