    Hi @backmarket cc. @GoogleSupports2 I bought a Pixel 5 from you guys which works a dream, but has a bent sim card tray that barely fits into the phone. I don't want to break it but am limited to Wifi only for now, can you please help, I've been to @ThreeUK shop who say can't help

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done all that already,it’s been over a week now. First of all you told me there were no problems where I live. Now I look today to see that there is. I pay monthly by direct debit. So unless you’ve randomly put a lock on my phone? I’m sure one of the 6 advisers would spotted

    @ThreeUK and I am sick to the back teeth with my Upgrade it's 15 months old but the Signal is a disgrace if it wasn't for the upgrade I'd be going elsewhere I probably will come to think of it?
