@ThreeUK There are always so many issues. This is on top of the fact you put payg prices up after telling me they weren't going up and left me on a high rate tariff without me even knowing. Then there is the text issues I have and the signal here is dreadful now. Used to be better.

@ThreeUK It is frustrating to discover this after too much time trying to resolve on my own. Not everyone leaps to Twitter to see if there's an issue. Most people will likely go through troubleshooting on their own before selling assistance.

@ThreeUK I'm due an upgrade soon and after being with three for yrs and hold 2 accounts along with referring my mum from o2 and getting barely a thanks you from 3, to then take up the offer of broadband which was never able to connect. When I complained I was lied to and eventually TBC
