@ThreeUKSupport No. This is a public matter. You sent me claim letters for 20quid. I have never had a Three account. You have the wrong person. I live in Oz. I do not live in the UK. I tried to contact by reply, of course it's No Reply email. So that's on you. This is your problem. You fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport You don't need to sound shocked. I have seen hundreds of people complaining from all over the UK and when checking on your website we all get the same report "Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual"

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, network's just gone down again. What's urgently required is to check with your seniors on the nature of the #Three fault (or works) and expected duration. @ofcom - please enforce that Three's network status page declares open issues; they've set it to "no issues reported".

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No info on delivery of the device after contract upgrade. Can't adjust the contract immediately by letting me pick up the device from a store that is so close to me (who have the device in stock). Taking 48h to cancel the upgrade. #frustrated #three

@ThreeUK Did you get your network name from how close in CM you have to be near a mast before you get any signal? 🤔 - Or did you get it from the number of months it takes to open an email when using mobile data?

@ThreeUKSupport We have lost mobile broadband again twice in 24 hours. It’s down again now. Looks like you never solved the problem. Will you give us an update?

@FireDragon04 @Killertom63 @ThreeUK If the router supports above 6GHz 5G (the real short range one) you could pick up over 700 down, take a few to connect if it supports it tho
