  • ItsSpeltWithAC ~Marc~ (@ItsSpeltWithAC) reported

@CannyAuldGyruum @O2 I'm having the same issue but on @ThreeUK Have tried reseting all the network settings, restarting the phone, and even taking the SIM out & putting it back in, but nothing seems to work.

  • jamescmoody James Moody (@jamescmoody) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. Was a Three customer originally from Three launch. Switched to O2 to support Apple Watch but thought Three was better. Experience with 5G home broadband would make me question ever going back to Three

  • DannyJohnston80 Danny Johnston (@DannyJohnston80) reported

@ThreeUK what's happening with the WiFi broadband signal?

  • NgangaShiku Wanjiku Ng'ang'a (@NgangaShiku) reported

@thedoctorkhan @SamsungTV @ThreeUK Haven't watched Netflix for some days and it's already paid for. Let's go back to what is working for most of us. Is it a compatibility problem?

  • b14ckwid0w scott ⴵ (@b14ckwid0w) reported

@ThreeUKSupport fck off with ur patronising tone fraser. i did in a second tweet that u were @‘d in and i’ve never had the issue until 2 days ago it’s been completely fine so this isn’t true it’s just ur ****** service LMAO

  • timoggy85 Tim (@timoggy85) reported

@THREEUKSUPPORT I came in store on Friday and had my roaming settings changed by your support team. This isn't active yet. I've tried calling but you're having difficulties. Can someone contact me to confirm my roaming will be active. I'll need it for my work trip to the US Mon

  • AnotherWay82 Michael Etherington (@AnotherWay82) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So what you’re effectively saying is that you’d rather take a gamble on a new customer than keep happy someone who has spent the last 10 years on your top plan? And I am out of contract.

  • gc_hq Glenn Coomber (@gc_hq) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Two months of terrible 5G broadband service, followed by three months of regular hassle for "unpaid" bills. I received a letter from you confirming I owe nothing - it was over! Then I received an email from the debt collection company. You are the worst.

  • CannyAuldGyruum Abe (@CannyAuldGyruum) reported

@ItsSpeltWithAC @ThreeUK Apparantly a number of people are coming in with issues. The guy before us had brought his phone in as his camera had stopped working after the update

  • gc_hq Glenn Coomber (@gc_hq) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I had two months of terrible 5G broadband, followed by three months of almost daily hassle from you. I thought it was over when I received a letter confirming I owe no money. Then received an email from the debt collection company. You are the worst.
