    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    Thinking of taking out an @ThreeUK mobile contract today? Think again! I’m sorry to say this customer who never had a complaint with #threeUK has come to realise their customer care is rubbish and through their incompetence not closing my account when requested has put me in debt

    @ThreeUKSupport Everywhere I went in south/west London- Soho, Wayfair, Hyde Park Full bars, no service King's Cross was fine

    @ThreeUKSupport I received word but zero help again, no access apparently to what is being checked (or not) and again asking if I have been abroad for 2 consecutive months, sure I have now, but I wasn't day 1, 2, 3, 4. I have requested compensation. This is not the service Three advertise.

    @ThreeUKSupport coverage has sucked in the Surrey/Kingston area for the last week. Constantly toggling airplane mode on and off to reconnect. Never get 5G anymore. Have carrier settings set to “automatic”

    @ThreeUKSupport I was travelling in London. The connection has been consistently poor. Now heading back home. But a 4g signal should never be that slow.
