After years with @virginmedia their broadband has become unusable. So when @ThreeUK gets their 5G broadband up to speed, I will be forced to switch to them. I suspect many will do the same with all the current service providers. It can't come soon enough.

@ThreeUKSupport I have raised a complaint already but not heard back. I have spoken to about 10 different people via chat and I am forever passed onto another department. Nobody seems to know what to do. I have had a similar experience via phone call. I really don't know what else to do
