    @ThreeUKSupport I have waited over 2 months for a device to be repaired and resolved through your insurance supplier with NOTHING being done. Square Trade are the WORST. WHY am I expected to pay for a device that you and your insurance providers cant even be bothered to repair!?

    How lovely of @ThreeUK to give me a late Christmas gift of a £5 a month increase unless I shackle myself to a 24 month contract. You just lost a long term customer and no, I won't be calling customer services to discuss this before you suggest it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that four times and it’s literally like talking to children. Conflicting messages, errors, and no understanding of my request. Lies all the time. I’ve sent images to DM. Will be going to another company because clearly an hour on chat today has achieved nothing!

    @threeuk Bashar at Covent Gdn says three won’t address problems for days and refuse refunds, even when it’s his fault!!
