Seriously considering leaving @ThreeUK after about TEN years as a customer. Their My3 portal has turned to ****, hiding my bill pages in favour of trying to sell me a second phone.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s mainly to pay off the handset, but when she called, she was told everything has to be paid - contract and phone! in the house the signal is poor but for ease, keeping number, she’d like to stay, also you have a good unlimited data sim only offer.

@ThreeUKSupport She just wants to pay off the existing contract and drop to something cheaper. That’s it. But we’ve been given £890 to pay and stay with you, or £830 to pay off and leave????? Why would someone pay more to stay?! Surely you want to offer the existing customer a reason to stay?
