@ThreeUK My husband and I had to spend out on giffgaff and Skype as we needed to talk to and be called back by a doctor today but had zero coverage! Our signal is still not back. Really annoying timing that our phones are basically out of action!

@Horrorstalker66 @ThreeUK Text rise is ridiculous! Most people I know use WhatsApp or similar instead of text and that will increase dramatically. We often get no signal on 3 so only stuck with them on price. Rarely used mobile data so 5g is pointless....

@jamiegreenley @ThreeUK @SamsungUK That seems the best way. I’m going to do the same. I’m done with the dreadful performance of their 4G in the area. I have no idea if they willl bring 5G to my cell tower. They have with the cell tower ‘down the road’ from me.

@ThreeUKSupport Noooo. I’m not trying to help you out anymore. 2 years of constant ballache. I can’t respect anything about the company! Not giving my time. I went on web chat and waited 30 mins for nobody to reply. Everyone concerned with complaints. I been complaining for years. Nuttin changed
