@ThreeUKSupport I'm having pretty terrible service from you at the moment. It's almost 48 hours since you said you'd add 4gb of data to my account "within 24 hours" and it's still not there. I've done live chat multiple times and it's still not resolved. Can you sort it out??

@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues with TfL WiFi for the last few weeks, ever since the access method changed. I'm an Android user and have selected the Three_SSID and changed the EAP to AKA but no luck. This is on the Piccadilly Line, same every day for weeks.

@SuzieCurran @ThreeUKSupport Day 5 with no Internet access for longer than 20 seconds and yet the website still says no issues reported I am not sure what else I can do to prove there is a point not once had any one acknowledged there is a fault

Just spoke to @ThreeUK tech support and apparently they have known about the call dropping issue in the #weymouth area since Thurs, yet not bothered to inform customers or the team at the local shop who have born the brunt of customer ire #wtf

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I do have a direct debit of £21.65 monthly with Three, but on my bank app I have noticed additional £66.95 scheduled to be charged tomorrow. Without any reason for this. Help resolve pls .. thanks

@ThreeUKSupport In Weymouth Dorset. Huge queue of people at the 3 shop with the same issue. A number, like me who rely on their phone for their business. Chat support gave up without a solution. The shop couldn't do anything but report it to 3.
