    @ThreeUK I've sent a complaint & I am being asked to pay for a replacement. Essentially, I am being penalised for a faulty phone (mother board issue). Disappointed that this is how you treat a ' LOYAL' customer! £60+ is a lot of money to pay for 23 months for a bad phone!

    @ThreeUKSupport I made an important call today to what I didn't know was a paying number. I have a 0 spending cap so no problem there. But I'm disappointed that the call cut off after 10 minutes mid talk. The call shouldn't have even been allowed to go through.

    Really disappointed by @ThreeUK at @LatitudeFest where family & I had no service entire weekend. Infuriating to be unable to contact family to meet up or use Latitude app, and see people on other networks doing so. Phone said I had 2 bars of 3G or 4G but couldn’t get a text thru.
