@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport Day 4 - still on a very patchy network. Connections keep dropping, bandwidth is frequently <15mbps (when there is a connection at all) and DNS is constantly falling back to alternate as your primary DNS is unavailable. Seriously, how and when are you going to make this right?

Bruh, @ThreeUK. A 3 day network outage is bullshit. Even more so that it's a known issue. I'm sorry, but how can you not have more information and an expected TAT for repair?! Did you maybe wanna inform your customers? Three days without internet. Are you serious?!

@cycleoptic @ThreeUKSupport I spoke with the live chat team. We did a hard reset on my router and I'm now back to good service. The agent was confident that this would resolve the issue permanently as other customers who'd done the same didn't have the ongoing issues
