why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

@ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞

Is it @Sainsbury's in Ellesmere Port jamming phone signal? Or has @ThreeUK become worse after the partnership with Vodafone?

@ThreeUK I've been trying to call to top up my phone but the 444 number service has been down due to you upgrading your system for two days now. When will this upgrade be complete please?

I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport seems we’re going to be without a signal for a second week as you’re still working on your mast. Surely you’ve had time to install a new mast in that time?

Breaking News @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK Currently there is a scam going on for upgrading your account to 5G because of signal issues! These 3 companies of HUTCHINSON 3G don’t care about its customers in fact they have sold their database with every ones numbers on

@ThreeUK your customer service is shocking. I have tried calling and the live chat and getting nowhere!

@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!
