@ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.

@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@threeuk Why are you asking people with internet access issues for postcodes despite the fact that a simple Twitter search reveals its nationwide that #three has a internet blackout. This isn't the first time you say nothing about an obvious technical issue. Sort it out ffs

@ThreeUKSupport is your coverage checker down? Every postcode I put in is coming back as ‘hmmm. That didn’t work’. I’m thinking of coming back to you but want to check coverage first!
