@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

ugh @ThreeUKSupport is genuinely the worst internet i've ever used. disconnects every several minutes and have to manually restart it, done that around 10 times in the last two hours??? why am i paying for this

@ThreeUKSupport wanted to vote on Eurovision. Says I have reached my credit limit. I'm on a unlimited plan with no spending limits or caps outside of my allowance (except the £10 one I just added to try fix). Is there an incorrect setting on my account?

@ThreeUKSupport It's been disabled but it's bloatware and I will not be able to fully remove it without rooting my phone 😑 There are some apps that I have never seen in my life that were downloaded so you should probably notify your cyber security division as this is a big vulnerability

@ThreeUK I’ve been billed and charged for a service that never worked and after cancelling the contract plus multiple calls with the technical service. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional!
