@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

Gawd, my heart sinks when I see @ThreeUK are network upgrading yet again. That usually means they bugger something up & it's 20ish days of 'fixing an issue' along with the associated crappy data rates. One day they might actually manage the 'Upgrade', but 8mths so far... #Three

  • Heath_cb Heather Butler (@Heath_cb) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I also just spent ONE HOUR on the phone to your customer service department trying to sort this out which is going to cost me a ridiculous amount of money.

  • Alatchford Alastair latchford (@Alatchford) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Same problem, it fails on the step after agreeing to a credit check seems like the API is failing on a call to me

  • mcalvert1066 Northernguy (@mcalvert1066) reported

  • BitaNick Nick (@BitaNick) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ohhhh I never knew that. Even over WiFi? Ugh. Umm I think it’s set at what my bill is. £24

  • JackieBonar Jackie Bonar 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@JackieBonar) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, the number is ported over and we’re now with the new provider. The pac code was requested last week. Just slightly concerned you still think we’re a customer and will charge us.

  • Al_Acrity Alasdair Paul (@Al_Acrity) reported

  • mcalvert1066 Northernguy (@mcalvert1066) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently it's until the 20/5, for essential work on the mast in one particular area, could this be improving the 5g signal?
