@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK plus the service is the worse it’s been in years can barely get 3G. Might be time to look else where contract is up soon #timeforachange 🤔

I actually cannot wait for my contract to end with @ThreeUK they’re signal coverage is actually terrible. One phone three and the other 02 and i don’t see the sense in paying for a contract that never covers any network!

@ThreeUKSupport SE1 9JW 4G is completely rubbish even when the mast is roughly 0.4-0.5 miles away. YES i restarted router, YES i checked the cables - I did everything on my part. After peak times (12 AM and onwards) service is great but during peak times its non excistant.
