    @ThreeUKSupport my carer bought an I phone 16 pro bundle with insurance . The ear buds 11 days over 1 year have stopped working. How can they not be covered by the insurance???? She is so upset and spent money on petrol/parking to go to I store - let alone childcare AWFUL service

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you fix the signal issue at M1 3NR, I've been unable to get access to the @ThreeUK+ app with it trying to send a text message when I did manage to use a WiFi. It occurs on both phones that work in other areas, has been lack of signal for months now.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Imagine failing to process an order, & advising we have to cancel it, then telling the customer they have to wait 28 days for a refund. Your system error meant you had to cancel my order and not me. Absolute disgrace, someone contact me to fix this issue.

    Wouldn't recommend @ThreeUK had an email and a text to say "upgrade today" then got told my order was cancelled and I can't upgrade, poor service, will definitely go elsewhere in the future... Poor company and communication

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @Ofcom My mobile data performance has seen a HUGE degradation since ur merger. Zero access in two locations where service was previously excellent. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A MERGER IF YOU PROVIDE A SHITTIER SERVICE? SE Asian countries do it right. Copy them!
