  @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

  @ThreeUK What a shambles! I'm stuck in the USA with a SIM that has been suspended. It's been a week now - so much for adding a data pack to be sure of roaming coverage for my holiday! So many broken promises, 24 hours, 48 hours... a whole week later and still no further forward!

  @ThreeUKSupport oh dear your customer service is useless now on my third call the last two lasted over a hour no further forward than when I started last Friday. It’s a shocking service.

  Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?
