@ThreeUK @GadgetsBoy @SamsungUK Doesn't this depend on being on a network that runs 5G. My three phone is lucky if it gets 3G. I'd be happy to make a phone call on the go, let alone play games

  • property_whore Nigel Lewis (@property_whore) reported

Dear @ThreeUKSupport can i congratulate you on having one of the most frustrating, hair-tearingly, pointless, complicated and ultimately self-defeating customer service experiences. How are you still in business? :)

  • property_whore Nigel Lewis (@property_whore) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to sign up for second Hauwei 5G router. But I've hit ded end. Card check system doesn't work on the phone. Is there an alternative?

  • LindsayPhotoMCR Lindsay Wilson (@LindsayPhotoMCR) reported

  • Tyler_myer Tyler Myer (@Tyler_myer) reported

@ThreeUK used 7 MB of data over a deployment and had to pay for a full 6 months of service is this the type of costumers service you provide ??

  • property_whore Nigel Lewis (@property_whore) reported

@ThreeUKSupport the bit where it takes your card and takes a 0 payment before proceeding to the order finished doesn't work so I'm stuck in a dead end. As many of your other customers must be too

  • SOUL_CALIB3R KamixSoul (@SOUL_CALIB3R) reported

@ThreeUKSupport On the outage map it tells me that network upgrades are being performed in my area is there an estimation on how long this will take as I've had no signal all morning.

  • Tbv_Playz HZN AcidicBoyz (@Tbv_Playz) reported

@ThreeUK I have been having trouble with 4g for months the best I could get before this whole upgrade thing started was 10-20Mbps. Which honestly was fine for what I was doing. But now this upgrade is going on ( and a bit before) I struggle to get even 1Mbps.

  • joannemillsJM Joanne Mills (@joannemillsJM) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did not request a PAC or STAC code for either of the two contracts I just wanted to close them both down. They were issued regardless and therefore I continue to be charged
