    @ThreeUKSupport I do not want the money credited onto my account I want it back in my bank where it was wrongfully taken from!!! Just going round in circles with customer service! They don’t have a clue!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Please please can someone help me, I'm on advance plan (aug 2020) I've not gone over 12gb of data and being charged for data in USA. The three rep on the phone is trying is trying negotiate how much I will accept for being charged for data!

    @ThreeUK Turns out you’ve been overcharging me £43 a month for the last 6 months. In order to avoid this I apparently have to move to a contract with inferior terms? Terrible customer service, stealing money from your customers.

    Hi @ThreeUK - I’m not in the UK at the moment and my phone has No Service. I’m PAYG and topped up a few days ago but still no service. I can’t even receive a text to view my account online. I can’t access security codes for online banking or from Microsoft etc. Please help!
