@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I called today and spoke to Shreyas about the poor connection on my mobile broadband. He said there are works in my area for the next 7 days and would refund me £6.70, then offered me £7.75. I asked to complain and he said he could not give me the refund if I complained.

@Shaunjenks @ThreeUKSupport Didn’t think you would get that speed with three. The last time I used them they was terrible, might have to give them another go

@ThreeUK furious that your customer service rep has told me I will not get a refund for the poor broadband connection owing to works in my area if I make a complaint. Please contact me

@ThreeUKSupport Still no resolution and terrible customer service from @ThreeUK - so disappointing as have been a customer for 12 years - issue is I was randomly upgraded by a shop - even through I had never been there - will need to seek external help to resolve this mess...

FTTP Pro

@Shaunjenks @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport That’s good to hear the latter is not far from me! Yes I suspected it may be a backhaul capacity issue which would explain the 5G speeds not getting any higher than 250ish and the high latency at peak times.

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

@ThreeUK @samaritans Hi. There seems to be a network issue where unable to connect. Went to a local store and they said there had been issues since Friday. How come there is no notification of this and when doing checker it says no issue with network?

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.

@wajid7790 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try reading the reviews before signing up with either of those networks. Vodafone have the worst customer service out right and don't even get me started on three. If you want a decent serviced move to EE, you get what you paid for!
