  • gavris gavin risbridger (@gavris) reported from Kirton, England

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport That makes sense, but it's also against what your customer support rep told me. According to them, the PAC transfer can be cancelled within 48 hours and I can transfer my number to Three and my mum's will be released.

  • JordanWhitt_ Whitt (@JordanWhitt_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport honestly mean this in the least rude way possible but if you don’t improve your signal I am not paying for the rest of my contract I am in Southampton city centre and cannot get signal when I’m in a restaurant or even in my flat which is still in the city centre

  • aetius2000 dan (@aetius2000) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for clarifying. How do I cancel my contract whilst I'm still within the 14-day cooling-off period? Your support team is still telling me to wait for 48 hours for them to reverse the PAC transfer, but I don't believe it'll work.

  • JheySL2 Jhey (@JheySL2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport (2/2) The router had a firmware update, when I logged on it said its been updated and that's when the issue started. I think the router is the issue. Guy on phone said its the fault/signal in the area (phone is fine) went from 300mpbs + to 1mbps lol

  • jordencassidy Jorden Cassidy (@jordencassidy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Whats happening with the signal around the SK1 area? Mine keeps dropping out completely

  • JheySL2 Jhey (@JheySL2) reported

@Ricey871 @ThreeUKSupport Maybe coincidence since the firmware update but yeah since Saturday, it doesn't connect to 5g network, only 3g. they said it's 5g congestion, no talks about credit tho

  • paulcrawford82 Paul Crawford (@paulcrawford82) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @JheySL2 Having exactly the same issue. Needs resolved asap as this is my home broadband and I need to be able to work from home

  • clydey1 Deb Corry (@clydey1) reported

@living_life_me @ThreeUKSupport I lost my business through covid! Had no financial support from the UK government. Unfortunately had only 18 months books. But that thank you for your comments. Its always good to give your opinion on a situation you know nothing about.

  • JheySL2 Jhey (@JheySL2) reported

@paulcrawford82 @ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest I'm still thinking it's that, the router is flicking between frequencies too and the signal strength went from -80dBm to -102dBm and I doubt any of us having this issue is live near each other
