    @ThreeUK Hello the issue is most certainly it resolved so I’m u sure as to why you’ve stated that it is. Customer service are literally no help. Can someone give us an idea of when we may be able to use our phones again.

    @ThreeUK We have 3 phones in the house, all on your network and we can't send or receive text messages and the phone signal is extremely poor so I don't think the issue is resolved.

    @ThreeUK Why are you still saying it’s resolved when it’s not? None of my contracts are able to send or receive texts and I literally just got off the phone to customer services and they’ve told me they’re still trying to resolve the issue.
