@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.

@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with 4G in Plymouth. Visited at the weekend and no improvement since last summer when I visited. PL1 1DH is m&s but it doesn't work anywhere in the city centre. Shouldn't have to use 3G in a city.

@ThreeUK hi I am joining your network this week and already giving you my PAC to bring my old number to your network if I wanted to get a new number with you would that be possible?

@ThreeUKSupport @Londonlad5 Chatting does nothing, why don't '3' just get on with fixing the issues. My wife who is with 'EE' had a mast go down at home, within 4 days the matter was sorted. With '3' you'll wait months in my case 7 and still things are not sorted.

@ThreeUKSupport I am in B30. The issue is "upgrades", which have now been going on for four months, and which you have (incorrectly) told me were finished on three separate occasions.
