Another evening of unusable internet in EH6. Trying to work from home but cannot get a stable connection to talk to anyone. Happens once a week it seems just now @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Refuses to connect to 4g. Stuck on H+ and 1meg up/down.

@ThreeUK I’ve had the new 4g hub fir a week now. Signal strength varies hugely from 2mps up to a max of 23mps. Supposed to be in a location with good signal and the device is on the top floor of a 3 storey building with large velux windows. Ideas for better and consistant signal?

It's very unfair Im paying my phone bill after I've had appalling signal all week. @ThreeUKSupport it's been at least two weeks of bad signal you guys need to nice all your customers or we're going else where
