    @ThreeUKSupport I've already taken part in 4 live chats about this issue. All have resulted in someone telling me the new sim would be activated within 2 hours. This hasn't happened. Its been 4 days since I received the sim. And its still not got my phone number on it.

    @ThreeUKSupport For three days now I have had no service in my home.... postcode PA1. Usually get a text but no! I’ve actually had to go buy a cheap phone with a PAYG sim so I can keep in contact with people... how long is this going on for this time?

    @halllewis20 @ThreeUKSupport 40 minutes ? ahaha I sent all the information those ******* needed to cancel my contract 2 days after i got it. This was on APRIL 2020 its now january 2021 and they still sending debt collectors after me. What a bunch of thieves they are, if you use @ThreeUK ill advise you not to

    @ThreeUKSupport Home broadband (4G). Took out online via chat. When the service works is great but 36 hours on. Your service status site is still reporting a problem. My connectivity is random. Some URL work others don’t

    @ThreeUKSupport 0 signal on 3g or 4g since early yesterday evening in SA8 area. No ETA on a fix - who do I speak to for an update and will I be reimbursed for the 4x phones on my account that are now useless?
