@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@ThreeUKSupport my mum upgraded her contract 6 weeks ago and her phone never arrived. 4 hours and 12 phone calls later she is still being told ‘case is open’, how ******** is that her fault that you never shipped the phone? Staff have spoke to her so rudely 1/3

@ThreeUK As an existing long term customer I was disappointed in the upgrade options and the customer service that I was provided. Online chat a waste of time not helpful at all. Will be cancelling my contracts come October and going with another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, Been a while now and still have no fix, been waiting since 29th July. Today is my end of contract date and if we can't get a handset sent out or ready for me to collect, Im going to have to buy it someplace else. Can you look into this asap and send me the handset? Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that but I can’t login with that number. I have the number of the sim Kirsty but have never had an associated password. I don’t know how to sign in with this number as it is in my MiFi modem, NOT a phone.

@ThreeUKSupport I had problems in Barbados, Canada and others on 3 before. We are in Washington DC. I will have to call later. This is not acceptable and a waste of my time. I appreciate your efforts but we have gotten nowhere. I will terminate my contract with 3 and move elsewhere.
