@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t have the same issues on my last contract, it’s evidently now much worse... check the replies and you’ll see others complaining of the same thing. Also, travelling from Borehamwood to Edgware. How are you going to fix this?
