@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I just wanted to say that we are now in day three of having no internet at home. Is there any real update for the South Devon area or a possible estimated time to resolution?

@ThreeUK you should honestly be embarrassed about your network's performance!! 3/0.2 at 2000ms pings is not only atrocious, but makes O2's ****** 3rd world network stomp all over you. SO23 9LJ Has been **** since the very first day. @Ofcom should forbid your 5G rollouts.

Meanwhile the @BT internet is so poor (less than 3mb), we are having to pay for a separate mobile connection (thank you @ThreeUK, @SMARTYMobileUK for coming to the rescue).

@ThreeUKSupport Read the above. The issue was not a technical issue our side but a problem your side which you don't seem to be prioritising. What more can I do to get you to take action and look deeper into this matter?? If you cannot do this then let her cancel without charging the exit fee!

I ask “Why?” when it’s been established the hub is not the issue. He informs me so that they can do further checks. As of today I’m still waiting to receive a text message from @ThreeUK and this is truly when the penny drops.

@ThreeUKSupport Jonathan, see previous. It is intermittent. Now working at 12:22 when I flipped back to 3 MBB to check. As it affects FQDN and IP address suggests a route issue somewhere in 3. Maybe one leg of a diverse route. Can't be Internet if other CPs work OK

@ThreeUKSupport Three days of poor signal / bandwidth in B13, and then complete outage from midnight last night until 11:30 this morning. Absolutely zero acknowledgement of problem by three. 4g and 5g out. 5g broadband did not work. Phones did not work. Sort it out please.
