@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK disappointed at the end of go Roam. Been a loyal customer for years because of this and have 4 contracts. Looks like I'll be shopping around at the end of my term

@ThreeUK Highly disappointed with your broken promise on roaming charges. With the continued poor service, I doubt I'll be renewing my contract...

@ThreeUK with 5 contracts in my name / house for 2x phones, 2x home broadband & 1x mifi contract, looks like all of these are going to go to @O2 at renewal. 7 years of loyalty gone in a cash grab with zero benefits for the customer. Its been a blast @ThreeUK but its Threxit now.

Get no signal at home with @ThreeUK but that was always ok because of free roaming. Will cancel my contract now though.

@ThreeUK 1/As a long term sim only customer on go roam contract, if I were to continue my contract on a rolling basis, would I be exempt from the new daily roaming costs globally? 2/If I decided to renew & change the GB of data required, is this classed as a new contract?

@ThreeUKSupport really disappointed to hear you're bringing back roaming charges. It was a big reason I stuck with Three for so long even with average signal at best. Moving to EE when my contract expires :(

Go Roam was the key factor that set @ThreeUK apart from other networks, and continued to do so even as their network quality in the U.K. deteriorated. Suspending that could be a massive act of self destruction.

@Obey___ @LJordanMartin @ThreeUK I get it…just seems pretty pointless because it’s gonna be the same fir every network anyway.

Hey @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport, my contract is up in October and I'll be going with someone who isn't reintroducing roaming charges in the EU. Is that going to be you, or are you losing a customer of 6+ years? What happens to Go Roam?
