@ThreeUK why am I paying you £50 a month for a service that is unreliable and useless?

  • simonRedwards

@ThreeUK How can I submit a complaint about not receiving the emergency alert? If that was real I would have been sat at home completely unaware, and it seems Three was the only major network with this extensive failure.

    Scott Young (@Sc0ttY0ung) reported

@simon_wardle74 @ThreeUK Not really since that's what the test was for, to find issues that may not have been apparent before. Literally the whole point of testing.

  • BeresfordSue
    Sue Beresford (@BeresfordSue) reported

@ThreeUK Oh please what kind of project resource have you got on this. First it was pretty much your entire network which failed so how can anyone have confidence in what you say, - you must do some testing before you can be so bullish !

  • ariahomiebaba
    ‎🏳️‍🌈 haLaL dool J 🇮🇷 (@ariahomiebaba) reported

@ThreeUKSupport the service has been borderline unusable all weekend and today it's even worse. Will @ThreeUK be compensating for having to pay for another provider whilst works are being completed in the area?

  • timhardinguk
    Tim Harding (@timhardinguk) reported

@MartinSLewis No @MartinSLewis On the @ThreeUK network who confirmed had major issue with issuing alerts - millions did not receive them on Three.

@ThreeUK Me and my partner both on three didn’t get it. I don’t think many of your customers did. We would have all been in the crap if it was a real emergency

  • Stu_H
    Stuart H 🇺🇦 (@Stu_H) reported

@ThreeUK So you are going Live as it were without another test? What if there was another technical issue so far undetected?

  • RebelliousUno
    RebelliousUno (@RebelliousUno) reported

@ThreeUK It's not fixed until it's proved. Who's to say another test wouldn't bring about another issue...
