@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@kerryjveitch @ThreeUK Same! Try @Honest_Mobile_ - they use O2 network and have EU roaming included (outside of EU is expensive though!)

@virginmedia It is regarding the extortionate amount you have been charging me for my broadband and I can get the deal better over @ThreeUK with one of their 5G hubs. I don't want to move considering I've been with you for over 15-18 years but your prices and horrible service is a major issue

@ThreeUKSupport No because this is been happening more than a month, when ever you get in contact with customer services, they put you on hold for 2 hrs and then hang up, how do you expect me to fix this i've had enogh..

Apparently @threeUK are now charging £5 PER DAY roaming fees if I travel outside Europe. Been a loyal customer for 10 years+ & will definitely not be renewing when the time comes. £35 for a week away when it was included in my contract before? No thanks, I’ll be looking elsewhere

@ThreeUKSupport Webchat told me that there is a problem in the area, (which I knew), told me to ring the broadband support team. They told me to reset my router, then said there is a problem in the area but couldn't tell me any more. If you know there is a problem why can't you get more detail?
