@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

I didn’t get the emergency alert @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport (and yes, my phone is set to receive notifications) - what gives? Do I need to switch to a different network to get these?
