@ThreeUKSupport To keep you up to date, "2nd level support" called me on Friday and it was probably the least effective support I have ever received from anyone. No explanation, no fix, just "try again in 2 days and if it's no better then you should cancel". 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport I was doing live chat but when I changed tab even just for a sec I had to log back in again with a SMS code and the chat was lost. Also your UX copy was terrible as well - when an user clicks on live chat it shows 3 options that don't really make sense.

@ThreeUK can you assist I have had no signal coverage in BL0 9 area since Friday quite a few friends also on this network and @SMARTYMobileUK also the same suspect damage by the storm maybe??
