@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s pretty much everywhere. And yet people on other networks don’t seem to have the issues. And if I upgrade I’ll have to pay roaming fees. Unlike say @O2 So at the moment I see very little point in staying with you. You take my money and I get very little in return

@ThreeUKSupport Also trust me I’ve tried to unplug and re plug the SIM and restart the device a couple of times to see if it makes a difference. I’d even spent time with the customer service who advised resetting the device, all in vain

@ThreeUKSupport My husband and elder daughter also with three have service but my younger daughter and I don't. We know it's not an issue with sim cards as they work fine in my husband's phone!! How much longer will repairs take! It's getting ridiculous now, my children cannot get hold of me!

@ThreeUKSupport issues again in my area (EH44) with signal. 4G router from you guys, and looks like it's limited to 3G currently, and that at unusable speeds. What's the problem this time? Really regretting using your service so far, as nothing but bother
