@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK Get some staff who speak english. Never found cancelling an account so hard in my life. They basically make it impossible, PAC codes dont work. Do not join Three.

@ThreeUKSupport Do you mean your SIMS won't work on older phones? What if I had a Nokia 3210 just for calls? Would that be possible on Three? I tried search networks but the signal is too weak indoors. I'll try again outdoors later.

Has anyone managed to leave @ThreeUK ?? I sent a PAC code, got told to call, was on the phone for over half an hour with a women who didnt speak english and wouldnt transfer me to a manager. Tried the instant chat and cant remember a memorable. Terrible #customerservice

@ThreeUKSupport But I cant login to my 3 account, see my first tweet and screenshot which shows a troubleshoot page every time I try resetting my password. You make it impossible to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport I'd love to have a usable connection in the evenings but always below 2Mbps. Can you please actually help me instead of asking me to check for any problems in my area. It's says their is no issues but obviously their is with congestion
