    @ThreeUK Two weeks into my contract and STILL only receiving a 3G signal in my area, after being told there was working going on which may cause temporary issues. I have seen many complaints from all over the UK on regards to this, where is the real @ThreeUKSupport 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport when do you expect full service back in the BN5 postcode? No signal means no Wi-Fi means can’t connect computer so can’t work. Already 5 days of this.

    @ThreeUKSupport And this is all after an employee in the cancellation department failed to cancel my contract when I called on the 21 Sep 2020. Then after 2 months when the contract was cancelled, another employee delayed the cancellation for another 10 days increasing the final payment due

    @ThreeUKSupport You allowed someone to cancel my contract, leaving me with no service for over 2 weeks. I have now cancelled my contract with you due to 5 months of problems and overpayments being taken. You still owe me money because of this.
