@claireyjenna @ThreeUKSupport So annoying. After complaining though a phone mysteriously turned up in about 5 days. Assume the help team must have had the wrong info, who knows, but still annoying that they continued to sell that deal as available for next day delivery, which was clearly false.

@ThreeUKSupport had a new contract off you for a week now and already considering cancelling under the 14 returns. Full signal of 4G and I'm getting no more than 2mbps download. I was getting minimum of about 25mbps download with Vodafone

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. It’s as well as sending paper copies which obviously would be delayed at the moment. Apparently a really good encryption service is @EgressSoftware my College use that if they want to send in Cryptid emails and I think it works well for them.

@ThreeUKSupport I joined the we chat. The lady noted the on going mast issues and advised switching to 3g on all devices. Even today the status shows mast issues again. She offered a part refund but how long are you going to refund for before this mast works are completed. We want 5g as before.

@ThreeUKSupport The issue I'm having isn't with Amazon, its an issue connectig the speaker via Bluetooth, to a device such as phone/tablet. As mentioned previously, the speaker only plays music VIA Amazon. There's a fault with it. My audio devices connect to another huawei speaker just fine.
