@ThreeUKSupport No but maybe this information can be relayed to the people taking the calls instead of them telling us it would be delivered that day. Or even a email to explain the issues with @Apple distribution delay of the handsets would solve the grumpy customers ringing or on here

@ThreeUK ordered an upgrade last night, got told on the phone that I would receive confirmation by 8pm no email, I call back today to be told that there is a supply issue with Samsung and it will be 2 weeks!! The person last night clearly knew this and sold me the phone anyway

@ThreeUKSupport Only to find out after the phone had arrived, that I had actually set up and new contract, so now I have x2 three contract, if one wasn’t bad enough, 2 hours on live chat and phone call, they say I shouldn’t have been offered that deal as it’s for new customers
