    @ThreeUKSupport I won't bother until I get the bill - half an hour on web chat yesterday to start again at the bottom of the phone support tree today for the same issue, taking well over an hour from start to finish, plus time to find a new contract. I've no patience for a web chat tonight.

    @ThreeUKSupport Good evening, we've just received notification we can now get 5G home broadband. We took out 4G back in April, are we able to straight upgrade our service from one to the other?

    @ThreeUK Hello ! My pay as you go number hasn’t been switched on for two years as I have been abroad. Now it seems to have been taken out of service. Is there any way of getting it reactivated as I would prefer not to have to change my number.

    @ThreeUK Not in CF83 8 you aren't... but thats been the case for over a month... still with no update, expected fix date or even info on what the issue is that is meaning we have no 4g broadband. Infact no contact initiated by Three whatsoever. Had to miss my sons parents evening tonight.

    @ThreeUK I am disgusted with your customer services. I have been trying to get on your App and had to call customer services who inform me that my name isn’t my name even tho I have written correspondence from you!! Cancelling my contract tomorrow!

    @ThreeUK hi, I recently received a Pay As You Go sim and purchased the 12GB Data Pack. I am using this sim in the USA. I would like to call a USA number, when I try to do this it just comes up with a “calling…” message below the number but it never calls. Any ideas? Thanks
