@ThreeUKSupport It's too much to tweet. I just want to speak to someone at 3 regarding a recent referral I made. The people in your offshore call centres seem to have no power, and - although they are extremely friendly and polite - cannot make a simple exception to help a long standing customer

@ThreeUKSupport Your network coverage is awful. I don’t know why I am paying to have no service 95% of the time. Everytime I call to discuss anything I end up hanging up because the people you employ to help are SO unhelpful !! I want to leave today, had enough now thanks
