@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@GruffDawg @ThreeUK All the major networks seem to be pulling this. Its just a bit ****. My sim only contract is pretty cheap but if you got your phone with your contract its a bit steeper

@ThreeUKSupport Afternoon. Samsung replaced my S20 with a new S21 on warranty after the S20 was beyond economical repair. My bank's phone insurance have requested I get a note from yourselves showing my S21 IMEI on your network as proof of ownership for their policy to be active.
2 hours on the phone with @ThreeUK to be transferred between 5 different people, to then be disconnected with no call back and receive a message saying my complaint has been resolved. Absolutely appalling!!!! 😡😡
@ThreeUKSupport It's been about 15 minutes now. Getting fixed line broadband installed on Monday because you're not providing the service we're paying for so will be cancelling the contact. You've rolled out 5G down the road but not fixed the 4G already here. Priorities are wrong.
@AkamaruKaras @ThreeUK Yeah mine does that too. Just threaten to leave every couple years and the customer retention people will put it back to the original price. I'm with o2
@ThreeUKSupport SIM CARD INFO shows the number as UNKNOWN - I know how a SIM Card works and there seems to be many users with this problem, after ordering a replacement SIM. I use another SIM from another provider and number shows. Typical Three!
@ThreeUKSupport Not noticed any other connection issues. Mum is a pay as you go Tesco customer who has WiFi on her phone but not data. She’s receiving text messages from other numbers and is able to send text messages fine too.
@ThreeUKSupport It seems to take a while on the website then gives me the error "We're having some problems It's not your fault it's ours, please try again later." It's been like it since about 10am this morning.
