    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

    @ThreeUK bought 4 £15 data packs in store for hol in USA, your colleague says they start today although they are still sealed. I don’t need them for another 2wks and need them to last longer than 30days from today. Any other year I was told they didn’t start until inserted! Help
