@ThreeUKSupport That is not what i was told and we are gone past this. Your customer service says the person who sold me the phone gave me a wrong information. They are supposed to return money paid on the account since January.

@ThreeUK can someone contact me ASAP as your customer service advisers are doing nothing to deal with fraud cases for accounts created in my name. I want this resolved ASAP and will also be raising with the ICO due to you holding information on me which is incorrect and unwanted.

@ThreeUK I am trying not to tweet about the issue but can you guys refund my money. It’s over a month now and every time I call I hear you will get it in three working days but it’s almost 5 weeks and I haven’t seen my refund. Maybe ombudsman has to come into the issue

@ThreeUK contacted and talked into your broadband with the promise of a TV, back in February, never received. I contact you via telephone 2 weeks ago and told would be with me in 10 days. Still nothing. Im sure this is miss selling? Broadband alone isn’t worth it!! Poor service.

@ThreeUKSupport I have called severally and they keep saying the payment has been approved and I will get it in 3 days, which has been a lie. You take the phone , take the money, very poor service
