love how @ThreeUK is bringing 5G out but I can’t even get a bar of signal in my house

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport 10 days, 7 different online agents, 1 hour in a 3 store, 3 promises of a letter needed for my insurance claim for a new phone I was robbed of. A 3-5 day wait after each promise. Is this how you treat a loyal 10 year customer! Still nothing, do I need legal help?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes everything is activated, also another question this isn't linked with the issue, I know it said the fair usage is 12GB but is that is for every 24hr cyle? Like if in a day I use like 10GB would that reset to 0 the next time it charges the unlock fee?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Anthony, I've enabled roaming on my phone but I forgot I had roaming disabled for my plan. The only option offered if I want to switch my roaming data on is to ring you, which I am unable to do as I have no service+the hotel phone won't connect me to the helpline

@ThreeUKSupport What on earth is going on!!? I nearly had a heart attack with your glitch showing I'd used £271 over my allowance! Now the app won't always load! When it does,tells me I need to re-register again! I've been with you for years & never seen anything like it!
