    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Maxine, it tells me there's a problem with my logon and won't let me in. I have revealed my password, and I have it written down so I know it's correct. Earlier it just opened and let me in and now it's logged me out. Maybe something is up with my account?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Anthony, originally I asked for a PAC code and then I cancelled it as I have moved to Australia so wouldn't be using a UK provider. Hence why I then contacted your team directly to cancel
