@ThreeUKSupport It’s appalling though as it has taken around 10 phone calls by me to realise that the cancellation fee was the issue. Plus my investigations to find out expiry date of contract vs cancellation date. Surely the person who processed the first refund request should have noticed.

Dear @ThreeUKSupport - whats going on? The service for home mobile broadband has been apalling for the last month and is getting worse. Now it's not connecting at all on any of my devices. Speeds are sub 1 megabit at times. Can't work from home if I can't work from home!

@ThreeUK been told that is is three policy via OFCOM that I have to give my bank account number and sort code over the phone in order to get a refund I’m due, even though I’m a customer, sorry to say. Third call to get the refund I’m due as money taken from my account. Suspect!

@ThreeUKSupport Its for my other half, she is trying to remove the content block on her phone. Every time we call she gets 5o the right section then it just says "sorry, technical issues" and hangs up
