    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUKSupport my WiFi router has never arrived so I want to cancel the contract - no one on live chat can sort this out and I have been on hold for 45mins !!

    @halllewis20 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Yeah they are horrble, already advised all my family and friends to not use any of their products and they listened. I recomend vodafone or sky, never had a problem and i used to travel a lot and i get data and minutes/texts and never had problems. My close friends with sky 2

    @ThreeUKSupport Yet again I was told my issues were fixed but now I find that neither my new sim or old sim fails to work. I can no longer access my three account or make texts or calls. Please assist

    @threeuk here we go again three. Very poor signal in my area since 8:17 am. I cannot make call nor browse the net. Had issue yesterday and having issue today. Its been like a ritual for three. Worst network in uk

    @ThreeUK I get there's a storm. But no internet and a super-fast US voice phone recording saying we can't help does not reassure.

    @ThreeUKSupport Home broadband (4G). Took out online via chat. When the service works is great but 36 hours on. Your service status site is still reporting a problem. My connectivity is random. Some URL work others don’t

    @ThreeUKSupport You have failed to provide any service that works in relation to my problem and now its effecting my and my loved ones mental well being during this very difficult time as I can't contact some of my older relatives! I'm going to complain to ofcom and the citizens advice bureau!

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn’t realise I’ve been in a 24m contract and I assumed it was for 12m it’s a sim only deal will I be charged if I wanted to cancel? It’s been a year that’s how I managed to notice it. As I thought I was due an upgrade.
