@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Appalling customer service by @ThreeUK, following deceitful practice over ending roaming for longstanding customers, ended in my getting out of contract 7 months early without charge. This is do-able. They make it hard via an avalanche of 'sludge' or incompetence. But do-able.

@ThreeUK please avoid this shambles of a company, customer services lie. They have billed me for a device I sent back after 2days now been refused credit due to failed payments. Absolutely appalling.

@ThreeUKSupport Neither, it was online. I even logged into my 3 app to check. I appreciate the ‘no usage’ issue, but if it was still active with the network, and only disconnected today, surely it can be reactivated? I work in telecoms so I know it’s possible. Numbers don’t get deleted.

Anybody know how to get presale ticket codes with @ThreeUK?? I'm going round in circles with the three+ app and usless options on the ivr system. I've been a customer for over 15 years and the one time I want to use a perk it's impossible #disappointing #iwannaseelukecombs
