@ThreeUK I've had zero bars of signal for 8 months. Told it was an upgrade from 4G to 5G in the area and would be 10 weeks... 8 months later I still have no signal, no refund, not allowed to cancel my contract, and web chat agents have been appallingly unhelpful at resolving.

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. Have followed the instructions on your previous tweet. Set the roaming and APN as requested, Wi-Fi turned off. Spending allowance increased. I bought a passport last night with no trouble. Still goes nowhere now.

@ThreeUK Out in the middle of nowhere I depend on the network for many things and this has now happened multiple times for me over the weeks, if this is not sorted quickly then you will be loosing a customer and probably many more than just me, Vodafone,O2 and EE are all fine. 😡😤
