  • ItsKingSloth King Sloth (@ItsKingSloth) reported from Lossiemouth, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

  • realspookygym Theødøre Apøllø (@realspookygym) reported from Elgin, Scotland

love how @ThreeUK is bringing 5G out but I can’t even get a bar of signal in my house

@ThreeUKSupport is the wifi on the tube not working anymore?

  • A138967 Mark (@A138967) reported

Congratulations to @ThreeUK for having the worst website in the entire world. Just trying to pay my bill, fill in all my bank details and as I press confirm it just logs me out of the system. Congratulations, roll on my new contract with @VodafoneUK

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK I work in radio. In general terms the higher the frequency (1gig, 2.4g, 3g, LTE, 4g, 5g) what you gain in data you lose in range. Worse, you'll often suffer more absorption issues (buildings, high density materials, even people) impacting signal quality.

  • AbbiJKW Abbi Kitsune (@AbbiJKW) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I wish I could remember, I'm terrible with names. I often get a survey but didn't this time 9:33am BST a/c ref 9848555554 if it helps

  • pentakroww PENTAKROWW (@pentakroww) reported

Networks been days for a week now wtf is going on @ThreeUK

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK So poor range, worsening penetration, more infrastructure, less node points, higher traffic, oh and did i mention interference from every wi-fi in the country, a completely deregulated sector of licencing. Welcome to modern mobile telecoms. Good luck.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK In three's defence, it's probably not just them. Mobile phone masts only have so many nodes. Once they are full (with individual data users) they shut down. It's often why signal at festivals etc is patchy. Without extensive physical upgrades you run into a wall.

  • peacefroog86 john beardshall (@peacefroog86) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can never get into my3 account I think I sorted it in store via customer service with advice from a three staff member I hope its resolved but who knows.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK In UHF or VHF you can guarantee coverage in kilometres. In 5g, maybe 500m. And signal drop off is choppier. It's why when you're driving on the M5 you constantly lose boys of the conversation as you are doing from mast to mast.

  • alimurtazamohs1 alimurtazamohsin (@alimurtazamohs1) reported

After @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK indeed is the 2nd worst network in the UK 😡
