    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @PeterMcCormack @ThreeUK This sucks! I’m travelling now in Mexico and the states (from Ireland but have Three UK mobile as lived in London) is there a universal SIM or any other option than threes **** option or to keep buying sims from the country you are in?

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t send a text message to any other phone operator than Apple. I can call them, but I can’t text them. I spoke with Apple - it’s not their end that is not working it’s my carrier - 3 in this case. But chat support couldn’t help me - they ignored the fact that I

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry I've not replied sooner, I've got dodgy Internet...I think there was a complaint raised & closed but without a resolution. Is there any update yet as to when the issue will b resolved or what the issue is? I would like to hear this from my provider not 2nd hand via another.

    Signing with @ThreeUKSupport was a big mistake. Its appalling. I know its a mobile broadband solution but 1MB surely it should be better than that. I feel robbed to be fair.
