    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry Jen, I was raging after a call with your call centre and a process that is so clunky and not customer focussed and 8 have felt that I have been duped, but I have now settled my self and realise it's only me that will be effected by the frustration I have felt.

    @ThreeUKSupport I pay for 4G in my contract, but more n more Im finding myself having to switch to 3G to get any decent speeds, but with 3G, intermittent dropouts are 100% guarantee. Was thinking of paying for home broadband n get a 3 hub, but Im sure this still relies on th network being good.

    @ThreeUK have somehow terminated my contract with them. completely their fault. and their only solution is to send a new sim card. so guess who’s got two thumbs and no service for the next week. 👍🏻✨ this guy ✨👍🏻

    @ThreeUK Hi. Looking at a problem on my man's phone - dialling anyone gets a message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." Can you help please?

    @ThreeUKSupport No problem, it’s 7PE - dunno what you can do short of putting up another mast but it is weird because my phone does apparently “have” 4G and signal here, just no data ever comes through! Been like this here for years

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Guys is the an issue with my area ? Is it a fault or has the network upgrade begun round here ? BT513LJ Always had shocking signal at my house but this week has been awful. Hoping the network upgrade brings me good stuff (if it’s happening)
