@ThreeUK Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

@ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

@ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

@ThreeUKSupport No I still have not received a bag, they said the realised the fault as to why I wasn't however still have not received another. It was advised that if I didn't receive a bag I would be issued a refund, this was a week ago, I have no refund, no bag, £300 down 2 days before Xmas

@ladypokingham @ThreeUK The tactic is to get you to go through endless calls and router checks (even though they know that's not the issue) so they can hide the fault from public view. By the time you've spent a couple of weeks on the issue, sometimes it's fixed (6 months ongoing in my case)...

@ThreeUKSupport over 4 hours on live chat today and the only things that came out of that wasted time was I would never recommend 3 to anyone, your complaints and upgrades teams don't know anything about each other and I really want to leave! Shocking!!!
