@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport Part 2: I stated contacted customer service. Let’s say my original number is A& B ( want get them back) ; New stranger number is C&D. My aims is C become A ; D become B, 1st contacted customer service changed C to be A successfully. D and B failed.

@ThreeUKSupport No, I have not got my number back. Can I ask where I am able to get a proper staff are able to solve the issue please? I have been to the local store, tried twice online chat , did two calls. All did nothing and made more mistakes.

I am so done with having no actual signal in the middle of Newcastle (despite showing as having bars) and @ThreeUKSupport consistently telling me there’s no issue 😤

@ThreeUKSupport hi, very poor reception in 0l16 area, 1 bar of signal, I changed my sim card for a new on your advice and it hasn't made 1 bit of difference, sometimes I get 3 bars, most of the time I get 1 or none, been told time and time again there is no issue, yet I cant

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK And this is why I am with @ThreeUK! Been with them coming up to 10 years and never had a problem! They are always polite on the phone and can’t do enough for their customers!!!
