    @ThreeUKSupport Today. I’ve been told I can buy the phone for £320 & contract ends. Or send it back and contract ends without penalty. They refused to reimburse the £68 a month I’ve paid for over 3mths with no service. They drew this process out longer to take more money from me. I was miss sold

    So, I can’t cancel my contract upgrade. 1500 for early termination fee. Where in fact the new contract started just 5days ago. I still don’t have the device upgrade and told to wait until 2nd week of Nov. Thanks for the ****** service @ThreeUK
