Yet again no internet on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport broadband in Bradford 5! Happens almost weekly now. This service is absolutely useless! Do not switch to three if you're considering it. Their customer support is terrible too. Stay with @virginmedia

@LuSchmoo @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Believe me - I can recite the security verification by heart even before the Indian call centre asks for it. I have also followed the same social media link and all they did was to send a pointless email to the Indian call centre too. No help from either side at all.

@ThreeUKSupport when will you sort out the signal issues in the NR30 5NQ area? Been 3 months so far I have been unable to use my mobile broadband hub to stream or connect to the Internet

@rishidshah @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK But the 03333381001 number should connect you with the next available advisor, it does vary, but asked to talk to a manager from the business department. That’s all I can mainly suggest I’m afraid. If not, a complaint might be the next stage.

@ThreeUK I left Three a week ago. I wasn’t in contract. You are still direct debiting my bank account, even though I am due a refund for the part-month when I moved to the other network. You’ve also closed my online account so I can’t even see my bills. Can you fix this please?

@ThreeUK can’t get into your Three+ app - same issue as others with “error 500”. Is there any other way to access the perks while you fix the issue?

@ThreeUKSupport Already cleared my data - this was the first thing I tried. Deleted and reinstalled soon after this. Seems to be a wider problem than just me.
