@ThreeUKSupport I no longer want to call after waiting 6 hours and ruining my sisters wedding and still 4 days later nothing has been sorted which shows YOU ARE INCAPABLE!! I run a business myself and this is the worse customer service I have ever seen and I've been a loyal customer!! Digusting

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, our data rates drop to ≈0.1mbps in the Chesterfield area every evening 7-8pm exactly on Tuesdays. It's very disruptive as we have an important Zoom meeting at that time. It happens on both of our Three network mobiles and nothing else is using them. Pls help!

@ThreeUKSupport It was to be a birthday present for my dad, but I've given it him early instead as I wanted to check if the phone was working since clearly it had been thrown about pretty hard to cause that damage. I'll get him something else for his birthday.
