    @ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    Shock still no @ThreeUKSupport service still! spoke with them last week assured me work was finished in my area! Guess not, who’ve authorised working on both the 3G and 4g masts honestly unbelievable

    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Postcode was s803lt I’m using an iPhone 7 seemed to dip in and out of service Saturday and Sunday

    @ThreeUKSupport Still pe217rz still the same times it’s down. 8:30-15:30 really fed up with it now. After being told repairs have been finished it’s just getting silly now. Was told work was being done on both 3G and 4g at the same time which is baffling

    @ThreeUKSupport Some? Behave. I've had about 10 chats. After agreeing to cancel my contract as its in the final months for free. I've just tried to use the PAC CODE and it's been cancelled!

    @ThreeUKSupport I won't put myself through it again. They run through a script and won't accept I have done all the checks before then they say there is no issue when it's clear there is. It's ok I know I don't matter

    Ok @threeuk. Your MiFi cannot support a PS4 connection. Whenever it tries the MiFi decide just disconnects everything. Remind me, what am I paying for if you can’t provide a service?

    .@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Awful internet in EH64HN again. Can you please increase the bandwidth on the local mast as it's obviously not got enough for the amount of people on it at peak times. I have to use my connection for work and right now it's next to unusable.

    @ThreeUK almost 20 years as a customer and due to upgrade but cannot match nevermind beat a @virginmedia deal. Pretty poor i'd say.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi three, I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years. I upgraded at the beginning of last month but I did not receive the device. I made contact with you on Twitter over 2 weeks ago and was advised it is being investigated and I will receive an email.

    Been with @EE (Orange) since I was 13/14. Couldn’t offer me the same deal they were giving new customers two years ago so made me change my number when I signed up as a “new”customer. Now they can’t beat a sim only deal so Goodbye #noloyalty hello @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not on my my phone it’s on my iPad (data sim) and I have - I also have a phone sim and that’s reverted to 3G so there must be an issue
