@ThreeUKSupport I did speak to you directly yesterday but was put through to people that could not understand me, they also put the phone down on me twice, over an hour of my time for nothing, I’ve contacted Chitter Chatter they have taken the issue up with there accounts

can you believe I've been trying to get hold of someone at @ThreeUK since 10am, I finally get transferred to someone who can help, and they've put me on hold for nearly an hour, and their customer help line closes in 45 minutes. What a joke.

@ThreeUK's website is terrible. Won't log me in with the password that I know is correct, locks my account, I then reset the password, website throws up an error, try logging in with new password, says incorrect and relocks my account. Tried 3 times to reset it now!

@ThreeUKSupport upgraded from an iPhone x to samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g and the battery lasts nowhere near as long. Please Respond customer service team was rude.
