@ThreeUKSupport I bought 5G service from you several months ago. The download remains fantastic but over the last month the upload which was around 15Mbps has dropped to 1Mbps. It is like this all the time no matter where I position the router. I get faster upload from my mobile.

@ThreeUKSupport I feel like I’m going round in circles. I’ve switched networks to yours and want to keep my number. Assumed all I had to do was insert the sim as I gave the PAC code over at time of registration. Not been easy, and I’m paying for a service I can’t access.
