Been with @EE (Orange) since I was 13/14. Couldn’t offer me the same deal they were giving new customers two years ago so made me change my number when I signed up as a “new”customer. Now they can’t beat a sim only deal so Goodbye #noloyalty hello @ThreeUK
@MeaderLee @ThreeUK And by the way @ThreeUK this problem is persistent for last couple of months. Whenever I check coverage issues it shows me that you engineering team is working. It is really embarrassing when I try to have online meetings.

I asked for a replacement SIM for about 7 days ago. 1st time I was told due to a technical problem it has not been delivered. After many chats on CS, I was sent the new one but it was said the SIM was faulty. I try third time now? What a poor CS @ThreeUK
