    Hi @ThreeUK I am a long term generally satisfied customer. I need a number to ring so that I can speak to a real human being about the +40% increase in my monthly bill. I have done the AI merry go round, got texted a4 figure code and back unto the going nowhere roundabout. 🙁

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely awful service. Signed a new contract and your bill has come for triple the amount. I've been told by your agent he will fix the bill, over a month later nothing! Now he is ignoring all emails. And one of my lines is facing connectivity issues! AWFUL!

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
