    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    @ThreeUKSupport your network is SO ****. No 4g or 3G at home in Wembley Park and I’m yet to get a good 4g signal ANYWHERE in the entire city of London. So shocking. If you don’t have coverage in the capital city where do you have it?

    @ThreeUKSupport These issues are still ongoing. It's not good service at all. Please give me some options to resolve this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok thank you. This unfortunately has been for the last month or so. I changed provider from o2 to 3 because your service was better and now I seem to be encountering similar problems that I had with o2 where the service drops from 4g to 3G making it difficult to stream.

    Anyone in Cardiff North on @superdrugmobile or @ThreeUKSupport finding they have virtually no signal in some spots anymore? It's steadily been going down to the point where I can't get any bars at all in my house, but other networks being used seem okay.

    @ThreeUKSupport been having the issue for 7 months. Just the service in this area for 3 is zero to 1 bar at best. Just wish I’d known that when taking out the service. Rather then being told it’s “good” then again the sales person can only go by what’s in front of them so no fault on them
