@ThreeUKSupport Now stuck in a queue. Trying to get support for my boss. He's having problems dialling UK number from US. He has Go Roam switched on so his phone should be acting as if it is in the UK. The error message he is getting is saying the service is restricted or unavailable

@ThreeUKSupport Rang up on the 17 march to cancel a SIM less than 24 hours after taking it out. Been charged and today got told to just pass the Aim on to someone else to pay as they won't cancel it!!

@ThreeUKSupport how do I discuss cancel my SIM only contract with you before the end of the minimum term? Your 4G and 5G services just do not work anywhere useful in Southampton!
