    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUK Your support is an absolute joke. They told my wife she cannot transfer her old number to a new sim until its cancelled. Now its cancelled, they said she cannot transfer as the sim is not active, and it will take 30 days to activate the old sim!

    @ThreeUKSupport What do you plan on doing to fix this? My billing date was changed without my knowledge amongst other issues and no one will let me complain. I’ve contacted the financial ombudsman at this point

    @ThreeUK if your call center staff in India fail to answer your question, simply hang up and blame a poor reception issue!

    Why do I have to keep paying for a phone number that never has any reception anywhere? Asking nicely for a friend.... lol....... but seriously wtf its starting to just feel like a tax instead of a service .... @ThreeUK #phonesrvice

    Trying to cancel a @ThreeUK contract I had for a 5g modem has been so frustrating I will never use them again. Dark anti-patterns deliberately making it near impossible. Almost as bad as @audibleuk .

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for getting back to me. I just got a new summer boost sim card a month ago. The reception has been poor everywhere I go. Also, last night I tried to top up online, but none of the summer boost add ons were available so I ended up paying the old price for the old add-on.

    @ThreeUK hi, I renewed my SIM Only contract and was told I would get 6 months discounted to half price, for which I have email proof. However it's only 2 months in and you've taken a direct debit for the full amount. Please help with this
