    @ThreeUKSupport My family and I are all with 3, and we have the same issue where we are unable to use our phones for anything as our data and signal is not working. We have not been sent any messages by 3 to say if you are doing work in the area.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, we are still having an issue with downloading Sky content onto our Sky Q Box with 3’s 5G router. Has happened in the past week and both your customer services team say you are looking into it to no avail.

    @ThreeUK Horrid experience with call centre -very unhelpful,reluctant to put me to complaints ‘they’ll just confirm what I said’ Complaints team were EXCELLENT, fully resolved my issue quickly. Training need for 1st operator- not be defensive I nearly left 3, but have now stayed

    @ThreeUK customer service 0/10. I’ve been cut off from live chat numerous times in mid conversation by the person I’m talking to. I’ve contacted technical support and was mis advised twice. I was told to go to store who said they can’t help me as my purchase was online. Shocking.
