Nope its official, @ThreeUK just tried to charge me money to give customer feedback, luckily android noticed it was going to charge me. I'm out @ThreeUK this week you went from #1 to way over the line. I'm calling and terminating!

@ThreeUKSupport I wouldnt even know how to do that cause I've never even switched the thing on it came as part of my contract and was marketed to me as free but I've been paying for it and I don't wanna pay for it anymore

@ThreeUK might of sent me a text asking me to rate my conversation with support last night. When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

@ThreeUKSupport Are there data issues in Glasgow right now. My wife and I have the same unlimited pay as you go and her phone is fine while mine can’t manage to load YouTube. Full bars on 4g never had an issue till today? Our broadband is down so we are sort of stranded rn
