    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUKSupport So after my three stopped working, I contacted three online to know the reason, With in another 5 days I was back to three again with the same number. Couldn’t make the contact because of busy online service and phone call. My point is I am still three service user.

    Wasted 4 hours of my day, spoke to 9 different people to resolve a simple issue and nobody could fix it. Only got through to someone on the phone when I said I wanted to leave and they spent the time trying to sell me an upgrade? Bunch of dummies @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Actually I bought a locked phone during mid Covid while I was still three service user. So to unlock my phone I had to change my number to EE for 1 month. I asked for the PAC from three but didn’t Use. However, after a month my sim was disconnected so I tried to contact three

    @DanielleAmelia_ @ThreeUKSupport They're so quick to defend themself, but not so fast in responding or producing good network and customer service; I've been with them for almost 9years without any complaint from me. Now that I am having problems, they decide to mug me off.

    Has anyone else on @ThreeUK noticed a distinct reduction in 4g connection recently? I've been from Lancashire to Scotland and back and the 4g service has been noticeable by its lack I have mainly been on H+ which I think is 3g
