@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Since joining @ThreeUK it's honestly been the worst contract I ever gotten into. Constant outstage on network, never any proper explantion on the phone. Always 💯 poor speeds. I'm so disappointed. Never again

Got another letter from a debt collection agency saying I now owe £780.77… why ??? Where did you get that number from? Why are you still harassing me? You gave my number away, wouldn’t fix it for over a year… why do I now owe you even more???!! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport It’s IV31 6SD, iphone XR. So far it’s taken three refreshes of twitter just to send this reply. The entirety of any signal above 3G is diabolical and it always seems to occur here too.
