@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport This morning I had intermittent internet connection to my 3 mobileBroadband router. Now I have none at all. Rebooting the router no longer fixes it. 3 Support says there's random issue with random users, including me :( Where can I see status of this issue?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I'm N5 and not getting 5G internet. Checked the local network and it appears to be all up but when checking the modem it times out when checking for software updates. Are there any issues in N5 right now?

@ThreeUKSupport are you aware of any dns issues you're having today? Been having issues on 5G broadband since 11:30am, replacing auto dns with 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 works to a degree but it's still not great.
