    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. I only received it yesterday, but the notifications don't work correctly, nor does it send them to my Huawei smartwatch. I've checked and changed settings, but Google shows it appears to be a known issue. I just want to cancel the upgrade and revert back if I can.

    @ThreeUKSupport We can do that, yes. The problem is that our bank accounts are registered to our address in the Republic, not the UK, and the website requires the card billing address and the account address to be the same.

    @ThreeUKSupport I use mobile broadband to get internet in rural wales. I'm trying to setup a web cam. I've followed the instructions and forwarded port 81 on my router to the cam - doesn't work - Do three block certain ports?
