@ThreeUKSupport Just to note, my partners phone is also on my account, they are on holiday with me and no issues for them, so it is not a coverage or account problem. I will not be paying additional data charges because it is not allowing me to purchase a passport.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I am currently in Canada and have been unable to buy a data passport since yesterday. I spent half an hour on the phone to support yesterday & I cannot do the same today. I trust I will only be charged £5 per day for Data as this is not my fault.
