Very dissatisfied with @ThreeUK, ordered a new @apple IPhone on the 29/10 to be delivered 16/11, I’ve just received a message stating it won’t arrive until 30/11, exceptionally disappointing customer experience 😡😡

@ThreeUK Do you offer e-SIMs or are you going to start offering them as I could do with a different network to O2 & Vodafone? I've been told before something about 6th January 2023...

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm more interested in your customer service and why you haven't cancelled the new contract, requested in the 14 days I'm legally entitled to do so. You have ignored 3 emails & 2 DM. I will take legal action if this continues and have the evidence.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m going to leave it until tomorrow incase the account hasn’t had time to be activated by the company I ordered through. Thanks so much for your help.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m afraid this isn’t really an option as I need 4G connectivity for certain aspects of my job. I don’t understand why it has been 3 weeks and there’s still an issue, it’s not just today

@ThreeUKSupport Also, can't access customer accounts via twitter? How convenient. For you that is. Other telcos seem to be able to manage it. Not very supportive making an elderly person to go back to a shop. Looks like I'll have to take time out and go with her and give someone a hard time.

@ThreeUKSupport I had a spending cap which is now removed but it should be a free call in any case and it should have an announcement if that’s the issue

@ThreeUKSupport OK no problem, except it fails to connect to the announcement explaining it’s outside my monthly allowance.

@ThreeUKSupport I know, that’s ridiculous, so I have to cancel an order to see if there are other colours available sooner, what if it’s after 30/11, how is that a decent system? & how can I be sure this experience won’t be duplicated again on an order that’s two weeks later than the initial 1?
