@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with your systems? Can't log into my3 to pay bill tried calling 333 can't find my account tried again said error with system and call was cut off.

@ThreeUKSupport Have had fantastic service for 9 months, strong signal - the issue is not the signal, it seems to be an issue with the internet service itself, which I suspect is related to the security settings.

@ThreeUKSupport When a contract is supposed to end it should end on that day not carry on forever. I'm not paying anything else to this stupid company with the amount of mistakes they've made over and over again with my account

@ThreeUK might of sent me a text asking me to rate my conversation with support last night. When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

@ThreeUKSupport Eth0 status customer, means i had a £20 discount I totally forgot about each month. Over 2 years that built up to £300. Not that I ever think I will see that money again.

@ThreeUKSupport I canceled today, because you guys have fully lost my trust and confidence. I never got my refund and now I will have to wait till the final invoice is generated to get my money back. At least this way, I do get it back!

So issues trying to us the online shop with @EE yesterday. Spoke to an online team member who said EE would contact me. I get contact asking how they can help me with no idea as to why I complained. Wow! @ThreeUK do you want another customer? I’m so done!
