@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Also, no-one I have spoken to actually listens, they just seem to read off a script telling me to call you - and even when I do manage to get a signal by standing outside ion one spot (this isn't guaranteed to work) I get shunted around. All I want to do is cancel my contract.

@bt_uk I was a BT customer for over 20 yrs and always had trouble with my broadband. Last year I changed to 4G by @ThreeUK for £15/month and have never been happier. You guys wanted to charge me >£40 for the same service.

@ThreeUKSupport ported my husband's number 9th June, PAYG. Can't make calls out/receive in with wi-fi calling. Network calls out working intermittently. No calls reaching us. Many chats with online support/promises that back end will fix over weekend. Husband fuming. Please help.

@ThreeUKSupport I Still experiencing slow speeds in FK21 area. Your Customer Supp said this would be fixed on 5th June. Still no better. Have gone from average 15-20mbps to less than 2mbps! Very disappointed, Contract is up in August will seriously be considering whether to renew

@ThreeUKSupport ... as automatic selection prefers 4g over 3g even is the speed on 4g is slower. and again, this is most certainly not a device / device config issue it is most certainly network congestion thus three no longer offer the device in certain postcode areas
