    @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

    We got a free 4k TV for getting broadband with @ThreeUK a few months back, what they failed to mention in the advert is that the connection is so so so poor we'll never actually see what 4k TV looks like.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why do your phone operators lie? Apps open in the background can cause poor signal issues, can it? No it can't. Open apps can cause lag and RAM issues but not the network itself. They're either lying or incompetent. Which is it? #poorcustomerservice

    @ThreeUK @NetflixUK I still can’t access Netflix. I use 3broadband.. I’ve tried resetting and still not working on any device.. please advise.. pay far too much to you both to have this bad service

    @BVickers25 @ThreeUKSupport I have the same problem. Have you tried changing your mobile network to 2g 3g when making calls? I then change it back to 5g if using the mobile data.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I made it very clear that my contract has ended, there was no network on that sim and I wanted a fresh contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your status page just says there’s work being carried out. Any idea when it’s likely to be resolved? It’s been three days now already. And any recompense for lost service?
