    @LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sana yes I tried that one first, then three others just in case it was an issue using the same email with 2 different numbers but made no difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was closed without an actual resolution. I've been asking for my proof of purchase to be emailed to me. I've spoken to two members of your complaints team who assured it would be with me within a couple of days and I still haven't got it

    @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with the Dundee City Centre can’t get any signal at all in the town centre, has been like this for a few days

    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been looked at least 8-9 times even got sent a new sim same issues, now been told on webchat that there’s congestion on the masts and this should be fixed 26th Dec.. More excuses!!

    Identical phone, identical location. EE download 47.6 upload 10.5 three download 29.5 upload 0.74 recently was other way round why is your network so slow it never was? @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK I live in LS12 and my connection keeps fading in and out. Both calls and data. I tried switching 4g to 3g and same issue. What's going on? Like this all day

    @ThreeUK awful customer service in the upgrades and cancellations team. Provided them with an offer I had received, the advisor proceeded to send me what appeared to be automated responses with offers that were about £400 more expensive overall! Gd customer retention skills!

    IVE HAD IT!! I've called up @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 3 times now. Yes 3 times to cancel my contract each time I am told it has been cancelled and I'll get my deposit back and my upfront cost back. TODAY recieves a latter WELCOME TO YOUR NEW MOBILE BROADBANF PLAN...

    @ThreeUKSupport We have but they keep ignoring what we are saying . There is a problem with the postcode which is not ours and we cannot get past the fact that the rogue account is at a different postcode with an unknown mobile number
