@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.

@ThreeUK I’m trying to add call abroad unlimeted to my pay monthly plan but the app keeps telling me that there was a problem and to try again later… is there anything that can be done? #CustomerService

What’s going on @ThreeUKSupport? Slow internet speeds for the past couple of days only for the service/data to cut out completely in the last 2 hours. Yet status checker says everything’s fine.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It’s just that your Chat support told me last night it only supported Series 7. Confused now.

@JayneEagleson @ThreeUKSupport That’s what I was afraid of! Customer services just don’t have a clue and can’t help at all.

@ThreeUK what is your minimum and average throughput speed on your 5g network? 15mbps down in a city with full signal here and not impressed tbh.

@ThreeUKSupport yeah I've been with you a long time but the reception has become so so bad that i just can't face not being able to make calls anymore.
