@ThreeUKSupport How can data be used in the background when it is set to use a different SIM? And also this has never been an issue in the previous 7 months?! I am happy to go through security to find out what the usage was for, but how?! DM? Calling will cost a fortune!

@ThreeUKSupport I am having to use my twitter from work because 3 have suspended my ability to make calls. When I signed up for my new contract it was the first six months half price deal bringing my monthly contract down to £40. 3 have been billing me full price. I am owed £40 approximately!

@ThreeUKSupport I understand this but this isn’t the main issue I’m having it’s the fact that your company is making it impossible for me to even pay off my contract IN FULL & then just got to pay as you go. depending on how quickly this gets resolved it’s quiet possible you’ve lost a customer.
