Warning to all. Avoid @ThreeUK like you're avoiding #Covid_19. Nothing but a scam network run by incompetent idiots from an Indian call centre. They force you to pay via direct debit and if you don't, they add extra charges. Isn't paying the bill the most important thing?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I used to get 20-25Mbps download speed at home on 3G/4G. Now I get 0.16Mbps, it is unusable. Any ideas why so slow?

@ThreeUKSupport As per the last few times I've complained about this, I don't know the postcode. It's the centre of Manchester, piccadilly. Yes yes I know lots of people use the network but still no need for my speed to be worse than dialup

@ThreeUK cut my phone off every month to annoy me & tell me to pay them money but they won’t send me a bill for what I owe even though my outstanding amount is 0 are there any customer service more spiteful & vindictive than them ?
