@ThreeUKSupport I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER I JUST PLACED AS I DIDN'T SEE UNTIL THE EMAIL THAT IT'S DOUBLE THE PRICE I WANTED AFTER THE FIRST 6 MONTHS. PLEASE CANCEL IT OR I'LL BE IN DEBT!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Been on "emergency calls only" since yesterday. Tried all the troubleshooting (reseating SIM, aeroplane mode, resetting network settings etc.) but no luck. Website only gives phone number to ring for network problems, no live chat, can't ring because network down.

@ThreeUKSupport Not yet - need to test everything first. Has the work been completed? The problems continued until at least 2300 yesterday. And why was no notice given? We couldn’t do any work with the disruption, as the signal was too unstable.

@ThreeUK so I've managed to get some support from all my providers but three "live chat" says "no way" and puts me onto their sales team to try and sell me an additional contract, great stuff!! Been with Three for many years, but when my contracts up I'm going elsewhere

@ThreeUKSupport 4G is so unreliable, especially in the evenings, that I can't even have video calls. It's either too slow or drops out completely. I'm supposed to have unlimited data As a solo parent, it's really boring & lonely to not be able to call friends or watch videos.

@ThreeUKSupport I keep getting calls on my landline from you, neither myself or partner have a 3 contract. Googled the number and it appears to be a genuine call. Can’t contact you via online chat as don’t have an account can someone help?
