@OmbudServices I was told by your team via email 2 days ago that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport would contact me to resolve an issue, they had admitted not treating me appropriately. Today I received debt collectors letter with no contact from 3. #threeuk #disgusting #proofofdelivery
