    @_duncan_ @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Hi Duncan, I’ve been experiencing a similar issue to yourself, have Three been able to resolve it for you? Currently been troubleshooting with their technicians but no luck so far. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with three for years and never had any issues until i put this new sim in - I’m based in postcode WA8

  • ethangage_ Ethan Gage (@ethangage_) reported

    @ThreeUK absolute worst mate

  • TRS1986 Tracey86 (@TRS1986) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you confirm that my only options are to stay with the original contract or do a 4 hour round trip to change or cancel? Why can’t I go to a different store?

  • Bash_Street_Kid Alf Tupper (@Bash_Street_Kid) reported

    @ThreeUK in Spain. You need to sort out your £2 a day and spend limit systems. Still 50% spend limit left and due for £2 renewal. Lost data, text and phone. Borrowed someone’s phone to sort it. What if I was in the middle of nowhere, alone. God help me.

  • wr_ghty . (@wr_ghty) reported

    Anyone have issues on @ThreeUK where every 5th call or so the other person can’t hear you? Their customer service is telling me it’s a “capacity issue” in the area. But I’m not convinced

  • geordiechris48 Chris Johnson (@geordiechris48) reported

    @ThreeUK I have just changed my phone to an Oppo Reno 8 Pro and have noticed that since putting my 3 SIM card into it that 4G calling is not working. Does 3 not support this service on this phone?

  • liamnorris1001 liam norris (@liamnorris1001) reported

    @ThreeUK advised me to do a sim swap and.... Still no reception. Because they've awful network coverage. Not to mention failing to tell someone the phone they're taking out a contract on has almost no memory. Complaint made but fount any good will come.

  • LifeOnMaws Life on Maws (@LifeOnMaws) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I know you're not an instant messaging service, but you are a mobile phone network and you are charging me £5 a day for a service that doesn't work. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect customer service support. To answer your question: no, nothing that uses data works.

  • WellMiffed Well Miffed (@WellMiffed) reported

    @MartinSLewis Why am I having to pay to cancel a service that is not fit for purpose. @ThreeUK @Ofcom
