@ThreeUK I deliberately disabled Emergency Alerts and turned my phone off to avoid receipt. If I want communication from the government, I'll contact them. I don't want unsolicited alerts.

@ThreeUKSupport I am pay monthly and have been with you for like over 15 years, never had an issue before, can someone please call me as I’ve had many chats on live chat and still getting nowhere

@ThreeUK But this is good that you’ve found the problem but with out sounding the alarm how do we know the problem could still happen with a real one I think there should be another test to see if they fixed the problem

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No confidence in 3 & that that the alert will work in the future. If the issue was so easily fixed after the failed test, why wasn’t it spotted in the weeks prior? One of the reasons for the test was to ensure that people’s devices will also work correctly. Now none of us know!

@ThreeUK I think the test should be run again to reassure all your customers. If not i will be changing network. @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK This is not good enough. We need reassurance that it will work in the event of a real emergency by performing another test or a Three network only test. This is our safety at risk in the event of a real emergency in the future if this system hasn't been tested to ensure it works

@ThreeUKSupport my works booking on/off system allows for phone booking. Recently Three and it's carried users (smarty etc) have stopped working with it. All other networks still operate fine and in-house they've identified it is an issue at your end. What can be done to fix it?
