@ThreeUK I can’t send text messages - I’ve spoken to 2 Advisors - both said, it’s Apple’s fault - it ain’t! I’ve spoken to them as well! You customer service hours are 8am-8pm -> it’s 6:44pm -> and apparently you’re shut?!?!??! This is f***ing bo**cks?!?!

So, so disappointed that @ThreeUK is ending their Go Roam program after promising they wouldn't charge roaming fees. Being able to use my phone like normal when back in the US was why I went with Three. Lost a customer here.

There is no existing any restrictions between companies to use their coverage within other countries with no extra cost, it companies it’s self decides that they will charge their clients who are going abroad and use it. It’s a scam

I’m at @ThreeUK store for a replacement sim for my faulty pay as you go sim I got from the airport for which I’ve paid £25. But there is absolutely no support that is being offered to me as your representative here says that the sim is not registered. This is a shame.
