    @ThreeUKSupport Looking to cancel my 4G broadband early as have had 3G only service at home for several months now due to local mast issues - also with one bar coverage. When 4G worked it was over 70Mb and three bars. How do I cancel? I use for business and can’t rely on it now.

    @ThreeUK Stop your 5g improve your 4g first .Such a **** network .insult for any new phone to be used with your network .Guys avoid this unlimited data when you can't even use it 😩😩😩@ee sorry for leaving your 4g

    @ThreeUKSupport Okay listen I had a conversation with your agent over the phone few days ago.. Ge told me after 21st of September the network issue will get resolved but till now 24th September I can't even make a call to the customer care... And he also denied my cooling off period

    Not sure how many lines @ThreeUK have open at 09.00 on a Sunday but for them ALL to be busy at 09.00 is pretty poor. Not surprising, but poor. Add that to the website being down, and you get standard Three service.

    @ThreeUK the mobile connection on the London to Brighton route on the three network is absolutely abominable. To call it patchy would be a vastly over compliment it. Why?
