I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Still pe217rz still the same times it’s down. 8:30-15:30 really fed up with it now. After being told repairs have been finished it’s just getting silly now. Was told work was being done on both 3G and 4g at the same time which is baffling

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK since 2014 and yet still my adult settings are not changed and I seem to not being able to do that. Everytime I’m trying to use any of my cards it says age verification failed. I’m 33, for Christ sake 😒

@ThreeUK customer service and app is shocking. I found a deal on the app to upgrade, when I contact customer service to discuss it... its not available to existing customers....15 mins of her gaslighting me that I'm imagining it...its suddenly available!!! How can I trust that!

@ThreeUKSupport My phone and my wife’s phone both on three so yes. Same issue. Official covid app wanted to send a one time password text to her. Restaurant in hotel wanted to sent one time password for WiFi to me. Both numbers entered with +44 prefix etc.
