@ThreeUKSupport I have 5G home broadband but there are network issues. How long until those in the Enfield area are fixed? Having to come off wifi to watch videos in my own library on my iPhone is a bit ridiculous. I’m a new customer so wondering whether it’s even worth staying!

@deanolium @ThreeUKSupport To be fair, I've just finished my second webchat. We got disconnected again, but actually had a useful conversation about the issue. It isn't resolved (looking at you 3 Legal team whilst shaking my head), but the advisor was really helpful. So that's something!

@ThreeUK I’ve just been out in the jungle in Thailand & on boats in the ocean & still had perfect 5G coverage on AIS. Yet it amazes me that I barely get a 3G network & only 4G (also barely) in Notts city centre. Do I need to find a new provider as your coverage is dire!?

@ThreeUKSupport Hey! My SIMs just gone bust, it’s not recognised on my phone (others are). It’s critically important that my number is functioning, I know I can order a replacement, but I’m wondering if you could instead help me switch to an eSIM to get me back immediately?
