    @ThreeUK signal in the cv34 area has been appalling for the last two months give or take, was fine before. People on ee have had the same issue. My understanding is you both share the same antennas. Any idea whats going on?

    @ThreeUK gave up and ordered another network sim and they required me to pay early cancellation fee lmao . I already planed to pay just remaining contract

    @ThreeUKSupport presently ok, but *daily* there often is a good 5g signal but poor or no internet. Your status page only measures the 5G carrier signal Where can your internet be monitored for “known works” or problems ?

    @ThreeUK but they asked me to pay early cancellation fee and the customer service never got better do try to get this network guys

    @ThreeUKSupport as i explained that only covers the 5G signal, not the internet contained within it ! it *always* shows “ no problem” when the internet speed is very low or zero. unacceptable upload speeds are presently only 3% of the ( acceptable ) download speed in N19 4RN
