@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@askdavidjones @ThreeUK Indeed. I have been within them for over 10 years and put up with the slightly hit and miss coverage for the unlimited data and roaming. Looking at international Pay&Go E-Sims at the moment. Just more hassle. Such bad customer service and not even an apology on the chat

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, roaming is set up. I was able to manually get connected to a network, however I can’t make calls or use data and I’m not sure why as it worked fine the last time

After PURE frustration with @ThreeUK …. My issue has been listened too, looked into and resolved. Shame it took 3 levels of CS but in the end KEYUR - Customer Relations Department got straight to the issue!! No contact these or contact those .. Saw the error … fixed the error
