    @ThreeUKSupport hey I used to get full 5G in my area but now I can’t connect to it. The phone customer support says it’s not in my area but there’s a 5G tower up the street. I literally only updated and bought this phone for the 5G now it’s gone

    @ThreeUK Three used to be brilliant. Now it has the worst customer service ever. They keep on billing you after you terminate your contract. They are a sham.

    @ThreeUK finally had a response to my complaint from early February, you tried to contact me 🤔 & to call you on 333 if I'd like to pursue the complaint. Yes I would but when I call 333 you don't recognise 4 for anything else & to try again later! Please advise

    @ThreeUKSupport I have paid my bill but three are saying I haven't. They have suspended my service but barclays confirm the payment was successful. I have screenshots showing the payment. I am mentally ill and this is causing me a great deal of anxiety and anger. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport I left my contract because I had no service in my area due to a long-term issue and moved to another network so can’t ring 333. I was told I could leave free of charge because of this which I have screenshots of and I’ve now received a bill in the post?!
