@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport Over the phone. Recieved the phone on the 5th of November. I understand its outside of the 14 days, but this is genuinely the first chance I've had to look into anything about it. Partly cos this phone is slow I've lost hours of my life trying to do the simplest tasks.

@ThreeUK I have continual issues with calls dropping out. Every day, several times a day. Leaving ee has been bad for my business. All 3 phones have the same problems.

I’m with @ThreeUK and my internet has been incredibly shoddy the last few weeks. Finding myself outside of a Three shop venture in to enquire, I am told I need to go home and talk to someone via their live chat option. Dude, we are having the most live possible chat. Fix my ****.
