@ThreeUK Having a major problem with one of our handsets. It makes an awful noise during calls which makes it extremely hard to converse with our engineer. We have had a new phone and a new sim and no change. Any ideas?

@ThreeUK is it normal to recieve a repackaged, used 4G hub which has not even been reset or refurbished as wi fi network already set up and called 'Dustiest WiFi in London'?

@ThreeUK can you confirm that your high street stores cannot help with account queries? I had an account issue and was told that I'd have to sort over the phone. Not a great service when I'm trying to make a complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport I've had a call from a person saying I had called him. Had another 4 missed calls. All the calls are from numbers with same first 8 digits to mine. Customer service says it is spoofing but seen other tweets from people saying same thing.

@ThreeUKSupport not even a curtesy text from three saying there might be disruptions. I use the internet on my phone for work so a sorry really doesn't help anyone

@ThreeUKSupport I just want to cancel my insurance. Store refused and I was also refused help on Web Chat, can't even remove it from My Account online. I spent 30 minutes on the Complaints Webchat, only to be told I still have to phone to cancel.
