    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.

    @ThreeUKSupport having issues connecting to data and fb , insta , WhatsApp are down for me also finding it hard to connect to Wi-Fi is there some issues ???

    @ThreeUKSupport I did this and entered it into the form. Nothing told me there were any restrictions or problems and this was all done from within the Three app within my account.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. I’ve tried looking at all the settings. Can’t do anything. Phone is up to date, apps up to date. Not working on the three apps I mentioned :/

    @ThreeUK I am no longer with your network so why do you insist on calling me twice a week to ask me if I want to come back? The fact that you hound me with phone calls doesn’t make me want to return - I’ll stick with @Giffgaff thanks as they leave me alone and don’t harass me

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok, would it be possible to cancel the new sim as I don’t want 2 separate contracts? The process was not made clear and it should not have allowed the order to go through if it wasn’t possible. At no point have I had any comms from Three advising of an issue with the order.

    @ThreeUKSupport Seems to only be landlines. I've tested on mobile numbers and it's fine. I used someone else's phone and there were no problems but there are for both of us.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport we are a bustling tourist centre yet still only offered 3G with no plans to improve. Village down the road with 500 residents get 4G. EE offer all customers in my area 4G. It’s a bit disheartening when you see the improvements being offered elsewhere
