@ThreeUKSupport So everyone can read (@Three_Is_Broken), your ever so lovely customer services had a meltdown because I caught them out on their heavily scripted nonsense. You got your billing wrong (yet again) and when challenged I got being left on hold, threatened, screamed at etc. Utter joke

@DinMehboob @twistedfaery @ThreeUK Yep.....I have had this issue....apparently it's because 'too many people are using 4g'🤔🤔🤔...that is straight up what they told me........I do wonder why I have a 4g phone at times
@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken I am absolute sick of the poor service. I have done web chat! Please call the Tech help! Around in circles. You are quick to take my money, but not provide a service. I think now it's time to go to the ombudsman
@BranislavBosak @ThreeUK I have until august left on a £40 a month contract. So it will be that sum plus I guess some kind of cancellation fee But honestly being without service every other hour is not worth it. Much rather pay and be done.
