@ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

  • Sinsofafangirl 𝕱𝖆𝖙 𝖇𝖚𝖙 𝓒𝓾𝓽𝓮 💀 (@Sinsofafangirl) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England

@ThreeUKSupport can't get onto live chat because no one is available apparently so if you could actually reply/help on here that would be great.

  • LakesGeek Deryk Lister (@LakesGeek) reported from Ulverston, England

@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

@ThreeUK So it has nothing to do with you being A **** NETWORK?

  • aworthington111 Anne Worthington (@aworthington111) reported

@ThreeUK If this reassurance carries the same weight as your customer service, we'll all be dead ducks.

  • Automaton2801 Automaton 2801 (@Automaton2801) reported

@TeresaC123 @ThreeUK This. You need to test to give us confidence it actually works. Otherwise I'm actively looking at moving away. You're not gambling with my safety during a major incident.

  • JosephWatkinson Joe Watkinson (@JosephWatkinson) reported

@ThreeUK How can we be reassured that we will receive it in an actual emergency 🚨 if you don’t retest the systems and re-build the broken trust of your customers without testing. I don’t blame anyone who changes to a different provider.

  • DexterMosul DexterMosul🇮🇶 (@DexterMosul) reported

@ThreeUK That's not even close to satisfying; your customers deserve to know that your service works in emergencies. Imagine if they had lost their lives and come back to ask you what went wrong. They might switch to another provider if you don't explain and Run ANOTHER TEST.

  • StratCars StratCars Esq. (@StratCars) reported

@ThreeUK How confident are you that the fix is a permanent fix and not just a workaround? Bearing in mind the importance of this to Three users what can you tell us that gives us a degree of confidence this won't happen again?

  • alcoops79 ALAN mini COOPER (@alcoops79) reported

@MACDMG1 @ThreeUK I’m currently working in Rickmansworth/ Chorleywood, I’m lucky if I get 3G signal there, 4G in places if I’m lucky, 5G would be a miracle. Yet the guys in the gang on almost every other provider has signal. Makes me glad I’ve stayed with three for so long

  • Anna31Flowers Anna Flowers (@Anna31Flowers) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3 days of no Internet & I work from home! Appalling customer service when calling to try & resolve! I will be reporting you to Ofcom!

  • BeresfordSue Sue Beresford (@BeresfordSue) reported

Not convinced by any of the @ThreeUK rhetoric in respect of their dire network performance in yesterdays emergency alert.

  • thisisjmx James (@thisisjmx) reported

@ThreeUK Yeah not many on our network got it. I did though. But then not everyone on the other MNOs got it either. A lot of people didn't realise it wasn't going to work when connected to a 3G network. Your coverage is great & never see 3G, my phone is set to 4G/5G only anyway!
