    @ThreeUKSupport Think she is a victim of slowed down practices due to Covid. Clearly the account was closed as she was sent returns envelope (after prompting 3 to send as it was taking so long) case no is 9837704999 from conversation

    @ThreeUK currently having serious issue with your accounts/disconnections team and need to escalate urgently. Could you please tell me how? .... we are in some bizarre loop at the moment and spending a great deal of time on this

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone didnt arrive, called @ThreeUKSupport was told would arrive Thursday, waited another day, still didnt turn up, customer service told me to wait at home for delivery, tried to force another contract, spent 3 hours on the phone. 2/3

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, I have already got a case with 3 but its going around in circles, I just want to cancel my contract with you but I have been trying since Wednesday & everyone is being utterly useless!!!!!! How can I get the answers?????

    @Paula73789202 @ThreeUKSupport I have had the same issue... but they put the wrong address... the phone is now somewhere in the DPD system... they won't revert my contract back until they have the phone ... while I am also paying for a huge fee!!!! Absolutely awful service 😑

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport Your absolutely shambolic excuse for customer service is appalling. You failed to put through an order, twice, hung up on me, closed chats on me and still owe me Β£49 for a handset you never delivered.

    @ThreeUKSupport just received the worse customer service from your staff. Agreed to monthly contract on Monday, received confirmation email with the correct billing and delivery address stating it will be delivered on Wednesday. Money was taken from my account instantly 1/3

    @melisa_kx @ThreeUKSupport They called us... Hubby had chased the phone monday was told no 6th jan, asked them to listen to the calls and they called back today to confirm they had said 6th Dec. Then no offer of any help and the call was disconnected. No one called back. Cancelling all our contracts now
