Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Coylton and nearby locations:

  • sammiejane_9 Samantha Jane 🌕 (@sammiejane_9) reported from Galston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

  • luluphooey lucy mcghee 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@luluphooey) reported from Troon, Scotland

@ThreeUK the 4G service in glasgow is terrible

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

  • stumpyuk6 Brian Davidson (@stumpyuk6) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

  • missviv_s vivianne sutherland (@missviv_s) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This does not help as i still require a 16 digit voucher code & there is none printed on my receipt.

  • carriemunky79 Carrie Munky (@carriemunky79) reported from Newmilns, Scotland

It's going to be a pleasure to cancel my @ThreeUK account tomorrow #robbingbleeps

  • boab400 Robert Jelley (@boab400) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

So, another day trying to cancel within my cooling off period on the phone with @ThreeUKSupport. Not enough staff to answer calls within 40 minutes yesterday. No one answering tweets

  • TisMeCarl Carl. (@TisMeCarl) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUK why is it im in the very centre of Nottingham with a full 4g+ signal but i can hardly do anything online? Its like being on dial up its so slow? I thought you were sorting your network out?

  • ANDREWBRUCE1962 Andie..... (@ANDREWBRUCE1962) reported

@O2 None work , also my 4G never works only wi fi at home . I have one more device payment then I’m switching to @ThreeUK this issue despite asking for help has never been corrected .

  • Con_Synd Con Synd (@Con_Synd) reported

@ThreeUK Tell me after when I switch from a reliable EE service then switch to 3 and get no service, oh wait.

  • TC59 Tom Curran (@TC59) reported

Don’t use @ThreeUK , absolutely no point. Constant roaming issues @ThreeUKSupport

  • ahennighan Andrew (@ahennighan) reported

@ThreeUK any issues with My3 access this evening? I was able to download a bill 5 mins ago, now being asked to log in and either told password doesn't match or account doesn't exist for mobile number.

  • debduck49 debduck49 (@debduck49) reported

@ThreeUK it’s sad that last week the signal didn’t work ALL week and I had to change my supplier to keep working. Plus a three year contract rather than 2 is not good. 😔

  • nataliehaycock HI, my name is... (@nataliehaycock) reported

@ThreeUKSupport i have text for my PAC code but had no credit, i assumed it wouldn’t send the text if it needed credit, now i am ‘minus 51p’ does this deduct from my new top up on the network i change to? or do i have to top up the minimum £5 with Three to pay off the 51p?

  • AntonyDundas Antony “The Pup” Dundas (@AntonyDundas) reported

My enormous congratulations go to @ThreeUK this morning for successfully losing themselves a customer. Told yesterday my international roaming would be on (I never turned it off) in four hours… today I’m told it’ll be FOUR DAYS! Utterly useless.

  • MatthewCroughan Matthew Croughan (@MatthewCroughan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No. Because the only time support is awake is when I am not.
