    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUK why will you not let me upgrade my phone. 5 times I have called and as soon as I say no upsell just the phone they hang up. Once is an accident twice is a coincidence 5 times is enemy action.

    @Jamesefield @ThreeUK the issue is that since then, I ve noticed that jitter was increased. it was already way worse than 02, now they killed it completely.

    @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . Iโ€™ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

    @skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Ooh I didn't know they merged with Vodafone ๐Ÿ˜ that says alot tbh... They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Make it make sense ๐Ÿค” just daylight robbery

    @ThreeUKSupport hi i cant seem to het my phone working here in gran caneria i even just bought a 7 pound passport but my plean shpuld include it here, its just keeps saying emergency calls only any ideas ?
