I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

SIM card didnโt arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to โincurring the credit limitโ I have said it didnโt arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
