    @ThreeUK Hi there. I noticed in My3 that I’m eligible to upgrade. Tempting as the price for the Samsung S20 is pretty good. Question is, if I take out the deal, does it come with any warranty or repair service just in case? What if I don’t like the phone within 2-4 weeks of use?

    @Fergal_Davis @ThreeUK Thanks Ferguson. I’m actually currently on Three too as it happens, but will most likely be switching back to EE when this contract ends as I often find the reception fairly terrible compared to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not really unless I have full bars it's like it's not even connected, this isn't just in one spot either Would ordering a new sim card help seeing as 3g got me no where

    @ThreeUKSupport how is it with 4g on full signal nothing loads? Using a 6 month old note 10+ before you try blaming my handset what the hell is going on with your network
