@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Note, my wife’s account, which never used the roaming data so didn’t get flagged up and blocked, is still going fine after the same time.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. Seems absurd but ok. This combined with the loss of feel at home for future (short term) trips will mean a reassessment of which service I use. Not sure if it’s common practice across the board, but I’ll be investigating. 😔

@ThreeUK Data is extremely slow and at times unresponsive in the Tilehurst, Reading area at the moment

@ThreeUKSupport It’s an older one. I got messages saying that only 2 months of roaming was allowed, but I assumed that was to do with the “feel at home” allowances, which I figured was fair, not that all service would be disconnected. I don’t think anything said to contact you if away longer.

its 2022 and im having to constantly use @ThreeUK 3g network because its 4g network is absolutely ******* DOGSHIT! No wonder you are losing customers year on year! @EE for me when the new galaxy comes out! Hallelujah!

@ThreeUKSupport At the point of cancelling my contract, very week reception, can't even make a call 😑, tried to ask for help but as you know their advice after long wait and questions will be the same, restart your phone. So not a good experience

@ThreeUK When are you going to fix the issues at coelbren. Thats nothing to do with weather been 6 weeks. Shocking service
-
Colin Burn-Murdoch
(@colinbm) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I’ll happily make a payment for service.

@ThreeUK is the network down again? Unable to make calls from my handset

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t see it but I’m sure I did. Like I said I assumed that was in relation to the extra benefits provided through “feel at home” rather than basic service.
