    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUKSupport Last time i contacted them they wrote off the £39 charge and said I owed nothing. Meanwhile customer services are calling me every other day saying I owe money. Now customer services are sending me 2 completely opposite letters. In summary, I dont entirely trust customer services

    @ThreeUK genuinely the worst Internet provider out there, DO NOT USE. No Internet for three weeks, refuse to say when it will be fixed, nominal amount off the bill (considering travelling to work costs and mobile data we are using) refuse to drop cancellation fee. Disgrace.

    @ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK Your service has been horrific this week at my home address Its been a catastrophe trying to use your service while trying to work from home, I definitely cannot go another week with no service. Please see attachment

    How I look forward to my annual tussle with @ThreeUK 's customer services in India to retain my low cost phone contract. Pitting South Asians against one another in the bargaining stakes is a risky move some would say, but I enjoy sharpening my charm skills. £8 a month it is.

    @ThreeUK I feel so let down by #3Mobile if I'd known that after 8 years with #02 I was getting a New Tablet FREE for your Loyal Service I'd be off what you get for 10+ yrs with #3Mobile nothing not even help with your Brand New Mobile

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s utterly disgusting regardless I have paid for a service you haven’t provided. You’ve taken a final bill and extra funds for you’re scamming company. Scary thing is you tried to invalidate my complaint so I dread to think how many vulnerable people you have ripped off.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was sim only but has been converted to payg to enable a transfer to the new contract. Waiting for Customer Services to do it but painfully slow and keep being told different things by them.

    @ThreeUK ok so I evidently owe 3 £16 D/D is still active yet u never told be about the £16 that u cud of just taken via the d/d. Nope no notification from u just a debt collector letter what a joke
