    @ThreeUKSupport Think she is a victim of slowed down practices due to Covid. Clearly the account was closed as she was sent returns envelope (after prompting 3 to send as it was taking so long) case no is 9837704999 from conversation

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please explain why your signal is rubbish in TN33 0XX it was so good but now it’s awful. I pay for a service. If you can’t deliver I will cancel my contract and go elsewhere

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 weeks ago I returned from China, having visited 9 city’s in 4 months, not once did I ever lose phone signal with my Chinese network provider - yet here I am on a train from Kent to London with my @ThreeUK signal dropping out! This useless bloody country!! 😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUKSupport So now that you've merged with Vodafone where's the better 5G signal that was promised still only 4G in PL6 it's pathetic
