@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did and the complaint team said that the maximum they could refund was 3 months even though I've not used it for 10 months.

@ThreeUK inwas going to upgrade but seems as you give new customers better deals than existing you can forget that. 8 years with three and still less valuable than clients who have never spent one Penny with the company. I'm gone
