@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@NatWest_Help & @ThreeUK can either of you please. Why are both of your call centres not open 24 hours? My sister has a huwaii phone and the screen is broken and unable to use, she doubles it up as a work phone. Can you please help as it will not work!!

@ThreeUKSupport Hey! Don’t suppose you can see if there’s an update on the 4G/5G issue in SE1? Guy on phone yesterday said there’s a fault nearby, however website says everything is fine. Meanwhile 24hrs later still no 4G/5G here (on all our phones, and home broadband). Thanks!
