@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK This is the third time in as many months, it’s bad enough you claim 99% national coverage when your internet is so slow. Some people need to make calls, i had to find and use a phone box at 8am. Do you know how hard that is?
