@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s happening all over, I’m a driver so travel a lot but it happens anywhere, tech team have played with my settings and all sorts, but a lot of my friends and family are having similar issues and have already left, I’ve been with three since 2013 and had no issue until this yr

@ThreeUKSupport cancelled my contract, moved my number & 3 txt me saying me next bill would be £0. then 3 weeks later i get txts and calls saying i've got a £50 bill and nearly £30 early termination to pay. then when trying to resolve i get hung up on. not to be a karen but, wtf yo?

@ThreeUKSupport I am beyond frazzled! I can't make any calls to you cos you claim I owe you money-you actually owe me money! I called customer service there and was swiftly cut off at 8.00pm. Perhaps you can get back to me before 9.00pm and sort this mess out!

@ThreeUKSupport So what the hell is up with the internet in this last week? Disconnects, reconnects, slow buffering, stopping, starting... router still in the same place as it always is. I've had only problems with this new router and contract.
