    love how @ThreeUK is bringing 5G out but I can’t even get a bar of signal in my house

    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was looking at the website. OK, I finally found it. I’ve been having these problems for months, in the UK and abroad. I’ve got rid of a perfectly good, very expensive, iPhone to try and resolve them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there problems with signal reception and 4/5G networks in London? It cuts me from calls, some messages won’t send and just sporadic 4 & 5G coverage.

    @ThreeUK I have continual issues with calls dropping out. Every day, several times a day. Leaving ee has been bad for my business. All 3 phones have the same problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I spoke with Multiple people from morning 9 to 6 in the evening yesterday. One lied they have already sent it. One made wait 1 hours on hold. One applied a fresh application and now expects me to wait more 72 hours.Three Network is worst for Range issues & Poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've tried chat. 45 mins of them typing the word sorry over & over. Waste of my time. What's the point of a direct debit date if you don't keep to it!what's the point of the app if none of the info in it is accurate? Customer of 10 years and the last 8 weeks has been dire.

    @ThreeUKSupport Problems with mobiles and landlines. It seems completely random. Sometimes problems start during the call; sometimes right from the start; both calling and receiving. Can’t see memorable word on my3 either
