@ThreeUKSupport I'm getting a really slow connection on both my phone and mobile broadband device. I've been told it's "work in the area that will last 2 weeks" for the past 7 months!! When will it start being useable?! I have had to move my main accounts over to EE.

@ThreeUKSupport When you say don’t worry. I’m paying extra for a 4g+ router with currently no access to a 4g+ signal. I have a signal strength of -120d with download speeds of between 0.4 and 12mbs. At what point should I worry.

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t believe over 2000 people have now viewed my tweet, yet still no response from you at all. You have no idea about retaining customers. When I initially called I was told it’s my phone, reboot it. I know too many with same issues.

@neil_bidwell @Cmillar86 @ThreeUK Sounds like an industry wide issue. O2 is the same, been waiting for mine for 4 weeks, although was told up to 2 weeks originally. I'm now advised a further 2 week wait. But they cant guarantee it'll be with me in the next 2 weeks either . Looks like we're in for a long wait. 👌

@ThreeUKSupport apparently my 3 internet WiFi is meant to be for gaming. Yet it's absolutely terrible. Sold false lies of how good the internet is when it's about as stable as a straw house.

@ThreeUK just ignoring a customer with 4 mobile contacts and 1 home broadband. No service for my money plus they want £200 if I don’t want to keep pay for internet which I do not get for 5 days already

@ThreeUK Never used Three before. Tried ordering a sim today... Instead.of order going through inwas told someone would contact me. No body did. Not the best first impression. Easier to stay with EE.
