    @ThreeUKSupport @TheO2 The fact I have to tether from a @TheO2 user just to rant how bad my service is has made my mind up. I’ll be swapping all 3 of my accounts over when the contracts finish.

    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still pe217rz still the same times it’s down. 8:30-15:30 really fed up with it now. After being told repairs have been finished it’s just getting silly now. Was told work was being done on both 3G and 4g at the same time which is baffling

    Shock still no @ThreeUKSupport service still! spoke with them last week assured me work was finished in my area! Guess not, who’ve authorised working on both the 3G and 4g masts honestly unbelievable

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

    @ThreeUKSupport You never got back to me? When will I be getting the service I pay for? Not being able to receive calls or data during these troubled times is added stress I don’t need.

    @patrickjsavage @VodafoneUK I reckon @ThreeUK will never do it. They were the ones that fought for it on the first place. If only one could get decent data reception in London with them!

    @ThreeUKSupport Three roaming speeds are awful. I get super slow data connection and throttled data service to a barely usable level on all three Go Roam partner networks. For example Yoigo in spain, or Wind italy - can just about use whatsapp for chats, no chance to stream

    @donnyc1975 I went on a business trip and @ThreeUKSupport dropped my sim card, can't even connect to the network anymore. Can't stress enough why we build anything important on phone number authentication. I assume buying eSIM data plans (and using Skype or WhatsApp) will be the option.

    @JamesMarriott @ThreeUK Well, fingers crossed. O2 didn't hang about, but then again I've never taken my mobile phone abroad. I leave it at home on the rare occasions I leave the UK!
