@ThreeUKSupport ordered something to the store but my name has changed few year ago but my ID still has my old name which means I couldn't pick up my package even with documents proving my name change. phoned customer service which were very good but gave different inconclusive answers

@ThreeUK I have been struggling for THREE HOURS now, to set up the Mifi YOU advised me to get because YOU are having technical issues in the area i live. LIVE CHAT sends me to you tube videos and asks me to phone you, but no Human ever comes to the phone. At my wits end.Really bad service

If youre thinking about joining @ThreeUK, don't. Better customer service than most, competitive prices, but the worst 4/5g reception I have ever experienced. How can #Stratford Station be a complete blindspot? And that's just one of many #London areas. #Disappointed
