    @ThreeUK Your online chat, has given me financial advise to cancel my dd, because my phone is delayed? they have also asked me to cancel my upgrade and take a new credit agreement out?! please get a uk manager to call me!

    @ThreeUKSupport One would think at least an email or a call explaining would not be too much. A couple of texts messages amidst ads? During a pandemic? And carry on charging? Very bad faith.

    @ThreeUKSupport I pay for unlimited Data. Every month. Yet every month I get texts saying I’ve almost used my data and to buy more. Then again, every month I have to phone customer service and every month I’m told it won’t happen again. It’s getting old and annoying now. Just fix the issue!

    @ThreeUK so I have been given three “guaranteed” delivery dates, starting on the 8th of Dec. All three delivery dates failed. Each time I’m asked. “To give us 24hours”. No email or text confirmations and really poor service., inc being lied to ref DPD tracking. Very poor!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Sa132ng no Internet and signal very poor and i have had a new contract for 4 months and pay £48 a month also when ring 3 no help at all Thanks for getting back to me

    @ThreeUKSupport Also I never imagined You would literally stop all services and stop me from even receiving messages. I would think reasonable to not allow me to use data and charge extra for roaming, but to stop the services altogether without making sure I understood this was happening?

    @charlesarthur @ThreeUK I'm not sure how great this might be IRL. I finally gave up on @ThreeUK (after 10 years) because the Quality of Service collapsed. Too many customers for too little capacity?
