@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK your customer service is one of the worst out there. I’ve been a client for years and suddenly my plan got changed which means I’m no longer eligible for free Go Roam after May. What a scam! Changing plans so people can’t use Go Roam anymore

sorry but @ThreeUK has the worst network coverage ever i’m always resetting my network bc i’m not sure the data is really even working. pls does anybody have any alternatives/suggestions
