    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I know you're not an instant messaging service, but you are a mobile phone network and you are charging me £5 a day for a service that doesn't work. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect customer service support. To answer your question: no, nothing that uses data works.

    @ThreeUK advised me to do a sim swap and.... Still no reception. Because they've awful network coverage. Not to mention failing to tell someone the phone they're taking out a contract on has almost no memory. Complaint made but fount any good will come.

    @ThreeUKSupport ever since I’ve got my new contract I’ve been on 1 bar of signal, please help it’s driving me up the wall, I’ve turned my phone on and off and it’s even worse. There’s no connectivity issues in my postcode

    Handy tip if you’re in Glasgow on the @ThreeUK @SMARTYMobileUK network…switch your phone to 3G as the 4G signal is terrible
