@ThreeUKSupport Is there an issue with your staff at the moment ? Used online chat to find out when a specific model would be available First reply via email was "why am I receiving this " Second was a brief, bored "dont now we haven't been updated yet " Sort it out !

There no surprise that @ThreeUK has been voted the uk worst network coverage it’s true fact

@ThreeUKSupport I've absolutely had it with the lack of service now. Before a month ago, I used to get 2 bars of 5G for 50Mbps. Now, the same 2 bars give me less than 1Mbps. 4G has always been poor, with less than 1Mbps speeds. It's unbearable! Why should I pay for a non-service?

@ThreeUKSupport I chatted on Thursday. Was told it would be back very soon and to raise a complaint, but what's the point? A complaint won't get me back online. I'm WFH and have now used 4 days annual leave because of this. Its not good enough.

@rfc1970 @ThreeUK My contract is up in 6 months, can’t wait to leave , they are garbage.

@ThreeUKSupport 3 are a waste of time and space. Over 10 years loyalty and 4 contracts and they treat customers with utter contempt. Wasting 4 days leave means I now spend 4 days less with my kids in the summer. Thanks for that 3, very much appreciated.

@ThreeUKSupport There is an issue on the javascript for the enter button on the 2fa page.

  • Olly97531

@ThreeUKSupport I need to know how much longer as I must tell my boss. If this goes on much longer, I am going to get sacked. The reduced service you have provided (when it works at all) is less than 1mbs. It takes ages just to send an email and Zoom/Teams is impossible.

@ThreeUK can you help a sister out? We went in store and got a monthly mobile broadband hub and it’s still not activated and they can’t find our account when I call. We desperately need it up and running ASAP. Waited 24 hr. Still nothing

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Ofcom it looks like during the process of purchasing a new contract I was given incorrect information about transferring a number. The information was not in line with OFCOM regulations. Live chat is just trying to upsell instead of help.
