@ThreeUK hi. I have recently purchased a new iPhone SE from your hull branch. Using the same SIM card my signal is shocking and web pages and calls are taking ages to connect. Please can you advise since this is a new purchase and I’m extremely disappointed. Thanks

@ThreeUK If I haven't had a proper WiFi service for at least six months. If I have contacted you weekly and get spun off. If I get the same message on the app about you are doing work for 6 months. Download average 5mb upload ha ha. If a Telecoms engineer tells me at my postcode

@ThreeUKSupport SK39JP and a iPhone 12 Pro and my Wife’s Samsung s21 5G both are shocking and keep flicking between a poor 4G and a stronger 3G (welcome to 1997) signal but various areas of Stockport are poor or really slow data speeds.

@ThreeUK I have tried to cancel my contract, it has beenade very difficult and your operative lied about the contract being cancelled. Really disappointing

@ThreeUK Disappointing that roaming in the USA is going to be charged at £5 per day, the reason im with 3 is that I can use my allowance in the USA at no extra charge and not signal which has never been great in my area but I’ve stuck with you. Time to fly the nest im afraid 😔

@ThreeUKSupport No, your customer service people have been lying about 'getting it sorted' to me for a week now, so I very much doubt going through it all again with you will change anything. All within the 3 network. I'm just warning others not to use you.
