I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport Hi,all I know is that I regretted joining Three about 2 months into a 24month contract! I had nothing but poor service on the network and customer service when trying to resolve the network issues I constantly had! Month 24 I could cancel with nothing left to pay as you can see.

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFC I have contacted Three many times in different ways. Three are taking 3 different amounts of money out of my bank account every month. Nothing is being done by you about this please sort. I am disabled and I am in my mid 60s. this is no way to treat any person.

@ThreeUKSupport You failed to fix a basic function of a mobile phone. Short code or not, they are texts and I expected you to fix it as my plan and network provider. You couldn't fix it. Your employees invited me to find another provider, they represent you. You are in breach of contract.

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Be aware three will rip you off have a sim only contract with unlimited everything prices went up by40% so tried cancelling but they won’t cancel and are still charging disgraceful trouble is I stop paying I will get into trouble these big companies have you by the *****

@ThreeUK I am frustrated and cross .. I have been trying to talk to someone for 2 days .. I am being left on hold for 20 minutes no one is answering, I have tried live chat and am cut off from there too!!.. This is not good enough.. Will someone please read this and HELP!!!!
