    @ThreeUKSupport I wasn't even told that a cap had been added. I'm assuming it was added a few days ago, because that was when I started not receiving calls. Before that, there didn't appear to be a problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport We need to cancel a 5G router. We have been sold a router but we don’t have 5G in our area. We have spoken to at least 11 people this afternoon. We are now on to the business care team and I believe we are now being transferred AGAIN.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have contacted O2 (at Threes request) and they say they cannot help with issues they can only check my account has been cancelled. But Three are telling me to contact O2 😭😭😭😭

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Do you have personal belongings insurance on your home insurance policy? When my phone was stolen (house broken into) I claimed the cost of the phone through my home insurer and bought a new phone outright. Three didn't really get involved

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, no it’s just certain apps on our TVs (two, similar models) same apps have the same issues. YouTube works on them for instance whereas Netflix doesn’t. It’s only the TVs. I thought it was a IPv4/IPv6 issue but it’s not.
