The message is stating that if your account is terminated or suspended; i.e you cancel, or the SIM is blocked due to being lost or stolen, we send a letter instead of the SMS mentioned above. -Jonathan

    Anyone trying to go for @ThreeUK please don't, their tool of usage has been broken for over a month, no idea when it'll be fixed, if ur phone has been stolen you're basically screwed also their signal is poor n if you complain u get threatened ur account will be terminated

    Dear @ThreeUK I've had no data/ internet since Monday . I get some lame text saying there is work going on in my postcode with an apology. not good enough. I'm on holiday and having to tether to my work phone so I can access e tickets. you are crap...
