    @ThreeUK absolutely appalling customer service and once again no network coverage and there lines are down AGAIN!

    I’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data

    @ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.

    @ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
