Left @ThreeUK at the start of the year as signal was always poor, moved to @SkyUK and it’s jus as shockingly bad 😢 what mobile providers out there actually work 🤔

I would strongly urge any of you on the @ThreeUK network to seriously consider moving to someone else – the way my account was accessed by a criminal, and not investigated properly – is, quite frankly, terrible service, and in many circumstances downright dangerous.

@Js_prit_1 @ThreeUKSupport I agree I have face recognition but they stupidly want to send a code utterly stupid.

@ThreeUKSupport Maybe Jade, maybe. I’ve communicated how bad and unbearable my service is and I wanted to migrate elsewhere, because as a consumer, I cannot continue to pay for a service that I’m not receiving. However, three insist on charging me if I leave before the contract ends.

@ThreeUK I can't imagine a worse business experience than w Three. I tried many times to cancel a SIM that I used once to livestream an event for a kids hospital. I gave up, paying many months for nothing. When I stopped my direct debit thru my bank they sent the debt collectors

Lots and lots of SSL errors via my @ThreeUK mobile tethering tonight, which is rather annoying when trying to browse the web. Shame that my home broadband order was screwed up by EE so that two weeks after moving, I'm still stuck on 3G tethering...

@ThreeUK I see you are sponsoring @LatitudeFest this year. I am on Three and last year there was no signal at all! It was impossible to use the Latitude app or meet up with friends/family & ruined festival for me. Really hope your sponsorship means I will have service this year!
