    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with the Dundee City Centre can’t get any signal at all in the town centre, has been like this for a few days

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport Here we go again. Mobile home broadband running at 0.37 mbps. Had to disable the Huawei router as it is unusable. I’m paying £20 p.m. for a service that cannot be used every single weekend. Relying on my phone hotspot.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told that your complaints department said that they wouldn’t deal with me. The dongle was in my holiday home. I have now sold it but you want 220 quid to cancel it. Even though you have had a year of payments for nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have also rebooted. As mentioned had the same problem last time here. Was told it was congestion but that this was then fixed it’s not acceptable I pay for unlimited usage but getting nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport No signal unable to send WhatsApp’s and other apps , it’s either on 1 bar or none , with it just saying 3 in the corner or wifi calls only?
