    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK 'Looking into it' ?! This is 3 times since I took out the contract. Add to that the hundreds of dropped calls and bad signal. I'll be cancelling at the earliest opportunity and complaining to ofcom.

    @ThreeUK will you be compensating for loss of service from yesterdays occurance, i habe tried live chat and all your operators seem to be really busy also contacted your advisors by phone they have not given a proper answer

    @ThreeUK This is happening virtually every month. You soon contact for your money though! I've never asked for compensation but this time I will. Disgraceful that you don't even remotely lie that you're sorry we have no network. Time for change.

    @sergestott @ThreeUKSupport Yea I agree , they are trying to use the AI Agents to much that they didnt take time to train them before. The AI asks me for the code they sent to my phone knowing that I dont have signal..
