Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reportedI'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Siya (@siyabuilt) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK bro I had the EXACT same thing happen to me with my Swiss provider, I call em up and they tell me "we don't have you as a customer in the system"

JurateW #FBPE 🇪🇺🇪🇺🔶️💙 (@JurateJW) reported. Is @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the WORST network in the UK? There's no reception in half of London. A complete joke. #MOBILE #complaint

Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport how do you guys even get customers. I’d have better signal with a Nigerian provider
