@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK the broadband is a pile of rubbish. Tech support useless. Want to charge us over £300 to cancel when the service is atrocious! I’m telling everyone to avoid 3!!!!

@Veloperaptor @ThreeUK Oh, they tried to sell me a new contract recently that was way cheaper than my current one, for being such a good customer. We’d practically got to checkout stage before they adequately explained that this would be for an *additional phone*.
