    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUKSupport No internet for a week in BS1. Your network status claims that engineers have been working on it the duration, whilst your coverage checker claims the work hasn't started. Can I get an accurate status report, preferably with time estimate so I can plan around it?

    Would NOT recommend @ThreeUK at ALL. The three store didn’t cancel my account correctly and now I have to pay so much money because of THEIR mistake. Absolutely ridiculous. What a sad money making scheme.

    @atcolin @ThreeUK Absolute murder service. I’ve been delivered a new phone that I never even ordered. Reported it 4 times, 5 weeks and no call back to tell me what to do with it. I’m not even a Three customer!

    @ooaga_ I have 120GB for £20 with O2. plus Disney+. I used to have unlimited for £18 but that was with @ThreeUK the worst network ever.
