@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is fine. I'm on Smarty so I know the signal I get is good and I've run a speed test on the 4G signal. Just want to try it in the home with the router. But I can't see how to order it on the website! Just sends me through that loop all the time :(

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry Three I’ve been here before with still no satisfaction. Three are saying it isn’t my correct address so I get locked out then I don’t know my password but I have my number and I pay my bill so you tell me the solution.

Hi @ThreeUK 👋🏼 New customer for a week now and I’m still waiting for my number to be transferred to my new phone. Had a text two days ago to say it’ll be done that night, still hasn’t. I’m missing vital texts as a key worker, this needs sorting ASAP.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been a Three customer for roughly 16-17 years in total, when combining back home and here in UK. But once I have received all my money back, I am switching provider. You hands down have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

impossible to login or reset password on @ThreeUK website or app, multiple devices, including a phone that is quite happily authenticated to their network. I only wanted to update my postal address. Seems like the easiest way to do that in 2021 is to switch provider🙃

@ThreeUKSupport It's a monthly contract, I have several contracts as well as my whole family being with three. It's a Samsung note 10 plus, it's happening at home, even when we are connected to WiFi their is no signal or WiFi calling.

@ThreeUKSupport And three are saying my address does not match up either and I have given them all my address and they are still saying it doesn’t match up. HELP ME PLEASE
