@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport surely the cra gives me the legal movement to break free of contract¿ yes it is a 24 month contract but ive had no problem of using CRA befefore and i was told i could return sim i didn’t inquire ahout the tablet

@Ofcom @ThreeUK Thanks, will do. Sick of them charging me and getting no signal at all. Their resolution was "you can just cancel if you want" instead of fixing the mast issue.
