    @ThreeUKSupport I couldnt do it... My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

    @ThreeUK Do not trust Three. They cheat customer and dont even generate the PAC code. I called in to cancel my contract. excalation team didn’t follow the process of 1 month notice or holding the connection until i use generated pac code. They just disconnected the service right away.

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand that you are busy, but maybe it might help if you employed telephone operators who can get things done. I’ve spent all weekend being passed from pillar to post because your system doesn’t send out email reset message as it should, not rocket science, is it?

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no update? Can’t get esim on three...despite being promised yes we support it, the. Oh yeah only a limited trial, call a store... called store. No you can’t have it you don’t live local... I could of visited... to end of year for sure... to we don’t know when! #shouldofleft

    @ThreeUKSupport So 3 days ago I upgraded to a new sim only deal (Black Friday deals are great value this year!), problem is I can’t see anything in the app or my3 to confirm it’s actually worked. Didn’t get email or text conf either. I’m assuming it will take effect on my new allowance date?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have restarted, I have tried with another phone. No internet, no makin calls or receivin, cant even call customer care. I sent a mail yesterday. It is tiring. I was at your office on Saturday, the one close to sainsbury's in Aberdeen and was told I need to talk to customer care
