    @ThreeUK Update received a SIM card waited 20 hours for it to activate I’m now going to the store to pick up a new SIM card, I can’t believe this is how the treat their customer I’m a OAP I have been told to walk to the shop to collect the SIM card, disgusting service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK Thanks for just switching off home signal box with no warning. Very bad customer service! So thats 4+ contracts left with no signal. #homesignalbox #threeuk

    1/ 🧵 @ThreeUKSupport are such a gross company Background: my Great Aunt is a bit odd. She won’t pick up her home phone unless you ring 3 times, put the phone down and call her again. This resulted in my family not knowing she had fallen & ended up in hospital 2 years ago

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m a broadband customer who lives in South East London, I’ve had no broadband for over two days and was advised that it should be ok within 24 hours when I contacted your support line, I’ve been given no information on the issue can you advise? Thx Richard
