@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUK I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by the level of honesty and customer service as I have been with Three and it's broadband. spent 5 hours of my life last week yet matter seems to not have been resolved. absolutely disgraceful.

@AffordableMob showed your £38 deal for iPhone 12 mini to a mate, he was impressed. So was I, so I asked @ThreeUK for that deal... guess what, they can’t do it first existing customers... am I missing something here??? Customer loyalty out the window...
