    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUKSupport Not had a resolution to my Broadband problem. Resolution i was given to having no working simcard for 2 weeks was dropping the additional charges incurred on said simcard due to an instore staffs mistake. no compensation for the down time. not good

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. I always keep direct debits open when I receive cancellation confirmations. It helps when companies want to take more money from you........ No I didn't. And no, everything was paid up. The final payment was sorted. Your end just can't get sort it's **** out. 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, it was only an issue with that phone strangely. I took it as a sign that the phone wasn't for me and went for the slightly cheaper google pixel 7 pro instead. Less storage but can use the cloud. Hopefully the issue with ordering the honor magic 5 pro is sorted for others.

    @ThreeUK Three network is down in globe vale holiday park Tr16 4bh and it has been down now for 5 days can’t use YouTube or anything

    @VCCFC_ @ThreeUKSupport That’s a ridiculous claim. Roman had nothing to do with what happened in Ukraine. It was an attempt by Boris the clown to ruin Chelsea using Roman as collateral as a way to claim he was doing something to support Ukraine. Stop swallowing the crap fool

    Contacted @ThreeUK to report bad signal issues where the mast keeps cutting out. Same thing happening to my girlfriends phone. They insist on sending a new SIM, which I've received and it doesn't even work!! What next? 😮‍💨

    @ThreeUKSupport Don't worry. Ross from the sales team sorted it in one email, and Mark from Customer Service gave me all the next steps. Whoever I spoke to on the phone before is completely incompetent.

    @ThreeUKSupport the signal in my area has been garbage the past few weeks and didn't use to be what's happening? You are going to loose 4 customers due to this issue as contracts are soon up for renewal. S43 area
