My 76 year old Nan has been a victim of fraud in November - numerous phone calls telling us it will be sorted, @ThreeUK have now threatened her through a debt collection company. Customer relations constantly lying. Putting a vulnerable person under undue stress during a pandemic

@ThreeUKSupport Because the contract was in the wrong name they wanted photos of passports and utilities bills before they would correct the contact name. My husband and I have both had Three accounts for a number of years and the bank details name was correct. Asked them to cancel Pay Monthly
