    @ThreeUKSupport If you want a company that just takes your money and don't appreciate you then Three UK is the mobile Network for you. I joined three, 4 yrs after they started operation thats10+ yrs ago. This year when Its upgrad time I asked for prices to reflect my loyalty.>>>

    @ThreeUKSupport why for last 4 days has my Internet speed been so slow I'm not even getting 2mbps. There's no issues in my area and don't fob me off telling me turn device off etc I've done it all. Service stinks

    @ThreeUKSupport I have contacted your customer service (via chat) 4 times in the past 2 weeks to request a sim replacement after my phone was stolen. No sim ever arrives! I am so close to just cancelling my contract. So frustrated.

    @alfwbaV4 @ThreeUK Awful provider. My mate use to brag they offered the best data for money (which is true) - but having lots of data is pointless if you can't use it.. You due an ooc soon?

    @ThreeUK I have been without a phone signal for 9 days, they say faulty sim card .... but 9 days, and hours on chat to be told tonight that I have to wait another 48 hours! Pathetic customer service Don't get a contract with Three UK

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your response. 0BT is second half of postcode. Just back from shops, no apps would work when not on WiFi 😳 Have had very positive experience with 3 in the past but issues recently. Handset is iPhone 6
