    Very disappointed with @ThreeUK 's homeFi. I had to return it at the end of the cool off period as the 4g didn't work a single day. I really wanted to like them 😔 I hope the problems in the network get fixed, for the sake of the remaining customers.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

    @ThreeUKSupport You need to own this and be truthful with your customers. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving and im well within my rights to cancel. But I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt to try and explain please.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    @milesbxf @suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff I used to have terrible problems with O2 around Victoria when I worked there - Victoria station was a dead spot - that's why I switched to EE. I'm switching back though so we'll see I guess!
