Suggestions of a different phone network? @ThreeUK keep messing my bill date around and causing me issues. Something good with data and signal! :)

@ThreeUKSupport your whole network goes off and you don’t even announce it. There is clearly a total outage and you stay silent 👏🏼

@mat_greenaway @ThreeUKSupport It took me 3 months and stupid amount of calls to get out of contract. It's not the router, they reduce it enough for it not to work and then when you call they up it to make themselves look good, only to reduce it again. Get rid ASAP mate. Believe me you won't regret it.

@ThreeUKSupport hows about putting up an update on the service status and progress or otherwise at the top of your profile instead of all that outdated tripe. Many of us have very sick relatives and need to take regular calls from medical services. Stop ignoring your customers 😡

@MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When I had a dispute with them and refused to pay they broke UK law by calling people who I had called or who were on my friends list. Total cowboys, would never use them again.

@ThreeUKSupport @MuraliSurendran Never encountered such lazy and disinterested CS in my life. Just want to read their script and finish regardless of if you've been helped.

@asheck @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah it's insane. When I asked to take the complaint higher they said you can contact Ofcom. Are they mad? I just want them to fulfil their end of the deal.
