@ThreeUK Please!! Don't use Three!!.. The worst customer service ever. I have been trying to get help on something and none of the managers can help. And they won't pass me to a director or anything. SO frustrating. A ******* NIGHTMARE. DONT JOIN THREE PLEASE!

@ThreeUK I have had a very bad experience with three and they have charged me incorrectly without any communication. I need my sim contracts to be cancelled because I am paying for something that I didn't sign up for.

@ThreeUKSupport And I was also told that I am in the cooling period so I cancel the contract but now I am being charge around 400 pounds to cancel a sim, which is ridiculous. Why would I want to pay 400 pounds for something I will never use. I have never had such a terrible experience before.
