  @Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.

  @ThreeUK every time I try to make a call my signal cuts out. This has been going on for week. I live in SE13. I cannot ring you to complain! Please sort it out!

  I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

  @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

  Why is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.

  @coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol
