@ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@wildlime @UKHonor @ThreeUK I’m not sold with the debacle of my order with the 4Pro. Also I promised to myself that I will never buy a phone with a 2mgpx camera lol, I don’t want to give reason to brands doing these cheap things. Did you find any bugs here and there ? Camera looks good however.

@ThreeUKSupport Restarting the phone or manually selecting the network does not help. I think it's about time you got rid of the piggy back networks from your network to improve copaicty with three. Can I expect some compensation for this

@ThreeUKSupport You go through security to get to the chat room although you’re doing it from the app. Then he wanted me to answer all the same questions again. So I did. Then he didn’t like the format, capitals, id written in & wanted me to do it all again. Wtf?!

@ThreeUK three please fix your mobile network in walthamstow and chingford my calls keep on dropping out. Walthamstow my phone shows no service chingford 4g and 5g are on the same ban length
