    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi guys there are some bad signal problems all over North Shields. Every time I get close to the area my signal drops to one bar and stays like that all over the area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Internet has gone down - LS16 Cookridge, Leeds. My broadband hub is working okay, have rebooted several times, but nothing is happening. We love super close to a mast, so there must be a network issue? Any help@would be great. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can call - but it automatically connects to AT&T which won't connect our calls. If I leave automatic connect on, it always chooses them, if I leave it off, I have to manually reconnect to a network if I loose signal. Thanks for your help, but you might want to look at this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Any idea when you are going to fix the 5G in DH3 since it went down earlier. All you checker says is engineers are working in the area. Connection is now worse than useless.

    @ThreeUK we bought your overpriced £25 sim from the airport and it didn’t work. Went to a three shop and they REFUSED to refund us or even replace the faulty sim. We paid another £15 for a new sim and still can’t get a damn refund #rubbish #threeuk #dontnuythree
