    @ThreeUK PAC requested yesterday. Appalling customer service. After trying & failing to trick me into renewing contract to apply roaming charges, charges applied anyway. While abroad, 2 operators assured me they'd sort it, not to worry, etc. from script. Of course, they didn't

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there - i tried topping up with a pay-as-you-go add-on twice, got charged twice, but the balance still won't update on my account. As of now, still can't access the network. Can i get one add-on applied, and the other one refunded…? Thank you.

    @ThreeUK , you upgraded my plan without me asking for it and with really poor information about it. Literally two messages that look like spam. Now, I am stuck with a higher bill and lost the benefit of go roaming! Customer service call was terrible. Careful with @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I am a business customer. When we rang we gave our account number and security and they said until we can provide the mobile number associated with the 5G hubs they won’t cancel!!! 😡😡

    @chrissheath @ThreeUK I have a whole *** signal booster at the bottom of my street legit maybe 300 yards from my home. I have 0 signal three dont care they just discount your contracts with 5 pound off instead of fixing the issue. I recommend cancelling as soon as your contract is up I am
