    @ThreeUKSupport - for my low network issues and for me to stay and not leave you guys I was promised £33 something a month - on the 21st August 2021 by a lady beginning with P, the SAME lady then after a complaint about my bill not coming out a few days later promised me a upgrade

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not there at the top, but under SIM Status on the phone, it says the Network is 3. Google Nexus 6, so it's a bit of an old phone. Thanks.

    @TheManW1thNoTan @ThreeUK Other networks had issues too. It’s stock issues they aren’t getting enough supply. I Pre Ordered on 17 was told would get it on 24 on that day it changed to within 2 weeks.

    @ThreeUKSupport And the same price to say sorry for the constant problems one after the next since joining you. To which then I was told by another employee they had no records of this to which I said listen to your recorded calls and what a surprise that particular call your employees have
