    Love that my wifi is completely down and I can’t even use the 4g I pay for thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport complete incompetence as a network and business. 1 bar of service for 4 months, hours spent on support chat and no resolution 🤪 love that for me

    @ThreeUKSupport I thought @Ofcom requires you to supply my PAC code immediately or within 2 working hrs. I might complain. If it was an identity fraud issue why would your reps try to constantly sign me to a new deal if they didn't believe I was who I say I was?

    @FrenchyInLondon @ThreeUK We get your frustration, Mike. Looking at your postcode we can see there's a fault affecting 4G. We've been working to fix it, but it's taking longer than planned. If you reach out to our Broadband team on 0333 338 1003, we can take a closer look at this -Kirsty

    @ThreeUKSupport Stories it has been shipped out and it’s over 6days now. No one can trace it and yet they refuse to cancel the shipping and give me one in-store. Leaving me stranded

    @ThreeUKSupport Its to do with YOUR network, NOT the placement of the router or if im using a wired or wireless connection. I keep getting disconnects and this is now happening too frequently for the service to be enjoyable.
