@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

How long does it take to cancel a contract with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? Let me tell you, it takes 37 minutes and a person who wants YOU to do all the running around instead of them just doing what's been asked. What a nightmare, customer service needs to improve.

@ThreeUKSupport I went there and got taken to this screen that is not an active screen as in no way for me to find my number, I tried going through the support page which is as clear as mud and cant be reached by the dongle as no internet I am using my landlords broadband for this

@ThreeUK @UKHonor @ThreeUK why do I have to wait for a call back if I want to cancel my contract and I need to get my PAC code?? Why can’t they give me the code when I phone?? Doesn’t look like I’m free to leave like you advertise, isn’t it? I need a pac code now! Anyone there to help me?
