    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @brett_1995 @ThreeUKSupport You and me both! A week in now and still awful reception and data service. I've all but given up with my home broadband. They vary between saying there is nothing wrong to work is being done. Which is it?

    @ThreeUKSupport When the problem is clearly something to do with the masts in this area. I’ll just say what I think it is is, it’s something to do with the backhaul between the masts! Live chat can’t find the problem, the engineers did something last time that temporarily fixed it as…

    @dshensmith @ThreeUK I had similar with British Telecom. They'd charged me for about 18 months for a service I wasn't using (@£5 a mnth). When we realised they cancelled yet still set bailiffs on me for that last £5 they'd said I didn't owe - and it went on my credit history. BT are bar stewards,

    @dshensmith @ThreeUK Terrible way for @ThreeUK to conduct business. I always think to myself, how many customers have they done this to that did not fight back against it, and just took the credit hit. You cannot treat people this way.

    @ThreeUKSupport What’s the problem with the local mast to Bude? For 3 days now, no daytime data, and reduced 4G signal (not that data is working). Network status gives no ‘real’ information either.

    The @ThreeUK network has to be the worst network for mobile data I’ve ever encountered. Everywhere I go in the camper van, I try to connect, and it’s either crap or non existent. Check their site and they say ‘we are fixing a problem in this area’ - It’s every fecking area, ffs.
