    @ThreeUKSupport Calls terminate, I can't always hear the person then they return and I also get an annoying sound occasionally and I have to terminate the call.

    @ThreeUKSupport @JonColl24310263 I am having the exact same problem! Cancelled contract 2 months ago, now been referred to debt collection with no warning! I donโ€™t understand and the helpline guy was absolutely no help at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cheers. SK13 1HN My device is iPhone 12 Pro Max, partners is iPhone 11. Iโ€™ve had bad interference on mine the past 6 months but people not being able to hear me mid call had just started the past few days. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue was a lack of coverage, but the second Three rep (Raj) was able to sort everything. Sorry I couldn't stay on as a customer, but thank you for sorting it.

    What even is the point in having a @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport contract when it can't be used unless I'm connected to WiFi!!! It really really let me down today when I needed to make an important call regarding my kids. I was in a village not the middle of the jungle/desert!

    @ThreeUK after being a customer for years, Iโ€™m cancelling . Iโ€™m being chased for money - no idea why. Referred to a collection agency with no warning at all. Helpline guy no help at all. Looking for new phone contract now.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3/3 I was advise by your agent that the only way a credit will be refunded is if I cancel my contract with you! So that was the option I was given or I have to start contacting my bank and cancelling my DD with Three! Not great service!
