@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport I requested a number change. I’m gonna need this sorted today if it cannot be sorted before the end of the day I’ll have to leave the network. 4 days stuck with a number that doesn’t work on a contract that I’m paying for just doesn’t sit right with me. This isn’t worth my money.

@ThreeUK @Google @madebygoogle Can you confirm when maintenance work will be completed in my area SE12. We have been without adequate internet connection since Monday evening. I work from home, unfortunately have had to miss meetings due to this. This is really poor, 5 days without internet is unacceptable

@ThreeUKSupport Because they’ve changed my payment date rather than my direct debit date and can’t do anything for ANOTHER 30 days! They’ve messed it up 5 times now trying to resolve it. Specifically asked for my DD to be changed. Disgusting service to be honest. Ref: 32137599

@andyroocraig My only recommendation is don’t go with @ThreeUK! Barely ever have any signal anywhere. My work phone with EE always has signal!
