    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...

    @ThreeUKSupport Not been able to receive any text/sms messages since Monday. As a result, can't login to bank and missed GP appointment. When will issue be fixed? Status shows "there's a problem' but no useful info.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only
