@ThreeUKSupport ...can send me a sample photo of what I should be looking for please? I returned via royal mail and it was during lockdown so they don't give receipts at the main depo, only the small post offices do. I do not recall there even being a customer copy of the label

@ThreeUKSupport I need my PAC code. Called 333 and was told it would within 1 minute, it didn't. Then I used the texts service to 65075 and I am getting errors texts from 85075 "we can't process your request due to a system issue". Please give me my PAC code .

@ThreeUK had an issue with signal for the last 5 weeks rang up 3 weeks ago was told to leave 7 days and would be fixed. Im now on day 20 with no fix. Tried calling but get cut off before anybody answers. Very poor when i need assistance

@ThreeUK How am I subject to a 30 day notice period when my 2 year contract with you comes to an end on August 13th? I contacted 3 to say I don’t want my contract to renew and said they said it can’t cancel until August 21st because of a 30 day notice period?
