@ThreeUKSupport we are experiencing terrible service and have done so for some time now. Calls constantly dropping out and terrible interference on the line. It is becoming intolerable. It’s not just me but at least 2 other three customers in the area.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Suzi, I was contacted about the change in decision today by text, I have not been given any explanation through live chat with support. I’m only being told a refund can’t be offered, and the charge will be taken off next months bill, however I am due to leave Three today.
