    @sergestott @ThreeUKSupport Yea I agree , they are trying to use the AI Agents to much that they didnt take time to train them before. The AI asks me for the code they sent to my phone knowing that I dont have signal..

    @ThreeUK Yet 3 did not alert their customers what was going on! I was trying for three hours to sort my phone out! 3 do not care about their customers and do not give customer satisfaction. #3dontcare

    @cbgooner1988 @ThreeUK It's not just 3, EE, O2, lebara all had problems yesterday at the same time. I've not had any problems even tho down detector said ther was

    @ThreeUK My phone is still dead. I have restarted it, reset network settings, removed and replaced the SIM. Works for data, not for calls or SMS. Awful service and awful communication from Three.

    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking service as per usual, not only is the voice calls still not working my wifi hub is now acting up 😡😡😡but then again I’m not surprised in the slightest! Roll on my contract ending so I can leave three behind
