    @ThreeUKSupport Have to pay to cut out of your contract. Totally unacceptable and now total silence. No follow up today despite tweeting the problems we have had over the weekend and this morning. We wish we hadn’t chosen Three UK for our internet service. Worst decision we made.

    @ThreeUK Why would 3 different phones have massively different signal levels using the same SIM (being swapped between them), in the same place? One gets 4G, the other two get 'H' - sometimes 'H+', but never better than that.

    @MLDimitry1 @ThreeUK Just buying an eSim is a brilliant suggestion. Never thought of that. Thank you! Did that just now (although i didn't go with airalo, as there reviews suggested it often just doesn't work).

    @ThreeUK Hi, I ordered a phone on Saturday. Contract due to start the end of the month, but the delivery date is for last month? Is this a known issue on the website, or should I be concerned?

    @ThreeUK your customer service is a joke. I tried calling last night because I needed more data. No phone support. Bought an unlimited add on then realised I could upgrade my plan instead. So I did. Now you want to keep my money for both the unlimited add on and the monthly plan?
