@ThreeUKSupport Yeah that’s fine but I’ve been cut off completely, I have no service at all. And even when I try to get a data passport it doesn’t come up with the right page, it just defaults to the home page.

@ThreeUK have exactly 97 minutes remaining to send my documents, so I can replace my STOLEN phone. If they don't arrive by the end of today 'as promised' I'll have a break-down AND cancel my personal & business contracts (in which order I've yet to decide!) 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Holly. It's a broken 5G router .I have taken days off work and waited 4 weeks also I have spoken to three customer services about 25 time over the last four weeks sadly with no joy. I have to say I have no confidence in three at this moment in time

@ThreeUK Hi Three .Totally disappointed with the with the level of service. I have waited 4 weeks for a jiffy bag to send a broken item back .in the meantime I'm still being charged for a broken item. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
