@ThreeUKSupport once again Crappy Internet on both phones and both routers, check to see if there is a problem in the area. Internet(eventually ) says no problems. Phone three and get fobbed of with there is a problem in your area. So we will be cancelling phones and internet

@ThreeUKSupport hi - my son phoned you yesterday as was unable to make/receive calls and texts. You had blocked his account but gentleman he spoke to said it would be lifted within 24hours. His mobile data is still not working.

Sales call from @ThreeUK offering me a phone deal. I explained (very politely) that as I had been seriously let down by 3 a few years ago, leaving me having to buy a PAYG mobile when heavily pregnant so that I could actually call the hospital because my service at home had 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Yep it's a shame we've Been with three since it's inception and are sad to leave, but customer service has deteriorated, you will be losing Two very loyal customers and four contracts.
