    @ThreeUK currently having serious issue with your accounts/disconnections team and need to escalate urgently. Could you please tell me how? .... we are in some bizarre loop at the moment and spending a great deal of time on this

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been months now that the bill pay feature in the three app has not worked for me and others. 30mins on phone w/Customer service who said someone will come back to me and...nothing. Is Customer Service just a marketing effort?

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, can’t log in on iPhone. Asks for my number then won’t ask for password and thinks im trying to register the number . Are there issues ? I also can’t access latest bill within the app

    @ThreeUKSupport Just received an extremely important medical call, the doctor couldn't hear me, I wasn't even getting 4G, let alone 5G, which I haven't had since my hub was restricted. Out of principle I won't pay any bill relating to my hub, mobile bill is up to date so I expect decent service.

    @DamselflyPhotos @ThreeUK Oh yes! Not complaining at all as coverage and speed was always a good backup (especially when Voda broadband had a 10-day or so outage last year). Just strange that the 5G hype has not yet materialized.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told I can leave penalty free as there was issue your end so I switched to another network now I'm getting texts saying allowance refreshed and I need to pay termination fee . Can you help ?
