They all say they have reviewed my account as it’s all apparently been logged but clearly not as one says they can help and another says they can’t

@ThreeUKSupport Turns out it was the phone. I put the SIM in another phone at it's been fine, despite your online chat telling me it was 'definitely' a fault caused by engineering work. What a total waste of time, inconvenience and example of the worst possible service. Terrible situation.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, I asked to be refunded ALL the monies I was overcharged, but the complaints handler made it appear that Three was doing me a favour by refunding me just 3 months of it, & I was to be grateful. Complaint ref 30290788/30290765)

Hi @Tesco, @ThreeUK. I would find it incredibly difficult to continue being your customer if I found out that you advertised with GB News. I could and would happily get my groceries elsewhere. The only thing saving this country from becoming the US or Australia is its balanced TV

@ThreeUKSupport This is just going round in circles. I’ve been on live chat to so many different people now who have all told me different things ..... most recently being that it’s not THREE’S issue but my phone manufacturer but now I have to go on live chat again to be told what now?
