@WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK I’m with EE and often getting 5g now. Very rare I have no signal. Whilst in France 🇫🇷 was 👍🏼 but had to pay extra £10 for roaming as wasn’t included for the 17 days away. Would have been £2 a day had I not bought the add on 😱

@TLRailUK @ThreeUK Hello, I am not reporting an incident to them, but instead of your advisors just suggesting to message that number, check what network they’re on first, then see if they’ve got any spending caps on their account which could block it internally. Suggest to also contact 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport He said he had to go through the terms and conditions with me. Surely unnecessary when I'd already signed contract and have paperwork to prove this? Then told me price no longer available. After 13 years custom, disgusting. Told him to cancel my contract
