@ThreeUKSupport Think she is a victim of slowed down practices due to Covid. Clearly the account was closed as she was sent returns envelope (after prompting 3 to send as it was taking so long) case no is 9837704999 from conversation

@ThreeUK There is a SIM deal from Three where I can get 5G but I'm with Three now and can't even get a signal at home and down the high street it's very patchy. Will this new deal give me 5G ?

@ThreeUKSupport Understand, but if someone has just moved on a sponsored work visa, I am sure there would be a way go get broadband service given that we are able to rent an apartment in the city?

I’m supposedly with one of the biggest 5G networks in the UK - @ThreeUKSupport - but my phone is essentially a brick whenever I am in a large urban area. I got better signal in the Albanian mountains for crying out loud.

@ajmy @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When I was with them and had issues near work they said the local mast was in a farmers field and he was refusing access to resolve the issue. This was near one of the UK's major airports where people need access for flight updates etc. Diabolical.

@ThreeUKSupport Have done that, but when ever I phone customer services, they have told me they are upgrading the network. That's been for the last two years, with no improvement.

Sent by a third party ie a mobile contract provider with the @ThreeUK network, who apparently really look after their Customers ( i personally did not find that tbh, but in fairness they were ok). So if anyone here in the UK have had problems with Samsung mobile repairs please DM
