    @ThreeUKSupport here in warrington our mobile speed has dropped from 40-60 to 1. It is making internet and calls slow or disconnecting. This has been happening since monday. It is now Wednesday. It is happening on 2 three data sims and 2 three mobiles Postcode WA41JE.

    Hate tweeting about #TerribleCustomerService customer service but @ThreeUK reached new lows today. Charged for an account they knew I'd cancelled, claimed to be unable to issue a corrected bill, offered no compensation for my wasted time and seemed to think I should be grateful!

    Is it just me or has @ThreeUK went seriously downhill? Loads of places I used to get excellent service I now get none or very poor service. Might be time to switch after ~8 years!

    @ThreeUKSupport You said you would call me back in a few hours. That was over 24 hours ago… Still not received my phone I was due to have delivered after you asked DPD to return it to you without attempting delivery. Want to actually help a new customer or?

    @ThreeUK anyone there who can help 90 minutes on the phone and no headway. There must be a department to deal with exceptions. I'll happily close not transfer the account in lieu of having the nominated persons details on their ill health grounds, this cannot be intractable!!
