@ThreeUKSupport I've spent over 10 hours on the phone to incompetent liars on 333 and a good few to the online chat over the last 4 weeks. I've also taken 2 days off for a phone that's never been delivered and waited on call backs that have never happened. Is that not perseverance?

@ThreeUK One of the worst customer service every time I called they never have proper information and alwys give wrong information never give importance to customers ,I am glad I am leaving three and I will never recommend anyone

@ThreeUKSupport I had a £40 refund agreed yesterday and line got cut off. Rang back and no notes added to my account. Then got blind transferred to someone else who hung up on me. Very poor customer service
