I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport I've had lots of fun today dealing with an upgrade, 2 people telling me my phone is out for delivery by 6pm, but a text saying it won't come until 21st Dec and a chat confirming there are production issues. Now your website says 21st December too.

@ThreeUK having cancelled my SIM contract, 3 started debiting my account again. Visited the 3 shop at Lakeside tonight at 5:45 where I am offered the opportunity to call 3 customer services using the internal phone system only to be told they closed at 5:30! Seriously…
