@ThreeUK how to lose a loyal customer of many years.... Tell them you'll cancel their contract and invite them onto another without historic 'go roam'. #threefail

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I’m with EE and I’ve never had any problems with signal in central London! Slightly more expensive but their customer service is good & any issues I’ve had are dealt with promptly x

@ThreeUKSupport Still nothing from @ThreeUK regarding sorting the sim problem that they “want to rule out” despite “hopping on the links” So @ThreeUKSupport are you going to solve the issue or shall I take my business elsewhere?

@Isaac_Hesketh @ThreeUK I don’t understand why it’s so bad! It’s literally the central hub of the UK and I can’t even send a sodding text

@ThreeUKSupport It’s just all over London. I’m lucky to get 4G let alone 5G. Service is incredibly poor.

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK It’s pretty strong. With 5G in west London I get speeds that are through the roof. Obviously it depends on how many are using it at once. Vodafone’s customer service isn’t the best, though…

@alice_fearn @Jamesontweets @ThreeUK Gotcha. IIRC last time I saw Come From Away (although it's been too long, and I'm thinking we're running out of time!) the auditorium is underground? If so you'll probably struggle to get signal from any network without clever tricks on the theatre's part...
