    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUK owe my boyfriend a refund from almost two months ago, they cancelled the order and have still yet to provide the bare minimum of service.

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

    @ThreeUK complaining on CS I NEED to cancel my son's contract THAT I AM the account holder off.But you can't seem to allow me access with your ridiculous security The phone is OFF so I won't get the TEXT if I call him and ask for the email code I have to end the call.๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @ThreeUK I am so fed up with this extremely poor Broadband. I've complained twice and been told it's a mast being fixed. 3 weeks later there is No improvement. It's like living in the dark ages!! Upload speed of only 3.76mb/s

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If itโ€™s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. Itโ€™s not disputable, itโ€™s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck ๐Ÿคž
