    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @SMEBanker @Ofcom @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @TWSolicitors I have had little or no service for 14 months and only 2 bill credits! They wont release me from contract unless I return the phone, no no I've mostly paid for that and over a yr of no network the handset is paid imo!
