@ThreeUKSupport Think she is a victim of slowed down practices due to Covid. Clearly the account was closed as she was sent returns envelope (after prompting 3 to send as it was taking so long) case no is 9837704999 from conversation

So it looks like the Emergency Alert test confirms that @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport can't be depended on in an Emergency. Not seen any reports of anyone on networks based on Three's having got the test alert this afternoon.

I was really excited for the alert (slow day ok?) and it didn't go off. Think it was a @ThreeUK issue from what I'm seeing on here.
