@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Wow @ThreeUK - changing your Go Roam policy to cancel users stuck in other countries during a pandemic? Not a good look. I got an extension for two months but looks like I'll have to go elsewhere in the future after years of being a loyal customer

@ThreeUKSupport Having issues buying an add on for my sim using 444, I go to enter my card then a voice appears saying to talk to an adviser about an offer I say no and it says my account doesn't exist and cuts the call off, no one is returning my emails about it.
