    @ThreeUK currently having serious issue with your accounts/disconnections team and need to escalate urgently. Could you please tell me how? .... we are in some bizarre loop at the moment and spending a great deal of time on this

    @dodj_defur @bearpaw4242 @ThreeUK Next thing to do then, is be absolutly sure your phone is fully networked unlocked. Most of the time they are now, but wouldnt surprise me if some phones are still network locked. If you got it from Carphone warehouse or something, your probably good to go

    Can't believe I've had an issue with my phone number on the Three network since March and nearly a year on @ThreeUK are still refusing to sort it and continue to fob me off. Absolute gold star for customer service there 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Please can I have the contact details to lodge a complaint- we are very distressed by the lack of compassion and continuous mistakes by Three. My daughter now has to wait 3 days until her account is reactivated and a new SIM arrives.

    @ThreeUKSupport hiya! Can you give any kind of update about the network outage in Norwich? I spoke to a tech yesterday who thought it would be a matter of hours but I’m still having issues (and the website says there’s still known problems)
