Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Pixie89sa Sarah Ley (@Pixie89sa) reported

@ThreeUKSupport For your information no other utility has treated me like this. Vodaphone, Octopus Energy, council tax, service charge. Social service, pensions have all treated me with kindness and efficiency. It’s no coincidence that we have changed internet provider after many years

  • Pixie89sa Sarah Ley (@Pixie89sa) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And this is for £13.80 which is promised in a letter addressed to Mrs Sarah Ley. What on earth is you company thinking to treat a customer this way?

  • QumeiiMeii Meii (@QumeiiMeii) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was able to and sadly chat couldn’t help either. I tried all the suggestions and got no results. I really think at this point you’ve mistakenly deactivated my sim or something.

  • LovettLisa Lisa Lovett (@LovettLisa) reported

@ThreeUK I need to report a death. I’ve waded through all of your options on the 333 number (I am a customer too), and there’s no option suitable. Who can I call? This is a very upsetting time - I don’t want lots of menu options, just a direct number.

  • Blackcupraa John Pollard (@Blackcupraa) reported

@ThreeUKSupport still no better. Still cannot make or receive phone calls inside my house despite a new Sim card, speaking to your chat bot for over 30 minutes and getting disconnected. Now you're putting my plan price up despite offering 1/3rd of a service.

  • an11mo An11 (@an11mo) reported

    @ThreeUK Horrible connection coverage

  • 2SilverDreamers Silver Dreamers (@2SilverDreamers) reported

@Threeuksupport when I got my home broadband the internet speeds were very good. At YO30. Since September 2022 virtually no service at all. What is happening ?

  • OlynxA Octavio (@OlynxA) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why do I keep getting calls from India about your network? How do I switch off these nuisance calls? Same with you @EE

  • LordJamesDavies James Davies (@LordJamesDavies) reported

@ThreeUK what’s going on with your network in Bristol, unable to use 4G or anything! Some people need to work! #sortitout

  • ThreeUKSupport ThreeUKSupport (@ThreeUKSupport) reported

@Pixie89sa We definitely don't want to prolong this, I promise all the questions I'm asking are working towards a resolution. It looks like you're following @threeuk, rather than @threeuksupport, this seems to be the issue. If you could do that, I'd be very grateful -Joe
