  @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

  @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

  @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

  @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

  @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sana yes I tried that one first, then three others just in case it was an issue using the same email with 2 different numbers but made no difference.

  @ThreeUKSupport The old Sim only shows as being able to make emergency calls. Had an email saying 3-5 days and a tracking number. However, it doesn't say who is delivering the sim so am unable to track it

  @ThreeUK Every football game I cannot get more than 2mbps download, but 6mbps upload. An hour after a game I can get 7 to 10mbps download. Please explain. Am I paying for a service you can't supply?

  @ThreeUKSupport & have been told it doesn't exist. So hence my question, why issue an order reference number if you cannot use it to follow up on an order! Here customer, have a ref number you can do nothing with, because we can't use it & guess what, neither can you, but it looks good

  @ThreeUKSupport how do I put a official complaint in? Stuck with 5G broadband HUB contract where I don't get 5G! I get 4g but it's patchy at best. My ADSL is faster with Sky! I've asksd for help multiple times to fix via email! Calls! Social media, chat. Nothing done to fix 1/2

  @ThreeUK don't go to this company they take the piss out of you I had phone since January and had to large bills from debt collectors we had no emails or. Messages and the phone I don't even have anymore due to issues and I try cancelling it but then a large bill come again
