    @ThreeUKSupport twice now I’ve asked for ‘proof of usage’ so I can claim on my insurance for my smashed screen. Both times I was told I would receive it within 72 hrs. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and I’m getting very frustrated! Please help

    After many years of loyalty with @ThreeUK I will never be a customer of theirs again. No great deals on new mobiles, no price match for loyal customers, wanting hefty 'early termination' fee when there are just 2 months left on contract, and a couldn't care less attitude.

    @ThreeUKSupport ever since work was carried out on the LN4 mast in Metheringham, our great signal has gone from 30-60mbps to 1mbps!! Almost impossible to sustain a phone call too! Oddly the upload speed now exceeds the download speed. Has someone wired the transmitter backwards?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have done live chat 9 times ….. 9 times with ‘please check your settings in your phone’ when I say I have 4 phones ALL not working they just don’t listen. I’ve given up.

    @no_goblins My family member died and @ThreeUK made me work the next day cos they are short-staffed. I arrived to overstaffed store. They laughed and told me that being busy will help me not think of it 🖕
