    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUK When using my phone to call via 2G, my voice frequently cuts out. However, using Wi-Fi calling, this is not an issue. Is it possible the masts have a problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport @crispbeverage @ThreeUKSupport I'm having same issue in SE9 area. I have home broadband (Huawei 5G hub) and it has dropped to 5mbps since 8am. I've already contacted broadband team and they have said will look into it and need to wait up to 7 days for a reply! Clearly this is a wider issue?

    Been a loyal customer of @ThreeUK for years. This morning got a letter telling me I would have to sign a new contract and pay ยฃ5 per day when next in the USA (used to be free) Got a cheaper deal, more data and only ยฃ2 per day roaming in the USA with @SkyUK #Three #FridayFeeling

    @ThreeUKSupport I am in amsterdam and unable to use anything other than wifi. I canโ€™t make calls or text friends. Its causing me a lot of stress. Help please!

    @ThreeUKSupport You have overcharged me on 3 separate occasions. ยฃ2per day for roaming in Europe. -now I am being told that I will have my account downgraded in October. Shockingly bad - the one think that made your network bit is now going to make it smaller

    @melvintyler @ThreeUKSupport Sucks you're having issues but glad it's not just me. Support have also told me they're looking into it but wasn't given a time frame for a call back...
