    @ThreeUK one of the worst WiFi providers ever. Every 3 days I have no WiFi and have to reset my router and they are telling me it will be £320 to cancel. If you are going to charge for a service then you should provide it, and don’t rob people who don’t get that service.

    I haven’t had workable signal with @ThreeUK for 6months and I can’t get out of my contract, they can’t tell me when masts will be fixed nor will they let me leave. If my sons nursery rings me for an emergency I won’t get the call. Great duty of care!

    @ThreeUKSupport 1/2 Problems happen. BUT If you have an outage, affecting many, say so in an early phone option! “Customers may experience “” problems in postcodes x,y &z” Don’t send non-functional links or advise restarting device. 30mins stolen on top of network failure.
