    @ThreeUK absolutely appalling customer service and once again no network coverage and there lines are down AGAIN!

    Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didn’t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.

    Wow, I don't think I've ever encountered such poor customer service (and product service) as with @ThreeUK (mobile broadband). Don't bother, folks

    @ThreeUK Your network is getting worse dropping all the time and you want to charge more 7.3% you having a laugh. I will be leaving after 14 years of being with your company 😡

    £15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
