    @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Can you confirm when I request and used the STAC code , my Three account will get closed . The Three Customer Service on the phone said using the Stac code won’t cancel my contract, it is simply transfer the details to my new provider.

    @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken So.. what alternative is there to switching airplane mode on and off 20 times a day to try and get a signal? It's not the sim and its not the handset... your network is broken.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you. I can confirm it worked fine when I was on the Three network; however, whilst connected via my Three HomeSignal, it doesn’t. Not a big deal for me since I’ll be on wifi here, but is this something that will get fixed in a firmware update to HomeSignal?

    @ThreeUK I upgraded my 2 contracts and got good deals but later they sent me 3 contract letters with completely diffrent deals. Then i did complain Ref 30899734 but they also tried to help colleagues. I have all conversations recordings. They all liars and waste of time.

    @ThreeUKSupport Samsung unfortunately, never received the link, they said they'd sent on 2nd May, resulting in me the customer losing out on the Google voucher. I'll always stay with 3, it wasn't your fault. Samsung are scum

    @ThreeUK The worst providers ever. If you ever purchase data, don’t expect to use it because 9/10 times it can’t connect to the internet.
