    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with your systems? Can't log into my3 to pay bill tried calling 333 can't find my account tried again said error with system and call was cut off.

    Trying to get Peter Kay presale tickets is a real life hellscape... Although, at least @O2 let us know there were issues with servers... UNLIKE SOMEONE @ThreeUK 🙄🙄🙄🙄 An absolute ******* farce.

    @ThreeUKSupport @jaidenofficial It said we had a code, it wouldn’t give us a code. It now won’t let us access the app at all, it’s kicked us out and we can’t log back in, it’s so poor

    @ThreeUKSupport @itisalex_ I think the answer is ALL customers are having issues not some... by the mass amount of tweets all stating the same issue that we are ALL unable to access the app.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not a technical issue with connecting, it's a terrible brain dead redesign of your mobile app. Your recent app interface changes are objectively bad.
