  @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

  @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

  @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

  @graemeburton @ThreeUK Just had a look, the home page has a redirect from 443 to 80, so that is why it's showing insecure. Chrome treats all http pages this way now. When you go to login it redirects to with a valid cert. I would be ok with that.

  @ThreeUKSupport how can it be so hard to cancel a PAYG order that's not been dispatched. Just spent 15 minutes talking to someone not listening to a word I was saying before putting me on hold and hanging up on me.

  @ThreeUK your website says my password is incorrect, change my password - it still says generic error. I can't use telephone service cos my password is incorrect. THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS!!!!!
