@ThreeUK The signal on Blackpool beach and St Bees beach was virtually non existence so really struggled to use our phones 😡

  • stevelitchfield Steve Litchfield (@stevelitchfield) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s all been fine. The issue is your towers in Aldershot. They’re just terrible in terms of bandwidth. Thought you should know

  • Damian0706 Damian (@Damian0706) reported

@ThreeUK are seriously considering cancelling all our contracts with 3 as a result of this disgraceful customer service & frustrating experience.

  • RedSbrown SB (@RedSbrown) reported

I never have no signal @ThreeUK so what am I paying for

  • FrankMagillxo Frank Magill (@FrankMagillxo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well you didn’t specify that when I first tweeted so how would I of know that. Thankyou for being absolutely no help

  • iambeechamspill beechamspill (@iambeechamspill) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Think you've misunderstood me. Someone is using my number and calling random people with my number and leaving a missed call. They call me back but of course I havent made the call in the first place. I think that 3 should do more to support me. It's becoming a pain now.

  • jamesoll James Ollerenshaw (@jamesoll) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Honestly, it's been a dead zone for years despite a strong signal. Could be network congestion but it is consistently bad so seems to be more than that.

  • stevelitchfield Steve Litchfield (@stevelitchfield) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I should probably know this, but how do I set a network tech on an iPhone?

  • jamesoll James Ollerenshaw (@jamesoll) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, no problems anywhere else. I'm sure it's an issue at Stratford. It's the same for my partner. And I've experienced it using different phones over the years.
