@ThreeUKSupport Understood, but that's not my point. Is it a step too far with your customer service to offer me a complimentary charger? I spend more than £1200 a year with you and have done for at least the last 15 years. Is my continued custom not worth £25?

@Preece_Kelly @lloyds_direct That really sucks. @ThreeUK had service issues a week or so ago that meant I wasn’t able to receive a telephone appointment from my GP days after being discharged from hospital after giving birth. I complained to the company and they didn’t care. It was awful.

@implausibleblog @KayBurley @ThreeUK Da. Good service. Vodafone, Orange and Telekom are slightly more at about €5 to €6 (prepay, not sure of their contract pricings) a month but still a lot cheaper than UK prices. Digi is contract price.

@ThreeUK Really disappointed to learn that you are reintroducing roaming charges. One of the biggest perks of your network has been "roaming" for a long time. It was the reason I joined your network! Times change, I guess.

@ThreeUK Hey, Three Social Media Manager who maintains this account. I know it’s not your fault this company has reneged on its word about roaming charges; it’ll be some big boss. If they lie to customers, I dread to think how badly they treat you as someone they pay. Must be dispiriting.
