    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @MaxineGulley1 @ThreeUK Find out the manufacturer of the device you ordered. Once you find out, cancel your complaint to three and start your real complaint with the manufacturer. It's not your network providers fault that the manufacturer keep changing dates.

    @ThreeUKSupport my partner has a sim only contract but got the new S20 FE phone via @verynetwork but since putting in the sim it won't connect to 4G/5G for some reason. Any help would be useful. Cheers.

    @IslamSaif1a @ThreeUK Sorry to read that, their customer service is appalling! I hope you get your refund sorted soon. I’m definitely going with another company not standing for this nonsense. Can your bank get your money back for you, maybe give them a call?

    @ThreeUKSupport really bad connection in OL11 2JE. Yes I've tried the usual solutions and they didn't work, so you need to look into this.

    @MoneySavingExp To anyone who is thinking of joining @ThreeUK : 🔘They continue charging you for a handset after you have paid it off. 🔘They allow scammers to port your number to another network. 🔘Terrible customer service from foreign call centres. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
