@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Our package has now completely gone missing once it was dropped into the local Fedex office (because they wouldn't come out to collect it) so it's been stolen by @FedEx with extremely important business documents in it, & they couldn't care less. Grim..

Can I strongly suggest no one decides to try @ThreeUK network. Signed up, signal was terrible at work so returned and now waiting over a month for refund despite several attempts to resolve @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK is the worst possible phone company I’ve ever came across. In September my bill was to be £0 for the issues I had in august and they charged me full price. YET AGAIN they have taken the full £56 out of my account today, I am actually so sick of #threeuk you’re a disgrace
