    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @Benleo If you think that theyโ€™re bad, you havenโ€™t tried @ThreeUK. I sometimes wake at 4am and cannot use the internet, I think Iโ€™ve cracked it and then it starts to buffer again ๐Ÿคฌ

    @ThreeUK Please explain how, when Iโ€™ve dropped off a device with DPD but they canโ€™t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of ยฃ350? Iโ€™ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!

    @ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.

    @ThreeUK can you please explain to me why in the last few weeks your network coverage has become so bad in the BS26 area?? Struggling to send & receive calls & messages,internet is non existent! I have to walk to areas to find signal? Whatโ€™s goin on

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    @ThreeUKSupport whatโ€™s going on ever since I got my new iPhone last year signal been terrible I travel the uk for work constantly signal dips in and out terrible 4g and 5g Iโ€™ve been with you years I canโ€™t put up with this much longer

    Tried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >ยฃ290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?

    @ThreeUK yet again your network went down in the bt54 area during the week, wednesday 13th may, why? At a time when i most needed a signal due to a relative in hosp, you let me down yet again! Your network, customer service and attitude are awful! When is the next outage?
