@ThreeUKSupport Think she is a victim of slowed down practices due to Covid. Clearly the account was closed as she was sent returns envelope (after prompting 3 to send as it was taking so long) case no is 9837704999 from conversation

@ThreeUKSupport I logged in via the app providing dob and name etc so is that not the same? previous experience have been positive but felt different as I was not going to be a customer any longer and has reinforced more focus on new than existing customer

@ThreeUKSupport less than 24 hours into a business contract, are you having issues in M50 or is the network always this slow?

  • surprising_jim Not Jim. (@surprising_jim) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I just tried to buy a 5G home hub but was told I'm not allowed because your systems say I don't get a Three 5G signal in my postcode. But the current download speed on my Three 5G phone *when stood inside my house* is 432Mbps! Can you help?

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, Yes it has. As I mentioned before, she has called twice, the last being Thursday last week. We’ve checked this morning and still nothing. As I said before, this isn’t about the money but a system which puts the onus on the customer to ask for their money back.

  • StuartS19054414 Stuart Smith (@StuartS19054414) reported

@ThreeUK Wooo! 0.54Mbps from your "big" network. 🙄 Question, at what point are you going to start providing the product I keep paying you for???

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Iain, I would have thought it would have been possible to issue a statement and then credit the amount back to the original account unless it’s challenged within a suitable period?

  • Ming2017688 Ming (@Ming2017688) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I requested it online, that’s not a good answer for me, even you generated it, I gave up your service on 1 November, I will not use your service, why can’t you just refund my fees?

  • mattjsatkinson Matt Atkinson (@mattjsatkinson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve recently moved house and it says on the signal checker that I should be getting very good indoor 4g signal. I barely get a signal at all. Is there a problem in the area?
