I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport Why didn’t 3mobile get in touch with me with all means of communication provided? I received no email update with this regards. I made it known that there was poor connection in my area. I contacted customer service , your staff talked to me so rudely for trying to explain things

@ThreeUKSupport Your web told my husband it would be 'within 7 days' from Monday which isn't very helpful considering I was previous quoted 48 - 72 hours. Basically, I'm paying for a service that once again I can't use and it's not great. I would like an accurate picture of works please.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Scott, so basically you have nothing within your system to allow the exchange of stock between store and contact center. Feels a rather clunky operation when situations like this arises, and that you don't have a process in fail safe to accommodate demand
