    @gemscottRVN @ThreeUK It shows you it in the app, once you click on the reward, the code is there, then there lower down is the link to get the tickets. You have to click copy to clipboard on the code though

    @AnnieW8944 @ThreeUKSupport The link to click is on the app same place you access the code, just need to scroll down. But no where did it tell you this beforehand and our app kept crashing so couldn’t see it!

    @ThreeUKSupport Well this is shocking. Think iys time to leave 3 after 15 years now. Always poor issues and customer service

    @ThreeUK Fail to prepare ... Prepare to fail .. you knew it was coming and had zero mitigations in place .. a bit like the 5g roll out you either have amazing signal or none there is never an in-between threeuk because you'll never be 2nd or 1st

    @O2 Don’t know why we thought this would work!! Struggle with signal everyday !! Might have to pay £800 for 1 ticket!!! Least @ThreeUK presale worked !!!!
