    @ThreeUK After being on phone for over an hour, the support kindly waived some charges, a phone call later saying they cannot do this ..what they agreeded because of a waive back in 2017 for £8....what a joke!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I have a ZTEMC801A and when this is on 5g it is brilliant. I have tired a 5g Antenna but I think the Antenna ports have been disabled with the recent B09 update. Could you confirm? I need the Antenna to get a consistent 5g service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I took out a sim only contract with you. My SIM card arrived today but it’s not working. I called my local Three store for help and gave them the mobile number that came with the Sim Card, and they said that I’m not on the system whatsoever. What do I do?

    @ThreeUK @Parklifefest I was using your service under a tree when all of a sudden i felt something being thrown on my head,i looked up and saw squirrels,they threw nuts on my head, i asked them why and they replied in squirrel language that’s it’s because I’m using such a finished network. Shame on you

    @ispreview @ThreeUK No they’re in watch app only, I couldn’t break them out. Very short. 3G/4G only, usage from phone plan, won’t work abroad, 1 month rolling, isn’t guaranteed to work everywhere there’s signal, then a huge section on you need a compatible phone and watch.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why did you ask me to let you know if I hadn’t heard after a week if you’re telling me you can’t help me? Last time I asked for any sort of help I was on the phone for an hour & a half & then had to call 2 stores to get the name of someone who cld & did actually help. Shocking
