    @ThreeUKSupport I've had a contract iPhone XS with you for a few years now. The microphone has all but given up - despite the phone being pristine. I've been told not to go through 3rd party to try and fix as you should be able to cover this under Consumer Act 2015.

    @ThreeUKSupport Scott can you give me direct contact details please. I have 3 complaints outstanding with three. No idea which one you think you’ve resolved or how you can claim to have resolved it without discussing the supposed resolution with me first. Infuriated in the extreme.
