    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sana yes I tried that one first, then three others just in case it was an issue using the same email with 2 different numbers but made no difference.

    @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was closed without an actual resolution. I've been asking for my proof of purchase to be emailed to me. I've spoken to two members of your complaints team who assured it would be with me within a couple of days and I still haven't got it

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, my phone recognizes the network, but doesn't give me a phone number. I was able to text a friend, who game me what the # looks like on his end, but when I enter it in to register with 3, i get an technical difficulties message in the app

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn’t really want this sort of Sim. I’d rather it was all part of my main mobile contract. Having two contracts with Three seems stupid. But I was told this couldn’t be done.

    @ThreeUK we have an eSIM which was taken out when you did the eSIM trials. We now need a replacement eSIM but your customer service staff have no clue what we are talking about. Can you please help as it clearly states on your website that you are able to provide a replacement.

    @ThreeUK What sort of company keeps a £10 credit on a cancelled contract for over 3 months then promises to pay it back within seven days then doesn't . But took this money 1 day before contract ended Shocking customer service!!
