    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I ordered a pay monthly sim, with the intent to bring my number over from another network. This sim was due today and the number takeover is supposed to happen tomorrow automatically. The sim hasn’t arrived, and I now worry that the number switch

    @ghargreaves @ThreeUK I've been with this VOIP phone company for over ten years now. About £60ish per month, 12x per year. Let's call it £600 per year, over ten years = "customer worth £6k" to most businesses. Not to this VOIP provider. So instead of arguing, I'm finding a new provider :)
