@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

Lost quite a lot of money and precious time today due to my phone network @ThreeUK letting me down again,a torture than been going for v years and they managed to trick me every single time not to cancel my contract f**k of 🔴🔴🔴

@HaythamHamid @ThreeUK Sorry didn’t had a network obviously,but won’t take a notice, the company is not up to standard of services in this country this why they relocated their customers services to India but hopefully an action through @Ofcom will end the misery of many customers like myself

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that multiple times. Seems if I go into airplane mode then reconnect it send me a message. So each time I connect to the Three network I get a notification (not a text message which usually get).
