Hey @ThreeUKSupport I’m having connection issues with my 4G hub box, I spoke to a guy a couple days ago and he said that their was work being done on it until the 20th, it’s the 21st and I’m still having these connection drops? Is the work not done yet or has it been postponed?..

Having just upgraded to the S22 Ultra, I decided to get my son his first contract phone in line with mine. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for about 13 years now, and apparently they're genuinely happy to dismiss a potential life long customer over £30. Kinda disappointed, really.

After 15 years of loyal patronage (and recommending them to friends and family) it's really disappointing that @ThreeUK has decided to adopt @TalkTalk style customer service. Threatening a 90% price hike if I don't take a new contract.

@ThreeUKSupport @SamsungMobile basically just asked her to reset it, and then put it into safe mode which only stopped 75% of her apps from working. After the bad experience she has had from this phone and signal problems she will be moving network and back to an @apple iPhone. I'll mention

@ThreeUKSupport I’m in a different area now and there’s still an issue. I’ve been in 5 different areas in the past 2 weeks and the data works around half the time. So forgive me if I can’t be bothered calling you guys every 2 seconds

Hi @ThreeUK. Need help. My daughter's phone broke at Stansted and as an existing customer who was due an upgrade, she got a Samsung A12. However they put her on a £40pm unlimited contract that's £28 online. Can she either get a better phone for that price or reduce the cost?
