@ThreeUK the reception/signal in Halifax is terrible. It seems worse when you enter an area with 5g. Been a customer for years but I’ll be leaving if it doesn’t improve

New SIM card last week, phone is only 2 years only, in city centre location and yet somehow I only have 1 bar of signal with @ThreeUK I’m tired of not have any mobile data when I pay for unlimited 🙄

Imagine my absolute shock and horror after checking my bank statement and realising @ThreeUK have been charging me for a cancelled wifi plan! Have never experienced such awful and incompetent customer service😩
