@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport happening every where I go. Everytime I call someone it looses signal or they say I'm breaking up. I can never have a long conversation it's been going on since I took out the SIM plan. If we can't resolve the issue is there a way to cancel my account without paying early fee

Do you not have voicemail list, tap and play option available for your network? How do i access voicemails without having to listen to 30 mails before the recent one please lol @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK finally after 50 minutes I got to speak to one of your staff, then another 10 mins to the next oh and then another 20 mins to the next staff member who knocked £5 off my bill! so glad u have £30 a month from me for zero service!

@ThreeUKSupport - what's going on in HG5 8? Used to get a H+ signal indoors in my office, for the last 2 weeks I don't get any signal at all. Have to leave the area to pick up a 3 signal again
