    @ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m staying with @VodafoneUK as bad as they are they’re nothing close to 3’s kind of awful! Fortunately I’ll not have the inclination to consider 3 again for a contract provider.

    @ThreeUK Just give us back free EU roaming. Please. Better than all this vacuous marketing. Why does Smarty, using the 3 network, have free EU roaming? No sense.

    @ThreeUKSupport Rang up on the 17 march to cancel a SIM less than 24 hours after taking it out. Been charged and today got told to just pass the Aim on to someone else to pay as they won't cancel it!!

    @ThreeUK Your PAYG #goroam is so rubbish. Not even picking up any signal in Balearic island. Wasted £10 for no use. Never again @ThreeUK
