    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was just on Live Chat with a Three rep who told me Three have placed no restrictions on my account and I had to talk to my network here. I said I definitely think the restriction was made by Three - I can't even receive texts from my bank or get any signal. Now all your 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Neha over chat said they know what the order was and it’s in pending status and was never cancelled even though I’ve contacted you multiple times about it. So I called the cancellations team who said I need an account number which I don’t have as I never received one

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone calls, the same. I lost count how many hours i spent on the phone, transferred to one person to another. It is costing me a lot of money and time. Many ywars as a customer and I'm beyond upset and dissapointed.
