    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with your systems? Can't log into my3 to pay bill tried calling 333 can't find my account tried again said error with system and call was cut off.

    @ThreeUKSupport Initial card payment then direct debit payments. It's owed because Three never cancelled the plan within the 14 day window and I continued to be charged. A complaint solved that and they backdated it, but now you won't issue the refund.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK At the expense of 4G from my experience. Seems like a distant memory when i was getting a solid 70Mb/s down :( It's dropped to half that these days 😧

    Absolutely fuming with the experience I've received from @ThreeUK customer service. I changed over to sim only contract 4 months ago, they've taken my money and the previous bill owners and now they've disconnected my old number instead of transferring it to sim only. DON'T USE.

    @ThreeUKSupport What you’ve failed miserably at again @ThreeUK is you’re making Me do all the work! I’ve had nothing but FRUSTRATION, I’ve got NO where&you keep disconnecting from me! Why should I be forced down this waste of time route again&not someone from Three pick up the phone&talk to me!?

    3 days of @ThreeUK doing “network updates” in my area. 3 days of ZERO phone service. 🙄
