    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have always been told to never give out my password, so I’m perplexed why you are the only company I have ever dealt with that would require my account PASSWORD? I am being over charged my new upgrade but will speak to someone in store when I can as I am getting nowhere.

    My 76 year old Nan has been a victim of fraud in November - numerous phone calls telling us it will be sorted, @ThreeUK have now threatened her through a debt collection company. Customer relations constantly lying. Putting a vulnerable person under undue stress during a pandemic

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn't check my balance before making calls so I'm not sure about that & I never know how much data I'm using so can't tell about the data charges. The same happened to my husband also regarding over charging for texts. We texted 70007 & 78866 and we're charged 10p for each.
