@ThreeUK Most companies selling commoditised products try to pretend that individual customers matter. Not so Three which is, without a doubt, the worst UK mobile phone company. It is the Ryanair of digital. Ghastly. Even paying your bill is a hassle!

@ThreeUKSupport I remember when you had a decent reliable service. Now your signal is shite. Constantly slow or even no service. Just do us all a favour remove three from the network completely. EE or any other network is way better than yours

I wish companies would get with the times. I have a .Wales domain insurance is the worst for it no family or beer on my @ThreeUK account I have my .wales address but in store that wouldn’t work with my upgrade!

@ThreeUK had 2 phones with you for well over 10 years, upgraded both phones. Got sent a charger I didn't ask for with 1 phone and charged £20. Was promised that would be removed from my bill, nope you charged me £20. That's no way to treat a loyal customer.
