    @ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

    @ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

    @ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport two weeks now my mobile has no g4 connection couple nights I stuck in the middle of nowhere couldnt reach internet at home the 5g network is not workintg but you still taken the money from account as for help? twice yesterday indin cut the line why?

    @ThreeUKSupport My new phone has been lost in transit by DPD. Their 'investigation' will take up to 6 working days. Meanwhile, I am paying for a device I do not have. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you must sort this out. I expect a resolution today & an updated bill.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Any chance of an update on the mast you apparently working on in HR4 7QB area? Having constant internet drop outs then very weak signal isn't great especially when it's been for 26hrs!

    @ThreeUK yesterday the support team cut me twice because they couldn't hear me properly however the third time i pretend that I want to pay the bull and guess a miracle happened and they could hear crystal clear now that is first class......stupidity they are not even clever enou

    @ThreeUKSupport Maybe you can help because phone support is a bloody joke. I went to bed last night with 5G, woke up this morning and it's gone, the map has been updated to show it's all gone from the area now. What happened and will it be coming back?

    @ThreeUK Can you please check network coverage for mobile phone signal at postcode AB12 3LE, it has been rubbish for days. Cant get a signal on 4G. Thanks
