    @AmazonHelp My devices are fine thanks. The problem is the woeful lack of bandwidth I get from @ThreeUK 's so called "Big network". Thanks for the reply though.

    @ThreeUKSupport She didn't turn it on, it must have been on by default which is horrible and hasn't happened on other mobile providers we've used.

    @ThreeUK just left to move to O2, was told I wouldn't be charged anything as I was out of my contract and low and behold I've just been charged by Three, not impressed. And never phone number will work to try and talk to someone 😡

    Am I expecting too much ? I left @ThreeUK cos they're coverage was terrible @O2 aren't much better Do I expect too much that I can use my phone when on a train heading along the UKs second most popular railway line to receive decent network reception?
