@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry that wasn’t clear - the agent on the phone is refusing to acknowledge that I returned the phone last week to Fonehouse and well within the 14 days, despite assurances by you and customer services this morning that this would be resolved. Can you please help?

@ThreeUKSupport been with 3 over 10 years have had no network at all since approx 14:45 today, phoned customer services 1.5 hrs later no service to my mobile still and horrendously no help I need an email address to contact. Need my network bk not excuses

@ChloeWD38 @O2 @ThreeUK Have letters from them saying the fraud team who have tried to contact me. Total lies as no one has called and each time I contact them I fail the security questions because I never set an account up in the first place. Now I just get asked to DM them, but still nothing.

I've been with @ThreeUK for 10+ years. I swear the service is getting unusable now but they keep hiking the prices.
