@ThreeUKSupport Still pe217rz still the same times it’s down. 8:30-15:30 really fed up with it now. After being told repairs have been finished it’s just getting silly now. Was told work was being done on both 3G and 4g at the same time which is baffling

Shock still no @ThreeUKSupport service still! spoke with them last week assured me work was finished in my area! Guess not, who’ve authorised working on both the 3G and 4g masts honestly unbelievable

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport For months I've been going round in circles with your customer services about a refund of unlawful overcharges by Three. I've been repeatedly offered only a partial refund of less than half the charges which I have declined now 3 times. It's like they can't read.

@ThreeUK went to Manchester Fort branch to upgrade my phone. I’m on the unlimited plus plan. Assistant Manager told me the offer had expired (which it hasn’t), that you can’t upgrade your store (which you can) and then told us he was busy serving a customer. All of this 1/3
