    @ThreeUKSupport (A) I turned off my phone when I travelled abroad and I only turned it back on to retrieve information. I never called anyone, sent a text or used my email, but within a space of 4 days I was charged £18 for Roaming Charges. On the 5th day I removed my sim.

    @ThreeUK is the worst network provider in central London, the capital city of🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.I have not heard anybody else on other networks suffering as much as @ThreeUK network customers. It is awful, @ThreeUK having the fastest download speed is half true & misleading stat! Time to change!

    @ThreeUKSupport Your website won't let me login. I have ordered a new SIM using the form and reported the crime to the Met, but I really need to speak to someone about next steps/data breach/possible upgrade etc. Is there a number I can call please? The menu just goes around in circles.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a broadband data box & can't stream / Download & upload speed is so slow. Was told this wouldn't be an issue. Have moved it around the house to get faster speed. But no. Its not providing the service I was told. Can you resolve it please?

    @ThreeUK worst customer service. I’ve been a victim of fraud, 2 accounts setup in my name, not me, a month an a half later still not sorted & I’m still being charged.
