@ThreeUK cannot believe the service today. I’ve been a loyal customer for 13 years. My whole family is with 3. Apparently loyalty counts for nothing. I’m not ashamed to say I have been made to cry on the phone to an adviser. So shocked!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I do, i cancelled my contact due to a network issue and was told that I would be reimbursed the months I had paid for service however I have not revived anything ? It was the Glasgow contact centre I was dealing with

@ThreeUKSupport My mother renewed for 24mo, 8gb data, unlimited calls and texts SIMO. £10 per month on contract but charged £20 per month. Have documentation to show it should be £10 but unable to get the rate corrected through call centre as they can't see the problem.
