    @ThreeUKSupport have another £35 in the interim while I wait for the refund, and obviously my services run out at midnight so won't be able to do anything tomorrow to sort it!! I was given zero help with person on chat!! I'm just really fed up and angry!! Am I going to have to wait till it

It's quite comical and utterly appalling; again, I urge you to tell your employers that it's an unacceptable way to treat customers and the procedure needs change? @ofcom
