@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with your systems? Can't log into my3 to pay bill tried calling 333 can't find my account tried again said error with system and call was cut off.

@ThreeUK hi. My mum has been trying to get through to the helpline for roaming, but every time she calls the line advises that there are technical issues. She called prior to travelling and was advised that there would be no issues. Can you please give guidance

@ThreeUK what a joke. I don’t want to renew my contract at the end of the contract period. But because the 38 days is not until tomorrow if I cancel now I will get charged. I am not asking cancel before end of contract. This is one of many reasons not to use 3

@DeanJA91 @ThreeUK "No" is bizarrely the answer. I think they're the only major UK network to only offer the 6 at launch and not the Pro. Weird. I'm leaving as a result, ID Mobile have some great deals on the Pro

@ThreeUKSupport That’s really unbelievable actually that because of the backlog an address can’t be changed because the delivery date is being changed. Nobody planned this but the new delivery date is almost 6 weeks away. Surely you guys would have an override to help a customer not cancel?

@ThreeUK on your website it says you can get a static IP address for broadband, but after speaking to about 6 different departments it sounds like it’s not possible with any kind of Three service?

@ThreeUKSupport Spoken to one of your colleagues to discuss early termination due to bad connection. I was told I only had to pay £495. Which I then stated if I didn’t pay the £495 would my services still remain the same and continue to be £80 per month. I was told yes it would be the same

Almost made the mistake of switching to @ThreeUK but one call with their customer service agents opened my eyes. I’m annoyed now because I was having a good day before that call.

@ThreeUKSupport been a 3 customer for nearly 6 months. Really disappointed in the signal/coverage. I sit in the west end of London and cannot do anything on my phone as the signal strength is so poor. Same on the train journey into London. Didn’t have any issues with EE
