    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

    @ThreeUKSupport Postcode was s803lt I’m using an iPhone 7 seemed to dip in and out of service Saturday and Sunday

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes that’s how I have been communicating but all 5 of your customer agents didn’t do anything of what I asked but stated they did, causing me to still be charged a higher tariff then what I originally asked to be put on!!

    Tell me @ThreeUK how do you make the same mistake 3 times?!! It seems every customer agent I speak to DOES NOT listen to what I am requesting every time!! I will not be renewing with you guys! Had enough!! Making me pay extra when I shouldn’t be had my request been done?!😡😡

    Nobody ask for refunds with @ThreeUK, they say 5days then don't actually put it through. Then when you complain after 5 days they tell you sorry, it will be another 5 days. Ending 15 years of good service and no complaints. Not even a good will gesture to say sorry.

    I am paying £22.60 a month for data on my mobile #phone but @ThreeUK doesn’t even give me basic internet.. as soon as I live my home #Wifi I can no longer use apps or safari. The problem commenced 3 months ago.. #desperate 😭😭

    @ThreeUK no data signal now 4 four days. I'm used to it dropping for the odd day, but this is ridiculous. Why i pay for a data sim... with no data is beyond me. Please sort it. BA2 6TR

    @ThreeUK Shambolic! Daughter finishing 3 contract, bought new 3 Sim. Got an unsolicited call from you saying upgrade old sim to same deal and you'd cancel the new sim. 3 months on, and hours on the phone to you and still charged for both sims and u want £70 cancellation fee!
