@ThreeUKSupport Nothing posted, was advised it would be emailed within 4 hrs. I've called 5 times over 2 weeks and every time I'm promised it will be emailed and still nothing... I was made to believe it would come with phone. No further ahead no emailed proof. Can you help?

@ThreeUK I have a problem with my "20+ 5G. I cannot find anywhere to get this sorted online. Tried the website and it just says "that didn't work". It is the charging port that seems to be the problem, like many others have had! What can I do?
