๐ฑ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐พ๐ฝ๐ฎ ๐ (@Sinsofafangirl) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

Deryk Lister (@LakesGeek) reported from Ulverston, England@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

Paul ๐ฑ#Sovereign ๐ฌ๐ง (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone elseโs phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Canโt wait to move to a new provider
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. Iโve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
Vocsolo (@Vocsolo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if youโre inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
-
Steve Lacey ๐ฅ (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Paul Holman ๐ (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
