love how @ThreeUK is bringing 5G out but I can’t even get a bar of signal in my house

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok I’ll try but not sure what alternative soloution they can provide. If a manager in a complaints department can’t help not sure a chat room will but I’ll give that a go

@ThreeUKSupport I've spent over 10 hours on the phone to incompetent liars on 333 and a good few to the online chat over the last 4 weeks. I've also taken 2 days off for a phone that's never been delivered and waited on call backs that have never happened. Is that not perseverance?

@ThreeUK I am due for a refund as you've failed to provide sufficient network services on multiple occasions.

@ThreeUKSupport I provided the proofs, then the next email after that asked for some security info, then the next reply after that was asking what I needed help with it’s been going around in circles for months!

@ThreeUKSupport I'll try those, thanks. However, they are work arounds! Surely your systems should allow each account to be accessed based on the login credentials? When I didn't have 4G BB with you I could manage our accounts that way. Seems like a loss of function.
