@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried to cancel my mobile broadband with you 4 times. The last call I had with your company ended with me being assured it was cancelled and I would receive no more bills but I’ve received another today. Please sort this out, I’m not paying any more bills.

@DenisGrant13 @ThreeUK What I know about contracts is that the club can terminate if there is a breach of contract but in this case I dont see any breach from both sides we terminate I believe there penalties n compensations

@lawson_jeremy @ThreeUKSupport They pulled the same thing with me added £21 cost to my plan and removed roaming guy on the phone was rude as well despite being all the unlimited advance plan just a excuse to charge for roaming

@ThreeUK is a bag of ****, I signed up for a pay as you go SIM ONLY deal because I didn’t need a new phone at the time and now I want to upgrade and get a new phone they’re trying to charge me £100 odd for wanting to cancel and get a phone when it’s SIM ONLY 🤯🤯
