I managed to get my iPad tariff with O2 from 25GB/£20pm to 60GB/£8pm with one call (& was still in contract for 12m on old one)

            Hackney, EnglandDid you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
