    love how @ThreeUK is bringing 5G out but I can’t even get a bar of signal in my house

    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    Well, that's just great. Looks like @ThreeUK is still down and because of @bt_uk failing to get my landline working (still waiting after six weeks), I literally have no way of talking to anyone. 😡

    @ThreeUK Reacharged for £20 pounds on 9th Jan and unae to use data or call anyone since last night as it shows 0 Balance. Max usage was 600MB. Unae to reach thd customer care please help

    @ThreeUKSupport amazing 24 hours after an outage of texts etc I get this problem. your tech team tell me its been fixed and a network reset will sort that out well guess what nope not a chance. Overseas call centres again do not have a clue

    Also I have just moved house (when I viewed the house was on different network) & signal with @ThreeUK is 3G/barely 4G despite your network coverage map showing very good 4G. No point having unlimited data to attend lectures & for husband working from home if I can’t use it! 2/2
