@ThreeUKSupport @TheBigGayAl Your suggestion for your customer is both illegal and irresponsible. Help people out in these circumstances please.

@ThreeUKSupport I've discovered that it IS the usual customer service experience. And this time, you've taken that isn't yours and won't give it back. So it's actually a LOT worse than my usual experience, which is usually pretty bad. Again - I'll be sharing it all with my followers.

@ThreeUKSupport Been through that. They can't do anything. Give you the customer care number. Then customer care give you the shop number. Shop gives you customer care number. On and on it goes. Pls give the number or email address of someone who is allowed to make decisions.

@ThreeUK Quite simply a horrid company. Do anything to get money out of you, and then never refund it, even when they've messed it up. 2 contracts - and overcharged on both, and now suddenly it's not their fault. Then they have to pass to different departments to sort. Horrid

@ThreeUK I have been with #three for around 15 years and the network has never been as bad, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt with the upgrades but now I've come over to 5g it's just as bad as before, £65 a month for phone and contract complete joke

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my account over a month ago and clearly stated that I did NOT want to keep my number. This has been completely ignored and now I have been charged for a service I want to terminate, and if I want to end it I'm going to be charged again. That's ridiculous.
