@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport My husband is on Three also. 1 of the other numbers is o2. I'm not sure on which network the others are with. We have been with yourselves for 8 years.

@ThreeUK shocking network! You owe me a month bill I got in writing yet I keep getting calls of you saying owe me nothing this happened on two occasions 5th March and Today! Shocking way treat customers just do one! Got in writing anyway! For stress and inconvenience forget it!!
