@CarlMcKAuthor @ThreeUK yeah i was never expecting it to be plain sailing but the sheer amount of time for the website AND app to just not even load, never mind put me in a queue, is getting suspicious to me now, I've never seen server overloads last as long as this, you'd expect some movement by now
