    @ThreeUK I am very disappointed with your service. I have sent the phone back to you but want me to get the refund from the third party @MPD_Online. When they say they need the phone back to them. This has been going on for 6 months now. Very unhappy!

    @ThreeUK you've increased my sons £10 a month sim only deal to £29 by letter. What do you think I'm gonna do? A. Spend hours on phone calls to an Indian call center to be hung up on or argued with about cancellation. B. Cancel the direct debit. Pssst, its B 🖕

    @ThreeUK came into shop! Will a 4G hub work in ST4 5ND yes! Guess what? Just about works! I had to walk over house and eventually at back window got a good enough signal 😡 thankfully I only bought 1 month! Oh I have moved to Lebara that way I ain’t stuck into a 12 month contract

    @ThreeUK 3 hours ago provided my phone number for a live chat call back no one bothered. 3 hours! Cannot believe no one been available in 3 hours to discuss my upgrade optoons. Guess after 15 years with three is time to leave. Customer service really gone downhill past few years
