    @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

    On the train to Brighton. Almost managed to complete a telephone call and almost watched a video on Twitter all the way through. Mobile communication in this country is just awful…. Still. Both the ‘mobile’ and the “communication” part seem to be missing. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @MoneySavingExp (1/2) I am now told the very soonest the £200+ refund will reach me is Tue 9 Aug. This is TWO WHOLE WEEKS after it was taken. And a manager will contact me re my escalated complaint in 24 hours’ time. Unacceptable. But what can I do?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - yes it’s not commecting anywhere. The Virgin Media Wifi link takes me to a Three website, which tells me the phone should automatically connect to Three Wifi, but this never appears in my list of available wifi connections

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry if I’m being stupid, but where do I access the ‘control my spend’ feature in the app? If I search it, I just get links to web pages outside the app. I can’t find the place where I actually do this.

    @ThreeUK hi trying to get a data passport for Canada, the link you sent to me doesn't work and its nowhere in app or when I log into my3, just directions to a page that doesn't load. Can you help?
